Waste tank on my boat needed pumped out, even though Jackpot wasnt accustom to pumping out boats Eric said yes, took a minute to figure out the different fittings needed, but he stuck it out and got the job done. Very professional, prompt, and I was mostly happy with the cost. Will use again if ever needed.

Eric was great to deal with. He was able to dig out and locate our tank lid through some seriously rocky soil. We had him install a riser so no one would have to go through that ordeal again. Well definitely recommend him to others.

My mother in law had her toilets and drains backing up. We called another company who never returned my call. Eric at jackpot answered even though it was a weekend. He came out the next day and helped us get the tank pumped out. When that still didn’t solve the problem he kindly referred us to a plumber to unclog the pipes.We were able to get everything taken care of and running properly again.He was very nice to deal with and answered all of the questions we had about properly taking care of the septic system at her house.I would highly recommend Jackpot to anyone who needs septic tank service.

Horrible customer service. I was recommending them to others and trying to follow up because the location is in a place with no service. They didnt answer the phone or have the decency to respond in any matter to resolve the issues. One of which is common sense that you dont leave a porta-potty on a slope for use. I would never recommend this company or any company that has such poor customer service.

Eric is great! Came out when he said, found the clean out lid buried under a tree, came back out (on a Sunday) to pump out tank and install extension lid after the tree was taken out. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again.

This is a well-run company by a dedicated owner. He is on time, goes the extra mile, and is friendly and professional. You should use their services without concern. I had to come down on the weekend to get a septic tank pumped at a cabin. Eric told me he would be there Saturday morning at 8 and was punctual and extremely professional. He spent additional time helping me find the tank (new place to us) and after we hit a few snags he gave me a suggestion and said he would come back when we found the location. Eric then called me the next morning to ask if I was still at the property and found the problem. I had, so he offered to come by again to finish the job. As a business owner myself finding people that do what they say are going to do at a reasonable price are a joy to find.

Eric came out to a 98 percent filled cleaned out to close to the bottom and climbed inside to break up remaining sludge and finishing the cleanout! He is fantastic I recommend him highly, he is also very personable!

I called on a snowy Sunday because my tank was so full, I couldnt use any drains. He came out earlier than expected because of the snow and spent a solid 3 hours working on a difficult lid and a full tank. He didnt give up, and didnt leave until the job was done. He also stuck to his flat fee, despite the setbacks. I would definitely use Jackpot again!

We just purchased a house built in 1984 and the septic tank had never been emptied ! Called Jackpot Waste Management Services LLC to get the job done. Eric Iverson who is the company owner was right on time and got to digging into the very hard soil above the tank. The tank did not have a riser so Eric had to dig down four feet to get to the tank lid. Got it pumped out and installed a riser on the tank to make the next time we have to pump the tank a lot easier. Very professional and hard working man.
