Pulled right up within 10 minutes on call. Was stuck on a entry ramp to a highway and got my car hooked up in less than 5 minutes. Price was very fair and driver went beyond his duties!!

I went to my car this morning and it didn’t start. The lights were flickering and there were a ton of indicator lights on. Needless to say my morning started terribly and I was frustrated. I called Audi Roadside assistance and they dispatched Fullard Towing and Recovery. Alfonza was there within 20 minutes. I was parked in my apartment garage which made the task a little more difficult, but he ended up being able to get me car into neutral and towed me from the 2nd floor of my garage. He was a master maneuverer and the whole process only took about 15 minutes. He then towed my car to the service center and even dropped it off with a service consultant without me having to do anything. My day started off terribly, but Alfonza’s professionalism, quick thinking, and personality turned the whole day around. I couldn’t thank him and Fullard Towing and Recovery enough!!!

Had been scheduling to tow my vehicle all week and when the day came they bailed out on me and left me hanging. Zero communication and blocked my calls. If you can not do the job, just say so. Would not recommend to anyone.

This business is a joke. My insurance company reached to them for a tow. Everything was confirmed and I waited for over an hour. I called Fullard myself to see an ETA and they said they cancelled. No communication at all. Would not recommend them.
