Do not call these folks. THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH VIKING and lied to us. The tech came to examine our oven which was not working, told us that the main control board needed to be replaced but that it is no longer available, charged us $65, and left. This turned out to be total BS. Both Viking HQ and the Viking certified technician indicated that the part is still in production (and in stock). Use a certified repair place

2004 Oven. Technician arrived and advised that part that needed service was no longer in production by Viking, Took his $65 and left. No diagnosis other that turning on Oven Function setting temperature then saying he could not do anything... Go to a Viking Certified Service.

Context: The oven part of our Viking range was brokenPositive: It was easy to get a serviceman out here (Serg) and get a diagnostic run. He quickly assessed that the problem was the module control board and wrote up an estimate, $850 for the part, $350 (reduced price) for labor, Total $1200 to fix the oven. I thanked him and said I wanted to think about it/do research before committing to get the fix and that I would pay up front for the diagnostic visit. He pushed back a bit but I insisted so I paid.Negative: I did my own research and the part cost $500 online, so I called up and asked why they were charging so much. Overhead

He had my GE Monogram refrigerator fixed in less than an hour. Really nice guy, too. I would recommend him to anyone and Ill definitely use his services again! Highly Recommended
