Worst tow Company every. Mad disrespectful and rude

What did gave them five stars but Im disabledthe gentleman was on the phone wearing about other business and asked me to help push my vehicle so he could hook it. I strained my back and has been in pain. He did his job once he hooked up my van up go to location no problem price was Just his attitude.

Reggie, the owner, was very impatient and rude. I had two clarifying questions about my insurance wanting to cover the bill, and the moment I mentioned insurance he acted as if I was no longer important and eventually hung up the phone. I called back to ask why he would hang up on me and he replied with I had calls waiting and i don’t understand what Hes saying, so I was wasting his time. DO NITDO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I contacted this company to pick up my vehicle, they answered quickly and said that the drive would. All me back with a time and price shortly, I waited 20 minutes then text to say no one called. Never got a return response. Do what you say and say what you do. Leaving a person who is already stranded hanging like this is very unprofessional. I will never contact them again.

Hell no to expensive

They towed my vehicle that was stolen, DO NOT use them I will be reporting them to the government and better business bureau - They will give the officer the wrong address you will be riding around looking for you car they will tell the officer the address is 21075 Kenilworth Ave which it is 1075 kenilworth Ave, they do that to over charge you extra for storage also they will go through your vehicle .... They are the WORST ..........

Waited over an hour after calling to find out the truck cant tow my vehicle. What a waste of time!
