I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me out, and I ended up not needing a tow in the end, but I cannot recommend a business more highly than this company. Seriously. He showed up and helped me out when I got into my first car accident and I’m so glad he did. What an angel of a man. Knows his car stuff, doesn’t try to rip you off, has solutions for every problem, and the kindest spirit on top of that. This is 100% the guy you want to show up when you need help. Thank you!!!

While in a complicated situation, my mother and I were running out of options. I thank God I found these two, because they showed understanding, cooperation, and generosity. They communicated with us through the process of how things would work, so we were able to proceed on the road. We felt as if they made us their priority, which shows professionalism! Long story short he did everything he said he was going to do when he said he was going to and then immediately followed up with some incredibly relevant and helpful information for my vehicles future.

Boney’s was very responsive! I called multiple towing companies and so many either didn’t answer or ghosted me after I talked with someone, but Boney’s was fast and communicative! They even texted me throughout the process which was very convenient. I hope I don’t need to be towed again anytime soon, but I will certainly be saving their information for if I do!

Boney’s tow service was very punctual, friendly, and honest. They had clear communication with me the whole time and even helped me out with a tire service! I feel very well serviced and anyone would be glad to have them help them out in a tight situation!

Casey was so helpful! Originally thought my car needed to be towed and be taken to an autoshop, but Casey went ahead and checked the car before doing so. Found that with a little cleaning he could get the car jump started. Gave me great advice on the car and saved me money and time in the end. Overall, very friendly and professional.

They lie about their prices. Slow eta and seems like a scam artist. Instead call Zed and he is awesome. I would recommend you go elsewhere for roadside, look on Craigslist for a hero.

After I called many towing places. Boneys was the hook up. He picked up my 2008 silverado like it was nothing. Got me to a tire place and was able to get me up and running to go home in like 2 hours or less. Got to remember this was a late night run too! Highly appreciate and recommended!

The man that towed my car and his sister are phenomenal people. My Audi broke down in the middle of Washington d.c and I called them to get a tow to a uhaul place, and I was on a tight time limit and had to be at the uhaul before they closed and wasnt gonna make it in the tow truck. His sister showed up to give me and my daughter a ride out of a situation that I was truly stuck in. Thank you and your sister🖤
