Elizabeth Russell continuously bungled multiple elements of our closing from the sellers side. Even a simple mail forwarding was out of her area of expertise and had to be handled by us, the buyers. She also broke the rules of the building by posting on building website without being an owner. False advertising on the original listing. Avoid this office at all costs.

Awesome place, terrific agents and staff, with adequate parking. Great location. Agents that work hard and know the Washington DC Metro area. The Managing Broker here is wonderful!

One of the worst experiences in my 20+ years of purchasing and selling real estate. The level of pressure from two agents was the most excessive I have encountered. Very unprofessional.
