Ive lived here for two years now and I love it. DC rent is insanely high, but here it feels affordable. Reasonable price for a ton of space! Location is amazing - right next to Adams Morgan, Mount Pleasant, and Columbia Heights, and the zoo. Management is incredibly kind, responsive, and prompt. Any time I had issues with my apartment, big or small, the amazing building engineer was there to find a solution.
