I was starting up insurance on a new vehicle and instead of only taking the initial payment they charged me for the full year bouncing my bank acct. And are now giving me a run around on refunding my money. They said the insurance company they set me up with is closed and they cant do anything until Monday. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If I do finally get my refund Ill be switching insurance companies and never deal with them again. The rep Jen even said she should have called and verified that was the amount I wanted to pay yet didnt. Im sorry but if u are unsure of something call and verify. Problems like this wont happen. I wish I could give less than one star but I cant.
