Went in at 10am as soon as they opened. My pedicure lasted exactly an hour and a half! It was a great pedicure they were very clean and very nice! Will be going back to get my pedicures here from now on!

Was rushed and denied my full request so much so I wouldn’t except my full initial request for toenails gel polish I couldn’t deal with the treatment

In July and again one month later, on August 9th, I visited this nail studio with two of my granddaughters. All three of us got mani/pedis. My July visit cost was slightly over $165.00. My August visit was just under $150.00.My complaint is not with the cost of service, it is with the total lack of customer care and service shown. Not one person in this nail salon made us feel the least little bit welcomed. In fact, on out second visit the level of gossip that took place between the nail techs was appalling. The girl who did my nails had her head turned to the left while NON-STOP gabbing to her fellow workers. She barely paid any attention to my manicure and never stopped talking to her co-workers. In fact, it got so annoying I felt like telling her to shut up already. However, I held my tongue and said nothing.Following my visit, I tried multiple times to contact the owner/manager, Ryan, but each time was given the run-around with a different excuse as to why he wasnt available. Finally, I gave up trying to reach him.There are too many nail salons in this area where customers dont need to put up with this level of disregard and disrespect. I will certainly not choose to spend money in this salon ever again. So, Ryan, you can thank your nail techs for losing my business -- I was a regular customer in your salon before Covid but wont be after this experience.

Just got my nails filled. I like the nail techs there. Im done going after today. Last time i got my nails dine i changed to an pink and white ombre fill it was 60 bucks now this time i just get the pink filled and its 47 bucks and got charged 3 bucks for an 1/8 cut down!! A normal pink fill is 35! They dont care.

My sister and myself when yesterday and asked them to change the head on the dermal they use to remove the calluses on your feet we asked because she used it on the lady before us and it was caked on with skin she refused to so we left and they still charged full price for half the job. Not only is it not sanitary it’s nasty..

No one spoke to us. Staff all spoke different language talking and giggling entire time. Got basic pedicure 28.00 and gel manicure 25. Should have been 53.00. Charged 65.00. Didnt even thank us when gave them tip and no one even said Good bye when we left. Horrible people skills. I will never go back.

I called before I went in and asked specific prices. Was quoted 60 dollars and maybe a $5 up charge for certain things, I specifically told them I wouldn’t be able to pay a $100+ bill. I arrived and was told to choose which pedicure I wanted, went with the $35 dollar one, was never told GEL WAS $15 EXTRA!!! I proceeded to get my nails done thinking everything was going great. Checked out and spent $95 + A TIP CAUSE IM A NICE PERSON. I went home for not even 15 minutes and my pointer nail snapped in half. I went back to complain and the guy gave me nothing but issues didn’t even apologize. I left without getting my nail fixed because I was so furious.

Rude as hell to put it nicely. You need to fix your attitude before it puts you out of business. Not any way to run a business. I had my nails soaking and two still had acrylic on them but the rest could have been started instead you decided to go cut your own nails didn’t even speak a word to me. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Love my nails. Asked for coffin medium length and that is exactly what I got. They are perfect. This nail salon had great service to its customers!!

If you read Marandas post please disregard it… if she felt discomfort through her pedicure she should’ve spoken up and said some thing other than putting herself through some thing that was not pleasurable when it should’ve been... I have had ingrown toenails taken care of by an actual doctor... and whenever I alerted my pedicurist to this issue they were more than accommodating... even provided me extra services to make sure that I didn’t get ingrown toenails again.

They have so many colors to choose from. Love it. When I’m telling you they have a lot of colors, they have A LOT of colors for dip, regular polish, and gel. Holy cow. I’ll never get bored.

Fantastic place. The staff was friendly, the wait was short even though they were very busy, and Lisa did a great job on my nails! I got a fill, reshape, and fresh gel color and I was in and out in less than an hour. Slightly more expensive than other salons Ive been to but still reasonable. Will definitely go back!

They are very nice and good at what they do.REASONABLY priced.

The fact that they said they were open and when we walk in and they have people in there tell us there closed an hour before they advertising till 8 is ridiculous

I get a pedicure here all the time.Yes, they talk in Vietnamese to each other but I have no problem with that. That is their language. They can also talk in English.People complain when its too quiet and people complain when people are talking. Theres no win win situation with people. Just because someone talks in their own language doesnt mean they are talking bad about you! Thats just the language they talk well in! They always treated me nice and their pedicure is always good. Lots of choices.My wife also gets her nails done here too. She gets dipping and she loves it. She says it lasts a very long time and everyone is good.

Very clean, they use new files and buffers each time. No worries about getting COVID here!

Decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I was up by Sams Club and decided to stop here. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately taken to a seat. I watched them clean the foot basin before i sat down but they didnt do anything about the chair. The chair was gross and I thought maybe they just had a kid here. So I looked around and they all could have used a good cleaning. The guy who did my pedicure was fast and sloppy. I got the french manicure polish choice and none of them look the same. All different thicknesses. The girl doing the lady sitting next to me handed her a sheet of paper and said what type of pedicure do you prefer. Im assuming they start low and go up. I was not given the choice and walked put paying close to 40 for something Im not happy with. I will not be returning.

My nails always look incredible for weeks! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and kind! They really care about what they do here.

Went here today for a relaxing mani/pedi due to a ridiculous amount of stress in my life. The tech i had was so rough with me. Pulling my legs & toes during the pedicure and scraping the dead skin off very forcefully. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but he definitely made it known that he did not want to be dealing with me today. Made me completely uncomfortable. Worst service I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Won’t be going back.

Everyone does a great job I usually go to Mimi but Ill go to whoever if she isnt available ! Today I came in for a gel polish change she said I should try the dip nails so I did. I picked a neutral light pink color and it ended up being bright pink I didnt say anything because I thought it was going to get lighter I didnt know the process. When I knew she was getting to the end and it was still so bright I asked if it would lighten she brought over the sample color and realized they were completely different. I felt awful but I was paying and wasnt happy she completely had to start over and redid it with another color and it was perfect! She dealt with the issue amazing never once acted annoyed or mad! I will continue to be a loyal client by the way the situation was dealt with today and how amazing my nails and toes look when I leave ❤️

I go here as well as their other shop. They have a lot more dipping color options here but their other shop has a lot more beautiful glitter dip powders. Everyone is very nice.

While my nails were done very well, the customer service here is terrible. When you walk in everyone just stares at you. When they finally address your need, they are not very welcoming. They don’t talk to you. They are too busy talking loudly, in a different language to one another. The girl doing my nails was constantly distracted, yelling with her co workers. And making sure her Starbucks order was right. She never even made eye contact with me once. The space was so dirty and the counter where my hands were placed to do my nails looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I am a nurse and not only was I concerned for the cleanliness, but also shocked that they didnt put more effort into the customer. After all, we are keeping them in business. Everyday I go to work with one goal, to provide the best care for each patient. I feel like their only goal at this salon is to make money. This was my second time at this nail salon. I thought maybe my first bad experience was just a fluke. But no, it was a pattern. And like I said, my nails look good, but I will not be going back there.....ever!!!

I got hair in my nail, none of my nails are the same shape, they didnt use the color I asked for, my nail turned out pink from the old top coat that they used, and it took over 2 hours for a simple dip nail. I would not recommend.

Made an appointment for 2:00 for my mother and I. They were able to take my mother pretty soon after 2:00 for a pedicure, but then made me wait over 50 minutes to be seen for a gel polish. In the meantime, they removed my current gel polish and ignored my questions about how long I would wait and where my mother was in the process. My mother has a bad back, and this was a gift for her, so it wasnt feasible to make her wait extra time for me. They still hadnt seen me when my mother was finished, so I walked out. Appointments dont seem to count for anything, and no one seemed particularly sorry.

I never leave negative reviews. I just visited this salon and will not be going back. I called to make an appointment. They barely acknowledged me and after waitin 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me, I walked out. I will spend my money and time somewhere who(somewhat) honors appointment timed. I did hair and nails in salon for years and understand things happen, but this was unacceptable and a complete waste of time.

This was the worst experience, sanitize on is horrible. I had to constantly remind him to clean the utensils or get new ones . When I was done instead of handing me back my credit card he left it on the counter entrance while I was still in the chair gathering my belonging. Very horrible experience I would not suggest going to this nail place it looks nice upon entering but the service was horrible.

My daughters got their nails done at NailStudio II on Saturday June 23 2018. When they were telling me about their experience here, I told them to not return there in the future. The persons taking care of each of them were not friendly at all. One took a phone call or was on their phone. There was orange peels or cookies or something around the work station. My daughter apparently did not let her nail dry enough and was yelled at about it. It is a real disappointment because you are supposed to have a fun experience getting your nails done and you think you find a place that will not only do a good job, but also make it a nice and pleasant experience. We will definitely not be returning.

Rude customer service, they had attitude with me when i called and spoke with them to come in and get my nails done they said yes that is fine i get there at 7:30pm closed the next day i called around 6:30pm and asked if i could come in they said yes i got there around 7:15 i walk in they are shutting off the nights i said hold on i just called to get my nails and the lady said it was fine your sign says closes at 8 on the web page it says the same ! They said oh no that old sign we havent changes it ! Like ok well thats not my fault plus i called and you guys said yea come in !! Worst place ever rude attitude people learn how to speak english when your in our country!!!!

If i could give a half star i would, went with a friend to get our nails filled the nail tech was in a hurry very unsocial and rushed. My nails were soso my friends looked like a 7 year old did them she has to have the acrylic removed and redone completely. Needless to say we will never go there again.

Horrible, I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I was trying to find a color while she started and she pushed the basket out of the way without a care or even asking if I’d move it and the lady that did my nails had given me an estimate at the beginning, then it suddenly changed when I went to pay and it was almost $15 more than what she had originally stated. So disappointed would not go back. Don’t waste your money 😤

Nails turned out terrible, looks like they will need filled in 2 days.. The polish is lumpy and half painted.. Am not gonna go there again. Very disappointing..

Very unprofessional. My mother and I went in on a Thursday afternoon and not one employee acknowledged us even though a guy was standing at the counter. Eventually a woman looked up and told us to sign the book. We signed it and sat down. After about two minutes they took two women back who came in RIGHT AFTER US. They barely said two words to either of us. I am appalled at how unprofessional they were. They even turned their business away from another woman who came in while we were waiting. I will never go back here.

AWFUL. My friend and I have tried this place several times and always have issues. The lady DID NOT do the color my friend wanted and said it was “too dark” my friend asked for her nails to be shorter and the lady kept saying “cut already” with complete attitude. the lady was VERY rough during the massage which only lasted 2 minutes. And then the lady refused to put on my friends flip flops because they were “too tight” RUSHED AND SHITTY. will not be returning.

They ruined my nails by taking half off the paint off and then told me they couldn’t do it because another solan did them last. They also never greeted me or my friend. Three different people worked on my friends nails and we didn’t know who to tip. They were very ignorant and never even tried to speak to either of us. Very poor service and information. Never come back here.

I can understand way their rating is so low. I should have read the reviews before going in to the salon. Will not go back again. Wanted over 20 minutes then left. The worst customer service ever. Will not ever go back again. It is a shame it had been a while since I been there used to be a GREAT salon not any more will not go back again. Anyone knows a good salon for pedicures and medicures? I have been to some REALLY bad ones in the Washington and McMurray area lately.

Dont waste your time or $. I had the same girl the last 2 times Ivery went very rude to everyone & very rude. Last time she messed up my gel pedicure & had to remove the gel & redo it...I was there for 1.5 hours. Having the fresh gel removed wasnt pleasant. This time I have winds on my feet from her being so rough. I get pedicures very often & never like these last 2.

Took my girlfriend in for a nail fill and they didn’t fill in parts of the nails. They didn’t do a good job overall. They advertised a fill for $17 and ended up being charged for $40 for a basic fill and gel polish. Will never go back again.

Stopped and was talked In to dips. Was told it would last 4 weeks. My nails are chipping in less then a week.

Gel manicure lasted only 4 days before the polish began to crack and come off. Friendly staff; however, poor overall quality. Also, the woman doing my nails took a phone call that lasted the entire time I was there. I thought this was extremely unprofessional of her. I wont recommend their services, nor will I ever go back there.

My daughter had a full set put on on Friday, May 17. On Saturday, one broke off, on Sunday, two more broke off...one by one, all week, they have broken off.

I received tropical gel manicure on Sunday. The next day I had marks show up in the clear part, on one of the nails clear gel started peeling by cutical, and on two nails color started chipping off. Because of my schedule, I went on Tuesday to speak to them about it and they did nothing but argue with me, very rude and came up with excuses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE

Pedicure was ok..and noticed they also did waxing... I was planning to get my legs waxed the next day elsewhere .. but figured Id add it into my services here... What a joke!😂🤣 The back of my legs are not even waxed . My knees are so patchy and theres alot of hairs in the front that where missed. Live and learn...
