Absolutely loved the services rendered. Everyone was professional and skilled. I arrived to my appointment @9am. Holly was focused, and thorough in doing my pedi and powder mani(French.) Two weeks later my nails look just done .I will return. Appointment recommended. Line starts to form for services around 11a on Saturdays.I was leaving then. Yay!!Thanks! Relaxed Nails and Holly.

Ive been going to this nail salon for about a year now. These ladies are just amazing. Amber is so kind, gentle and talented at what she does. She always welcomes me by name and takes her time. My manicures and pedicures look amazing and last for weeks. I highly recommend this salon.

Currently nursing my bleeding cuticles after the nail technician took a nail file to them. As I was wincing in pain, she repeatedly told me to “relax” while proceeding to cut and buff my skin raw. They used an old nail file that had been used on other clients, and hadn’t even cleaned up the manicure station from the previous client, whose clipped fingernails were still scattered on the table. Outrageously expensive. Really disappointed at the lack of attention to pain, hygiene, and pricing.

Fabulous nails! The name says it all Relaxed Nails! They really do a fab job and they are very accommodating. I recommend this nail spa to all my lady friends!

You ever wish you could work somewhere where your boss respected the fact that there are a finite number of hours in a day? Imagine having your nails done by someone experiencing the pleasure of that luxury. This shop takes appointments and that can interfere with spontenaity but. BUT. They foster a kind of Zen you cant experience at other crowded nail shops. More importantly they dont cut corners on quality. Love it.

A beautiful job, pleasant staff, and a long-lasting manicure. My last manicure lasted for two weeks with no chipping! All for $16! Great service.

Staff is pleasant and friendly. They are patient and gentle with my 90+year old mother. The facility is very clean, and comfortable.

Open, airy place w/welcoming professionals. Many salons are over-crowded. Chemical smells needed for some procedures overwhelm patrons. This salon has three separate areas: for pedicures, for nails, plus private rooms for other services.

Relaxed Nails is exceptionally clean and smart. Bright in front for manicures, dimmed lights in back for relaxing pedicures. Ask for Holly. A perfectionist, she is hands down, the best manicurist in town.

Holly did fabulous dip manicure. Pricey but the dip lasts for at least 3 weeks and keeps nails strong, no splitting.

The Good: No wait, good customer service.The Bad: I paid extra for the Iong-lasting polish and my nail color began chipping the next morning. Later that afternoon, the chipping was significant.The Ugly: My nail technician used an antiseptic on a nail after it began to bleed. She pressed the antiseptic bottle directly against my finger, exposing the open sore to any bacteria or viruses transferred from previous customers that also experienced this unsanitary practice.

Technician was in a huge hurry. She slopped my toes up so badly I cancelled the manicure.

Unfortunately will not be returning. I went for an acrylic fill and they were lumpy and uneven/different shapes. I went back a year later to get a gel manicure and they look terrible. They are also lumpy and they all looked smudged right after I left.
