Never in A MILLION years would I wish my worst enemy to go to this salon. I went there, expecting to have a nice relaxing time. But boy was I surprised. The place was unsanitary, that should have been my first clue to walk out. They did my “pedicure” that lasted a total of 2 minutes from start to finish. They did not even push or cut my cuticles. The “massage” was not a massage at all, literally 2 seconds up and down on each leg. My friend that was with me got the deluxe pedicure. Oh boy did she get the deluxe treatment - this included them literally punching her foot like we were in the WWE wrestling arena. She left with three bruises on her legs from that “massage”. Next, we went on to get our nails done. I was hoping this would be better. She cut my nails too short, AND cut my fingers up as well. She did not do as I was hoping for, and the polish was messy and I left very upset. This was very discouraging because I really wanted to have my nails and toes looking their best, but instead I left embarassed and spent NINETY dollars on a service my three year old cousin could have done better. Now, I have to go spend more money for another salon to remove the awful nails and do them again. Never want to go back. My friend asked for cow print and look at the cowprint they gave her😂

They deserve ZERO stars but thats not possible so here we are at 1....It takes forever & its dirty in thereThe older lady that does nails is horrible! Cut my constantly & when I pulled my hand & said it hurts she snatched it back & rolled her eyes. My hands burned under UV & hurt for days!She charges whatever she wants. She charged $65 when all I got was a fill in & gel polish on medium squoval length nails.Lena does a decent pedicure but she is loud as ever & very unprofessional with her discussions. She also yells throughout the shop at her kids.NEVER going back!!

Ive been to Rose and Sams several times, and this is the best place in town to get your nails done. They are short staffed so sometimes there is a wait, but they do a phenomenal job. I spent a lot of money at other places and I always tip well, but the quality just wasnt there

NEVER go here! We had such a horrible experience that ended with my daughter in tears because they were so rude and were shouting at her because she changed her mind. When we went to pay we found out that they changed the regular pedicures into gel ones without my mom and daughter requesting. This ended up costing $20 extra. They lied and said my mom had stated that she wanted this. The mani/pedis took 10 minutes (super overpriced) and have chipped by today (we went yesterday)!

This salon was the worst experience ever. They did not remove cuticles, clean my nails, or massage hands with lotion. I got French tip, and it looks sloppy… probably because it took 5 MINUTES. Legit. And is way overpriced. The employees were rude and sneaky. I should’ve spoken up about how a real manicure is done😂 I would rate this 0 stars if there was an option.

I had the pedicure with gel nails! My mother and I went together and had the same thing done by the same person this evening... My mothers look really good.. Im disappointed at the sides of my feet with the calluses. They have always came out smooth in the past.

The lady started with me but a young lady came in who was going to spend more so she pushed me off on an older man. The pedicure was not good and the towel he used was not even warm, He did not use a base coat. When he did my manicure he did not remove cuticle and used a color I did not want. He put one small dab of lotion and did not massage my hands because he was talking and not noticing what he was doing!!!

Pedicure was great. Manicure was okay...not a neat finish under my nails but top looked good..just too square shape.

The service is good and it doesnt take too long. Nail techs are very friendly.

Floors were dirty, people weren’t wearing shoes, there were people burping in your face (the professional nail artists), the lady filed my natural nail far too thin and was totally reckless!! never coming back

Please find another nail salon if you must get your nails done in Washington. They are always in a rush trying to make you get services you dont need or adding extra stuff to your nails to make you pay more. My last visit was horrible and I only went because my friend wanted to go. What happened to being able to relax during a pedicure... NOT!!! Miss Thang in there standing beside me putting on nails and had to make her do 2 over because she put the tip on crooked. She not They.... constantly curses and is so unprofessional! Get rid if her and your business just might BOOM😁‼️

The lady cut my cuticles to where they bled after the nails were on the other one not Lena, Lena was lovely her co-worker the other woman did terrible on my nails all of them are uneven and lopsided not even enough acryclic on the nail near my cuticle she didnt do what I asked for my hearts are smaller than asked for and has glitter in it which isnt what I asked for at all .

Best place around that I have been to since moving here a yr ago. Wouldnt go anywhere else now! Very nice friendly and wonderful service and beautiful nails.

Johnny did a great job on my nails, However, There was a bunch of fussing between employees, It was a bit ridiculous! Loud and obnoxious!

I used to come to this nail salon on a pretty regular basis until about the time I graduated from high school. for my graduation present I had gotten a full set of acrylics blue with a heart detail on my ring finger nail with that being said after I was done and I paid almost $80 for this manicure I realize that the heart on my ring finger is sloppy and doesnt even look like a heart so I asked my nail tech if she can fix it she very rudely she said no and told me that I need to pay extra to get it fixed. also very hard to communicate with some of the nail techs and when I dont understand what they are saying they have gotten mad at me because I have to ask them to keep repeating what theyre saying.

This place is WAY overpriced!! Ty did my toes and I asked for white tips..... needless to say I think he needs to retire because they look sloppy and messy. Looks like white worms on my feet. And I had to pay $45 for this awful mess!

I found Crystal Nails thanks to a suggest of my friend. Excellent service!Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment. I showed them a image of what i wanted and they executed it perfectly. They were extremely friendly and nice. The salon is bright and clean.5 stars! Ill definitely go back again.

My best friend and I looked for it! I felt so comfortable and the client base is very loyal. She was so delicate to chat to. No one is pushy, and she is quick & does great with check out. The shape of my nails are beautiful. I may just start driving up here for my spa needs!

I went to get my nails done for my gender reveal yesterday I got a seat pretty fast but the older lady in there had a very nasty attitude . I asked for coffin and it’s no where near! She cut me multiple times and kept throwing my hands around. My nails are different lengths and sizes!! Would not perfect her every one else seems friendly.

I came in for a pedicure and it was amazing! They dont use harsh chemicals so there isnt a strong smell when you enter. She has GREAT skill on work. Pedicure was good - she took her time a a was precise. The pedicure is heavenly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I WILL for sure be going back to her. And have received good pedicure.

Was in town for a meeting and came in on a whim to get a gel manicure. All manicurists were friendly and paid great attention to detail. Lots of colors to choose from and fair prices. Five stars rating overall!

Ive never been in a business until now where the employees felt it was okay to use profanity and talk about what they did with their (ex)boyfriends for other customers to hear. It didnt matter what language they spoke because you could still hear the curse words. Never again!!

This place is a must for nail care. Outstanding service! The staff are polite and friendly, unlike some of the other shops. And did an impeccable job on my nails. The shop is very clean and the tools are sterilized. I didnt feel they were rushing their work. I look forward to coming back again in the future.

I would not recommend going here. I used to love this place but it has gone downhill lately. I’ve been here twice now and gotten the same girl that rushes and does an awful job on my nails. I had a color picked out from the shellac samples and she told me that they were out of that color which I understood but then she got mad at me when I was taking a while to pick out another color. She then rushed to paint my nails and kept digging her fingernail into the sides of my nails when she messed up and it hurt so bad. She never let my nails dry completely so when she put on the clear coat the nail color came off and she got mad when I nicely asked her to repaint it. Then I was talking to my friend beside me and the nail technician very rudely told me to stop moving. Then I had a gift card that I wanted to use and she told me I wasn’t allowed to use it and just stood there staring at me. Which I know they allowed gift cards because the lady before me used one. Finally someone else had to come over and tell her I could use my gift card. I will never go here again for nails.

Good place. Most of them are really nice, But the one with tattoo on her neck has a really nasty attitude, in middle of doing your nails she will leave you and go outside and smoke for 10+ minutes and she is rude. She rushes and DOES NOT do a good job you will have polish all over your fingers and they look horrible. Other than her everyone in there is wonderful and does an amazing job. I would recommend everyone to go just dont go to that lady.

I would not recommend going here. Service was poor, staff attitudes were not good. My mother went in for a simple fill and French tip with a cotton candy base and she wanted the same color on her toes. I explained all of this to the young lady at the desk. My mom went and had her nails painted first by a really sweet lady however she did not use a cotton candy base. Then she waited 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get her nails done. In the process of her getting her nails done the guy completely stopped to send a text while she was sitting in his seat. When she went to wash her hands he went out and smoked a cigarette and came back and never washed his hands. He completed the full in and you could still tell where her old nails stopped. They looked horrible. A complete rush job.

Waited for 20 mins not too bad since it was packed when I arrived, all chairs were occupied. The ladies are all very nice and accommodating. Nice music, attentive service, on time. I absolutely love this place!

They had a really good selection of colors and gave me a fantastic design. My technician did an amazing job and I got so many compliments on my nails. Especially, the staff here are super friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere else.

If I could give it no stars I would. My nails were crooked the design they said would be so easy looked like a pink blob so they didn’t know how evidentially like they claimed. My pedicure consisted of dipping in my feet (Luke warm water) for about 10 mins. Took my feet out ran the scrub brush over them like twice! No lotion just dried them and put polish on them that was all over my foot. Hands were the same. Went home and got my daughter to take nail polish and get it off. I spent $118.00 there and no matter what I said Lena had an excuse. I ended up having to go Sunday to a different salon and spend $60 more dollars just to cut and file them plus repaint my fingernails and toes. I will never return to this store! And Lena is like a chain smoker! ALWAYS trying to sneak away to go out the front and smoke!
