Should have never cancelled Orkin a few years ago. It’s amazing the bugs just don’t stay away from the inside of your house without their service. Also they took care of my first treatment basically 2 days after I called them. Probably will use Orkin for the rest of my life!

Our regular technician performed the scheduled preventive services. He was professional, answered all of my questions and we discussed arrangements for the next visit. This was a big improvement over previous visits when we did not have our regular technician, and it seemed the other techs were rushed and spent less time here. We have been pleased with the service to this point, as it seems to be keeping insects under control and preventing them from entering the home.

I am not sure of all that Bob sprays for but he is thorough. We have used Orkin for many years and have been very pleased. Bob is an exceptional representative for Orkin!!

The tech actually called to ask if he could come earlier which was nice so that I could finish my day. A fe days later, I saw some ants outside and they came right back out. The tech took the time to explain how insects develop and how it affects infestation so it looks like I will be keeping this contract!

I hired Orkin for pest control services. While the sales rep Andrew has been very kind and responsive, the person that the company chose to send to perform these services has been frustrating to communicate with. We were given a date and time frame for them to come - they never did. Later that evening they called and asked if they could come another day due to weather. We reschedule and once again they miss the time frame given to us. Thankfully when they did arrive, they got the job done quickly. Good price for pest control but disappointed in the customer service, having now wasted two days waiting for them to actually show up.

I’ve used Orkin for years now. Rob is always willing to work with my crazy schedule, even showing up some days as early as 6am when I needed. After the first time I called them, I haven’t had a problem since and he comes about once a quarter to make sure I am still good. Excellent service and absolutely would recommend to anyone!

While I dont have any infestation problem, I do have a fear of bugs. So, my treatments are strictly preventative. But, Im always pleased with the service, and I absolutely love my Orkin guy, Gary. Very pleased with Orkin. I recently purchased a new build home. Along with a new build can come some bugs and spiders that got disturb during the building process. They came out the day we settled and they also made another trip out a month later free of cost when I saw spiders in the garage. Very pleased!

I called them that morning and they came out, takes to me and helped me understand. It was also cheaper than some competitors.

I had a pest issue for which they were quickly able to provide service, as well as additional preventative maintenance recommendations. It is hard to review effectiveness of the long term solutions yet, but the short term was very effective.

Outrageous costs for basic services that can be done by local business! The service man that came was more than rude after I said there’s no way I would ever pay $3k for pest control! I recommend Budget Pest Control! They did an awesome job, was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

I would have given 5 stars because the service weve received in the past has been excellent. The experience we just had with the insulation was not good. Not because of the workers, they were wonderful, it was the person that set it all up, and the problems weve had since! We will definitely continue to use Orkin because they give an excellent service...this was just disappointing!

The services I received have been successful so far. I had the heat treatment and am now receiving the monthly follow up treatments. So far, so good. All signs of the bug infestation are gone.

We have had Paul service our home for the past 6 years. I had no idea that we could form such a cool relationship with our “bug guy” but we did. Paul is honest, caring and professional. He treated our home with or without us present and we trusted him to do that. I hope that our next “bug guy” is just as great!

I have an abandoned house directly behind me and I live in an old house. That said, I’ve gotten an influx of mice and rats! Even with two cats, they’ve dug around my foundation and came into my basement.I called Orkin and to my surprise, services were not as expensive as I thought (quite lower) and they offered additional services with it.One treatment in combination with advice, and we haven’t heard a squeak or scratch ANYWHERE. Moreover, we no longer see any live mice/rats either.We have RESULTS that can be seen and I’m no longer worried about disease, harm, or embarrassment.

Ive used Orkin for five years and running and they are always the best price and service available. Today, I called to renew my treatment plan and they showed up the SAME DAY. Bob (my technician) wore PPE, covered his feet and took his time to talk about what he was doing inside and out. I cant lather Orkin with enough accolades to do them justice. They know how to treat customers right.
