At first I gave them a good review but it was premature to do so. I am concerned about the chemicals they use. I recently changed my pest control company to this one. The other company used odorless chemicals. With Otho I had to turn on my fans and leave my windows open. My appointment was early in the day. Because the odor was so strong I inquired about the name of the chemical the tech did not answer me. When I got home from work. The odor was still lingering.

We got several quotes and othos was by far the best value. They are professional, trustworthy and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We will be using them for all our pest and moisture issues. Highly recommend!

Weve used Othos for many years and they have always done a great job, been very dependable and I have recommended them on many occasions to friends, family, etc.

Had a pest control treatment done for wasps that we were seeing come out of our ceiling air vents. Technician was informed that we had pets (cats, dogs, and a rabbit), and he advised us to be out of the house for an hour and a half. For 4 hours after treatment was applied, we had pesticides dripping from our vents down onto everything we own, including our pets. Called to get the MSDS safety sheet info for the chemicals applied so we would know what to do to treat our pets for toxin exposure. Jennifer who answered the phone was not willing to read the info to us, and insisted on emailing us the information. She also had an attitude when we asked for a manager, and as of this review, we still have not been contacted by this “manager.” Extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled. Cats and rabbits particularly are very susceptible to toxins when exposed, and the delay in receiving the necessary information could have literally cost them their lives. If your employees aren’t familiar with the products they are selling or using, and they aren’t educated enough to know how to discuss safety concerns with clients, then they should not be working in pest control.
