They did a real good job on my nails. Going back

I was treated very bad and i had a appointment and the nail tech Lisa never showed up two time in a row.. I had to sign the book both time i was stood up.I was told that no one wants to do my nails. i stated that i had a appointment and the front desk worker allowed a person to go in front of me and i was their first . I ask ed why is she going first and i was here before her and i was told that they do not want to do my nails . i said to the man who runs the front desk that i would report the bad service to BBB and he simply said we do not care. I refuse to just walk out and they finally got someone to work with me . I always spend $100 and i know i am being overcharged . I also loss a nail with in one week and went to another place where i was treated with respect. I went back and talked to one of the managers Lisa the same person who stood me up twice to find out why she keep standing me up and why was i treated so bad . I was given a apology and told the ladies do not like me . I told her i am not here to be liked but i am here for service and you are running a business. i never been treated that way i felt very discriminated and will never in life return aagain

Nice and friendly service. Spacious and lot of nail techs. Got a gel manicure and pedi. The prices are reasonable.. Want be disappointed😃😃

I went in on Saturday morning around 11:20 am I had know appointment so there was a 20 minute wait. I was sitting in a chair at 11:40 getting my feet done. I was out of there by 12:45 The services I received was a Gel overlay Pedicure and an eyebrow arch. Lisa got me tight!!

Their rude nasty and my nail broke the 3rd day had to return to get fix twice never again

I paid 110 dollars for a pedicure and a overlay and the next day my nails were chipping at the ends. When I went back they acted like they werent going to fix it and I had to wait almost an hr for them to do anything! Im NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They are not consistent with their prices! I went in 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and eyebrow, it was 35 dollars. Now they charge me 45 dollars for the same thing.The nail tech disclose she charge me 5 dollars for nail polish removal, which is the dumbest thing I heard, if I’m getting a pedicure. That should come with the service. They also charge ten dollars for eyebrow. And again, 2 weeks ago the eye brow was $8. So I definitely won’t be back again.

My experience was Wonderful... The technician took her time and did a great job. Gave her a $7 tip...

I went there for the first time two weeks ago. The establishment was nice and well kept. I didn’t have to wait long, but the atmosphere was unprofessional. My tech was not fluent in English so she didn’t quite understand what I wanted, and also cut my feet a few times during my pedicure after I’d asked her not to cut so deep. A fight occurred and I think the shop owners should have certain protocol in place to protect customers. Especially due to the area it is in. My design was mediocre and rushed . My top coat chipped the very next day . All in all it wasn’t a horrible experience, and I was pleasantly satisfied compared to other shops, but the focus should be improved on customer service, and quality products.

My nail tech is Rose 🌹. She’s bomb been going since opening. She’s the only person I let touch my nails and feet. She’s good at her job. She even was able to do my foot that was broken and in a cast. She was very gentle.

I went for the first time a few weeks ago. I got a full set with gel polish. Pedicure with gel polish. And my eyebrows done. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the customer service. Eva did a real good job on my hands and feet. The eyebrows were pretty good considering that I have really difficult eyebrows. Most people can’t do my eyebrows because of how they grow in three different directions. She did a decent job. The overall shop is ok. Pretty regular.

I usually dnt do these but the first thing that threw me off was they couldn’t do a French tip on my toes - like Huh? That’s the easiest style of all - I got my real nails done and then now it’s a week and half and my gel is almost basically worn off - usually I have to soak my gel off or wait two or more weeks before I start to see peeling - either way OVERPRICED & i dnt like that my nails shouldn’t be messed up already

Ive always received good service when I get my pedicures. The longest Ive waited to be serviced is ten minutes. The prices are great and the music is wonderful.

On this date 8/27/20 I entered wonder nail salon for my daughter feet can be polished no soak no acrylic just plain polished and they tried to charge me $24 when I was told it was just $5 when I first entered and then when I said something about it I was totally disrespected and called stupid .. I will never return to this business I’m highly disgusted with the staff actions

I gave them a try 3 times and thats enough for me. The first time I treated my daughter to a mani and pedi with gel polish. Her polish chipped the next day. I went both my daughter and I did a full set. The gentleman rushed and I was not pleased with the quality. I came back to try someone different and she rushed too. It is a nice establishment but the quality of service sucks.

The tech cut my foot with the callous remover (cheese grater), and she took out a literal chunk of skin. its been a week and it is still healing. I ended the pedicure right then and there, because putting my open wound back in hot water is how you get an infection, and the tech told the manager what happened. the manager said I still needed to pay for the pedicure and the callous removal ($25), even though I ended the service before it was completed. as I was walking out (without paying because that is completely ludicrous), they told me to never come back.if I could give them no stars, I would.

I had got my nails done here, they had came out perfectly my nail tech name was Nancy she did a very good job giving me Exactly what I had asked for The prices are very good and they was very respectful the whole time I was in there establishment

Always get good service when I go there

They are very disrespectful and try and take advantage of minors, my daughter was quoted one price for what she wanted and upon completion they charged her 20 more dollars and told her that was because of the length when she stated in the beginning that was the length she wanted. I was fine with them until I sent her alone, and when she told they her tech he got angry and asked her to leave. Never again will we patron this establishment. No customer service with our youth, whom work hard for their money.

Do not go to this place. I had a terrible experience there. I went to get waxing and they really didn’t know what they were doing. My skin was literally ripped off my face. Do not go to this place the customer service is awful...

We waited a hour about 4 customers left before I had to say something to the worker about not being seen...then she tried to jip my God daughter on the price because she 12 told her its was $37 no gel no design but the sign say 22 and mind you her nails were short

This business has potential to be and do great things. Its unfortunate that they do good work, ONLY when you bully and micro manage them, verses you as the paying customer, should just be able to come in, communicate to the staff, what you need, wait your turn, be serviced, and pay. In return, THEY should provide EACH and EVERY customer with respectful, courteous, and time efficient service. They run this business in a UNORGANIZE manner, which creates unneccessary tension between the customers. Why should the customer concern themselves with who is next? Why should it be the CUSTOMERS tracking who is next in line to be seen for whatever service they requested? They also could do a better job reinvesting in the upkeep of the shop. The floors are FILTHY. Can you imagine paying the expensive price they charge for a gel pedicure,and after they are finished, you step down from the chair, onto a floor, that is covered in dirt and dust. I come here because it is convenient. Our neighborhood needs MORE OPTIONS. What is the Ward 8 community going to do about this kind of establishment? We need to being this to the attention of the appropriate city governement officials.

The Guy harry is so rude. He was so rough. When he was done painting my nails. He left nails polish all on my fingers and didnt remove it. Nope dont go to him

Terrible service!!!! They have you wait for services for over 45 minutes, to over charge you for service!! How does a refill start at $17 and increase to $50. They are taking advantage of the same community thats feeding them.
