I have gone to this place multiple times now because she is so awesome! Alexa does a fantastic job every time. She’s quick and the most painless wax I have ever experienced. Her place can be hard to find if you’ve never been there - it’s inside the hair salon by the gas station. Don’t be fooled though, it’ll be the best wax you get in DC

Customer service was great! Atmosphere was relaxing. She’s does it very fast and my wax is very clean with not an string of hair on there. I’m coming back and will be a regular customer.

Alexa is hands down the best waxer Ive found. Ive been getting waxed since I was about 17 (with a few years lapsed). I moved to the tri-state area about a year ago and found Alexa on groupon. Her salon is not your usual 5 star spa, its much better. Her space is very intimate, yet comfortable. She makes you feel almost at home. She frequently has an interesting Netflix show on with a tv directly above the table to distract you. Ive never seen that before and its brilliant! Alexa herself is very skilled. Shes incredibly fast and Ive never had any irritation after a wax. I just cant say enough about how happy I am that I found her services. I highly highly recommend her!

I wish there was a no star button, this place is unsanitary, the unlicensed owner is ghetto as hell. The bathroom front have any Hand soap first of all I should have walked out the door, then she gave me baby wipe instead of a feminine wipe etc. She proceeded to use the brown face wax on my vagina on the long hairs instead of trimming me first and it hurt like hell. She didnt even change the stick. I told her she should use the thick wax for a Brazilian. I guess she didnt use it at first because it was running low, and she had the nerve to say she was gonna block me for screaming through this painful ads waxing by this unprofessional ghetto scammer. Secondly when I called to schedule an appointment I was gonna buy groupon for $22. She says she only honors those on certain days and I would have to pay $30 cash. I didnt want to pay her at the end but I did because she was making comments about me questioning her stupid broke ass. I ended up going into labor the next day water breaking and had an infection because of the unsanitary products and procedures she used. I had to have a c section. Please do not let that hitch near your vagina. She a YouTube water trying to make a buck. Thank me later.
