This service was part of home warranty and was done very well and in a timely manner. Technician was very professional.

I needed my dryer and dishwasher fixed. Vertex fixed my dryer quick and easy and did a good job on that but when I called to follow up about the dishwasher they said I didnt pay for the dryer. The technician has us issue the check to him and not the company so luckily Vertex was able to resolve this issue but they gave us the run around for the dishwasher for over a month. They didnt return phone calls when they say they would and were just difficult to talk to because the story kept changing. After calling them many times over a few weeks without an update, they said they ordered the dishwasher part and that it was being delivered the next day and they would call us. No call came and when we called back after a week, we found out that its all of a sudden backordered and would be another few weeks. We had enough of this back and fourth so we called Miele, the company for which the dishwasher was from, and they said Vertex hadnt placed any parts orders at all. Not going to bother with following up with them and I know we wont get a call in response either. Beyond frustrating.
