Called today and qas scheduled for Wednesday. Asked if could be sooner as my septic was completely full. Came back and said theyd get to me today. 3 and a half hours my tank is empty. Joey, the driver and worker was to professional and a great person. Highly recommend these folks.

Hapchuk was able to come out the same day I called for a backed up septic tank. Colton was so nice and professional. He cleaned our tank and also cleared the blockage right before the tank. He is a total life saver! Amazing service and excellent employees!

I called the office on a Saturday afternoon regarding my backed up septic system. They were here on Monday early afternoon. Apache and Vern did a wonderful job. This past spring, I hired Hapchuk to examine the condition of an old septic tank and later, to replace it. I was preparing to sell my parents home and the prospective buyers requested an inspection of the septic system. Prospective buyer of a home with a septic tank. I was referred to Hapchuk by my realtor. I was not disappointed. I submitted a web form over the weekend and Ryan returned my call the next business day. We discussed options for inspections with and without a pumping and I ultimately chose a Dye Test for cost-effectiveness since I am still pre-sale.Ryan was very helpful and proposed a few days and time frames that would work and I called back to confirm after verifying with the Seller. I was unable to attend but that didnt hold things up at all. Ryan showed up, located things, and did his testing with seller-provided access to the home. He sent me a text after returning to the office and offered up a call to discuss and collect payment.We talked for a good 10 minutes and he answered all of my questions about his observations and recommendations and advised hed be sending a report shortly thereafter which he did to my satisfaction.This is my only experience with Hapchuk but Ill definitely call them again for future septic needs. Ryan was great to work with.

I am an Environmental and Home Inspector - Providing Building Assessments - Several of our clients have used this company with complete satisfaction of services performed - They were impressed with the technicians professionalism and knowledge - Hapchuk Inc - provides a much more extensive assessment of the septic system than the services we provide - We provide septic dye - percolation examination of the septic system looking for diversions - Hapchuk services are more extensive such as pumping the septic system / assessment of the tank interior etc.
