Because they take the time to explain things very good

Horrible service. Gene provided a quote, took credit card information, asked if I wanted him to put coverage into place that day. I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance. After two days, I called to find he had left on vacation. I spoke to his assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that she was unable to explain or address. I asked that Gene call first thing Monday upon his return; he did not. I wrote him and called him and left a message; no reply. I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agent was unacceptable. On top of that he stole $486 from me which was never returned. Gene scammed me and he is a fraud!!!!

Gene is incompetent and never returns phone calls regarding billing questions. I am so beyond fed up with my experience with him and, by default, State Farm.

In the beginning it was good service an a good rate. Now its been a year in an I can definitely see what horrible service state farm and this agent has. OK so first I canceled my monthly payment because it wasnt in my account. 3 days later I get a email from my bank stating my account is overdraft because state farm took there money out after I already canceled my payment By the 48 hour time limit they give you. So they refund me my money back. On June 26 I payed my June bill. on June 29 I get a letter saying my insurance was canceled on June 9th. I call the office an the same women answered that always do.I tell her whats going on an she assured me That it was a mistake an there writing me up another policy I said OK. So a couple days went by and I lock myself out my car. Called for roadside assistant an they said that my insurance was canceled on June 9th an they dont see my payment for june. An I can pay for it an they will reimburse me something I already pay for a month. I was so livid to say the least.it was 4th of July weekend an I couldnt get roadside to my car even though I pay for it because of there mistake an then they wanted me to pay for a tow truck. by far one of the worst experience of my life. So they write me up for a new police starting in august mind you I went the whole July with out insurance because of there mistake. They wrote me a new policy an my insurance went up with no accidents and no tickets. They quoted me like I dont have insurance. Please do not go with this agent or state farm. The customer service is the worst, the service is 0 stars. Dont waste your money. There all about money. Nothing is good about this agent or company.

Never returns phone calls they put me in a bid my car note went from 366 to 296 to 666 come on now its no way he is horrible i hate state farm please dont let your agent be gene cartwright

Horrible experience.. They dont answer there phones. There never at the office if you need to stop by. Terrible
