My family and I stayed with Stay Attache on two occasions. During the last visit stayed for 3 months and we lived in 3 different properties. Stay Attache manages some of the best properties in DC and has amazing customer service that is easy to work with. If you are coming for a short term and want to feel like you live in DC, but also have all comfort of corporate housing, they are a perfect match for you! The houses were equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable and their maintenance team is ready to assist with any request you might have. I would highly recommend this unique company to everyone who is coming to DC.

After searching for days to find something affordable for our 3 month stay in DC. Airbnb is terrible its a total hit or miss but then I found Attache they have been really helpful and non-stressful through the whole process. I know I had to have been a not so easy customer for the leasing process. I changed the place three times.. I also have a service dog and criteria, budget..etc. Stephen was AMAZING totally professional his vibes via email were comforting instead of pushy he never gave annoyed or irritated vibes way better than most corporate housing. The house we rented for one month in the Capitol Hill area of DC was charming and pretty much as advertised. It was very conveniently located for Union Station and the National Gallery as well as Whole Foods and restaurants. Where we had the problem was with lack of responsiveness from the management company, Stay Attache. When we drove up, the little lot in the back was accessed through an alley at a sharp angle that our Outback was barely able to manage, and the space was so tight—once we were able to get the door open from the inside—that it was unusable. We called and called, because the space was key to our being able to use the house as our son had broken his foot and used a scooter. We didn’t want to move in for the month if we couldn’t find a parking solution. No one ever responded to emails or voice messages. After an hour and a half, I finally caught someone on the phone. They said they would call back, but we had to call and email several more times before we finally managed to get a street parking pass the next afternoon (now available online, which they didn’t know, and which we found out after getting the car out to drive to the local police station, then parking on the street and moving every two hours, and having found alternate accommodations in case the pass did not come through). They would have let us out of the 30-day rental after the one night, for one week’s rent and a $275 cleaning fee.I think that Stay Attache should be—if not on site— then at least available by phone when you are taking possession of the property. There was a mattress being discarded in front, there were no-parking signs posted in front that work was being done in the alley the day after we moved in that would have made the space unusable for the next week anyway, the garbage disposal had backed up so that when we tried out the dishwasher, it filled with stinky water. The ceiling fan and light in the main room weren’t working. A walk-through would have helped. We did not want repair people in while we were there, so we managed.Otherwise it was a cute house and we had a great stay.

I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to the staff of Attache for their excellent service over the time (it turned out to be many months) I lived in a one-bedroom Dupont (West End) apartment. Any request I had was attended to promptly and in a satisfactory manner. The maintenance crew were proficient and excellent. This is a highly professional group that acts with integrity and courtesy. I can’t think of even one complaint I have about the services I received. Bravo!

A truly excellent team and product! The apartment has been well furnished and spacious and great to live in. But even more importantly, any issues that have arisen were handled quickly by the Attaché team, making it easy to live in peace. Highly recommend for short-term/corporate housing!

Attache has been amazing. We stayed in one of their properties for little under 6 months. During our stay, the staff was extremely attentive and assisted us with efficiency and transparency. They were extremely easy to communicate with via telephone and email. They worked with us at every corner and we are so grateful for all of their assistance. Our one month stays turned into a much longer stay and Attache was there every step of the way helping us out. We initially were going to go with a larger national company and we are so glad we went local with Attache. They have been magnificent and have the personal touch.

I had a great stay with Attache for the past 6 months. They were very understanding of my need to extend with little notice each month and responded promptly to any questions/concerns that came up. The apartment was perfect for my needs. I’ve had horrible experiences with other corporate rentals in the area and by contrast was very pleased with my Attache experience.

Attache is and was such a lifeblood to me and my family as we evaced from abroad to the DC area. Amazing attention to detail with property and excellent customer care!! We had the pleasure of staying (1 month) at one of the locations managed by Attcahe, white glove service start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful finding the right property for us and they worked expeditiously to get through the process with our aggressive timeline.In terms of the property, it was ample, amazing location and well furnished. The property provided that “home away from home” feeling. Special thanks to all the staff!!

In spite of a somewhat drab entrance (via a back alley and down steps from a car parking area), this property offers a cozy and well-appointed interior with the unique and engaging feature of skylights over a king-sized bed offering soft, natural light and sky views. The kitchen is neat and functional - with a gas stove-top - though we had to re-position lamps to cast light onto food-preparation surfaces due to a lack of under-cupboard lighting. The lounge is spacious, neat and comfortable and two bedrooms and two bathrooms give the apartment a versatility for three or more residents. This is a quiet and comfortable space which Id be happy to return to.

I was new to D.C. and stayed at 1736 19th street. This was a great location and a great apartment to live in. I really enjoyed the DuPont Circle area. The apartment was extremely nice and clean. It came furnished with kitchen ware, couches, TVs, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Stay attache was excellent to wok with. They were very professional and worked with me for my government rate. Very easy people to deal with. 5 Star

I recently had two urgent needs for short and medium term housing in DC. Attache Corporate Housing quickly responded to my inquiries and provided me great options. I was able to move into both properties when I needed them quickly, saving me a lot of housing heartache. Their team knows the local market. The properties I stayed were in excellent locations and had all the amenities. Was much better than staying in a hotel. They also responded to my billing needs and quickly resolved any minor issues I encountered. Will definitely look to them first if I ever have similar short to medium term housing needs in DC!

I enjoyed the studio apartment I rented close to DuPont Circle. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Has a Safeway close by to do the shopping and number of restaurants. The size of the apartment and most of the amenities were perfect for my one month stay. Wifi connectivity was excellent. Few things that would have helped are some storage in the bathroom for shower items and other toiletries. I also wished there was disability entry to the building. I had two heavy luggage to carry up the stairs, so I am glad I was located in the first floor.

I enjoyed my stay w/ Attache a great deal. Jeff was very helpful w/ any maintenance related issues that came up, and even assisted me personally (& bought me lunch) when I was locked out of my apartment due to a keypad malfunction. Keep in mind that the staff are very busy, so you have to be very direct if you need maintenance needs taken care of, and use the work order form. Good company & lovely properties. I have referred two of my colleagues so far.

It was a nice 6-week stay and relatively price competitive compared to other short-term lease options/hotels in the area. The apartment came with most items you need. The apartment is a bit shabbier than in the pictures, but was clean. And the support staff was very available and helpful.

The Experience at Attache has been a wonderful one. Right from the day of our lease execution to our move-in, Staff at attache has been so helpful and efficient for any help. We stayed at this property for almost two months and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made when it came to temporary housing.There was plenty of space and the living area was a great area for kids to play and for us to entertain guests.The managing company was realiable and always helpful. So was the owner.This is a great neighborhood too, walking distance from Costco, CVS, mall, park, tennis courts, metro, wholefoods, etc...its a fantastic location.Overall, I highly recommend renting at this location and will definitely do it again in the future

It was overall pretty good. The furnishings were nice and the apartment had everything I needed. However, there was an issue with bugs and the air conditioner went out. But, your service was great at handling them asap.

If you are planning a stay of 30 days or more, Attache is the best provider of good quality short-term furnished housing in DC. They have the experience and portfolio to find you something in almost any neighborhood in town. You sign an actual lease when you rent a property, so there is a much greater degree of confidence on the side of both parties. Attache has a team of staff working on various aspects of the rental, and all are very responsive when issues arise. Check in and check out is easy, staff act more like actual involved landlords (in the good sense) than other executive stay platforms and businesses. They even throw regular client appreciation events that are fun and where you can get to know the team. Most real estate agents know and recommend Attache, and it is obvious why once you stay in one of their properties. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were visiting D.C. for a month, from Columbus, Ohio, and I am glad I came across Attache. I spent months before deciding on the exact apartment... the Attache website is pretty informative on all the potential apartments, which is nice. We were not the typical, corporate-related Attache customer...just visitors to D.C., and throughout, all the interactions with the Attache staff were good. I like supporting a smaller, local-based company, like Attache, when I can. I would probably give Attache 4.5 stars instead of 5... there are always things that can be improved... but I would have no reservations (whatsoever) about using them again, or recommending them to others.

Great location in the center of Georgetown, apartment as described, clean, new appliances and furniture, would stay again and recommend Attache for long-term stays

We stayed in one of the Georgetown apartments for five weeks in the summer of 2019. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. The apartment was recently renovated and almost everything in the unit was new. Whenever we had questions about the unit, Stay Attache representatives quickly responded to them. The landlord was amazing as well, he even dropped by some toys for our kids :) Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at this unit. We hope to come back in the future!

We rented a place for 91 days, the minimum stay required to avoid DC hotel tax (as thoughtfully explained to me by Attache), while we searched for a condo to buy. We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our Attache place: clean, tastefully furnished, and very well-located for our needs. The Attache staff was always helpful, and cooperative when the closing date on the condo went beyond the date by which I was to decide whether to extend my lease. It all worked out better than I could possibly have hoped and I would give Attache my strongest recommendation for anyone visiting DC for 30 days or more.

I needed to find an apartment ASAP in Washington DC, and without the luxury of being able to shop in person for my move from San Francisco. Attaché Corporate Housing was able to provide me with a great apartment in the neighborhood I wanted to be in at a fair market price. The apartment was “turnkey” with all furnishings provided, down to the fluffy towels. I was very happy with the apartment and services provided.

We rented a beautifully furnished row house in Capitol Hill with literally everything one needs for an extended stay. Excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV. Very comfortable beds, linens. Completely outfitted kitchen with high-end appliances and cookware. The Stay Attache staff were incredibly helpful, responsive and professional. We could not have asked for better service and will definitely use their rental services in the future.

I normally dont write reviews but the service & attention to my needs throughout the rental process from Attaches team was above & beyond anything I could have expected. I worked primarily with Katherine, however also had experiences with Stephen, Gabriella & Ken. I cant speak highly enough about this group. They made me feel like I was valued in doing so I went from renting 2 units to having my entire field staff stay in Attache rental units ending with a total of 7. Attache jumped though hoops to make sure I was taken care of when placed under an extremely tight window to get some of these set up & without their help I dont know what I would have done. When there was a service issue -RARE Ken had a crew over within 24 hours to fix & one unit had a leak due to a city pipe issue. Attache immediately pulled my guys out set up in a hotel & relocated into an equally awesome property at a slightly lower rate within 1 day & I must add this all took place on a weekend! They were able to give me rental options all within 2 miles of my site which also helped my field team cut down on traffic needed to get to work each morning & put them in safer areas than I could have found trying to use other services or long term hotels. I did have two apartments set up in DC prior to finding Attache but in the future will avoid the rental process & set up only with Attache. My only complaint is that they arent located in all states that my company services. I wish all of my experiences with outside vendors could be as lovely as this was. I had a great experience while staying in an Attache rental over the last six months. The Attache teams attention to detail was clear as the apartment was equipped with everything I needed to cook, clean, etc. The ease of checking in and submitting work requests was unparalleled. My husband and I used a Stay Attache apartment from June 2019 - December 2019 and we couldnt have been happier. Our apartment was at 400 Mass. Ave., NW, unit 1011. It was very comfortably furnished and well laid out with a good floor plan. For a city apartment, I thought it had an incredible amount of storage. It is a two-bedroom unit, and each bedroom has an ensuite bath and large walk-in closet. One of the bedrooms even has an additional double closet, and there is a coat closet in the hallway. There is an additional powder room in the entry hallway. The in-unit washer and dryer is adjacent to the powder room. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked though, if you are a serious cook, you will will want to bring some of your favorite pots and pans and your own knives. There is an underground parking space available with the unit for an additional monthly fee.We didnt have many maintenance issues but when we did, (a leaky toilet) the Stay Attache team responded very quickly.The unit has a balcony which is small but pleasant to sit out on in the evening. The building also offers a very nice rooftop seating area with a pool and BBQ grills. It is a great location for viewing the 4th of July fireworks. The building also has its own small pet walking area which we enjoyed because the unit is pet friendly and we had our small do with us.We took advantage of the Stay Attache cleaning team (extra charge, but well worth it.) They did a great job and made the apartment sparkling clean.Overall, we had a great experience working with Stay Attache and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property (2 months). The sign-up, check-in, check-out and the payment processes were very easy. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very well cleaned. The location was great. The gym (Mint) was right across the street, within a very short walking distance.The Attache Guest Services were outstanding. Whenever we contacted the Guest Service for any problems, we always got prompt response and problems were solved immediately. The Attache representatives were always very friendly and very professional. They were very efficient and very helpful, too.I really like the Attaches management style. I leased a unit through Attache in the Bloomingdale neighbor for 30 months. Attaches customer service is impeccable. We booked a short term apartment rental in NW DC through Attache this past summer and it was a great experience! Our place was in an excellent area and instructions/information for everything to do with the rental were well laid out and easy to follow. I am presently staying in the Waterfront area. My stay has been great. I had a few small maintenance issues which Stephen and Paul fixed quickly. I love being 100 yards from both a full size Safeway grocery store and the Waterfront Metro station. My apartment is exactly as they said it would be. I would absolutely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. The price versus service balance is amazing. The full-time door person is courteous...packages come an email is sent letting me know it, my experience is getting better everyday. Not to mention they are within the Government Per Diem rates. Now I am ready to try the local restaurants out!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Attache Corporate Housing. I stayed in one of their recently renovated furnished apartments in Dupont Circle and I had an amazing experience. It was so different than other big-building corporate housing experiences I had. I took my 5-year old German Shepherd with me and he made friends not only with every person we met on the street, but with the maintenance staff as well. All maintenance requests were handled efficiently and the staff at Attache always answered the phone promptly. If you want a neighborhood experience while living in D.C. temporarily, dont go any further and look into one of their apartments :)

I am so satisfied with Attaches service and properties that I extended my stay twice. The apartment was clean, nicely designed, comfortable and it has all the necessary home appliances you need to make yourself feel like home. Service was exceptional and very responsive. When I come back to the DC area, Attache will be my first choice.

Sandra was very helpful in fixing up furniture and any last minute needs! Jenn was very responsive too in helping fixing things for a good stay. Overall happy and would reccomend if you need a furnished short term stay.

We had a beautiful two-bedroom in DuPont. It was a little pricey, but we truly got our moneys worth. The apartment was bigger and nicer than advertised, and our property manager was extremely attentive and accommodating. We were sad to leave!

I loved my stay here. Very clean and well managed apartments and a supportive staff. Attache made my transition to a new city smooth and easy.

The apartment was well-appointed and far below the per diem rate for what a hotel wouldve cost. Another advantage is the fact that Attache has apartments in some of the best DC neighborhoods which dont really have hotels. So, if you want to enjoy U Street or Logan Circle without having to Uber or Metro across town, an Attache property is a great option. Ive used them three times for extended stays over the past five years and have always been satisfied.

I stayed with Attache during a 3 month period while on assignment in Washington. The place was great and the service outstanding. If my door lock needed a new battery, they were there that day to replace. They always notified me well in advance for any service. In addition, I lost a package and they sent it to me well after I had left DC.

We needed a short term lease in the Georgetown area near the hospital with as few steps as possible. Attache Corp had a basement apt, not quite no steps but spacious and only a 15 minute walk to the hospital. As with a couple other reviews I have seen, cleanliness was a concern. The staff at Attache Corp was very helpful in providing some missing necessities and in getting some repairs done quickly.

We signed documents using online e software- it was quick and painless. My rental was great, and attache was very quick to fix the plumbing issue in my unit. Attache went above and beyond my expectations. While I am finishing my tour in Germany with the US Army, I wanted to send my wife some flowers. Nick Casey (Operations Manager) quickly offered the following, “If you order them from a local florist Im happy to pick them up and leave them outside her door on the 3rd floor. Im fine picking them from anywhere within 2 miles of the apartment.”A few hours later, the flowers were at my wife’s doorstep. Thanks again Nick!!

As a Foreign Service Officer and frequent traveler, Ive had my share of great and not so great experiences with furnished accommodations. Attache ranked up there with the best through the process of signing a lease and making sure we could access the apartment upon our arrival in DC.Then we experienced some issues with kitchen appliances (microwave and toaster not functional) following our arrival, which were unfortunately not resolved until the last week or so of our one month rental. We also had to hammer nails sticking out on the back porch in order to make it safe for use. Thankfully, when the cable box went out in one or the other room, Sandra at Attache came multiple times over the week to fix the issue.Finally, I would recommend that you check your local ordinances for trash and recycling (there was a $75 fine in our neighborhood if the lid wasnt properly shut) and be aware that Attache may show your apartment during your stay to potential renters. Neither of these points were mentioned in our lease agreement and would have been helpful to know in advance.Realistically, its a rare rental that doesnt have some quirks. If it werent for the kitchen appliances issue and the fact that I am still waiting to hear from them about one outstanding issue, I would have rated Attache a solid 4.5 stars. We liked the apartment and it worked out well for us--appliance malfunctions aside, the kitchen was otherwise well stocked for a small space, the location was great, and the apartment was as pictured. Note: Since I provided all the feedback listed in this review to Attache directly as well, hopefully future renters of our apartment wont experience the same issues.

Transition from one City to Another is Very Stressful But with Attache Housing They Strive to make sure your Experience Will be Greater than ever before. Renting a house/apt sight-unseen can be scary. Attache has the online process down and makes everything easy and painless. The house was exactly as they described. I visited several other Attache properties while in DC and each was as described. The prices are comparable to other short term rentals, but Attaches collection of properties and customer service (online and in person) will cause me to use them again. Good choice.

We stayed with Stay Attache for 8 months and really appreciated their stellar customer service and quick response to questions/issues. The house was lovely and Stay Attache was quick to respond to all of our messages - especially if something was broken/malfunctioning. Expectations were clearly set early about care and cleaning, so we had nothing to worry about during our stay. It was great to be in a place where we could focus on our training/families during our short stint - rather than worrying about housing issues!Also, they have the best website around (for corporate, fully furnished rentals) that show availability and details about each location. The Stay Attache team drove us around to a few locations and help us seal the deal on a house we loved by negotiating a lease with the owner. At the end of our stay, our dates changed a few times and Stay Attache was helpful in negotiating the lease so that we didnt have to move just prior to our departure - I am very thankful for their assistance! We will definitely reach out to Stay Attache first when looking for housing in DC in the future.

Terrible, all round. Pictures are pretty, and lease signing is easy, but beware. The reviews noting that everything was great through signing the lease but then the company became totally unresponsive are accurate. Problems, mentioning just a few: stuff stolen from INSIDE the locked building (Stay Attache says not its problem, i.e., cant differentiate between liability and customer service), whole window fell out, kitchen sink pipes not caulked together=flooding, big hole in floor, heating not working, washing machine not working, leaks from bathroom into unit below. Much, much more, and for a whopping $3000/month for a 1-bedroom. A Stay Attache handyman let himself in without knocking before 8:00, while I was dressing. A Repair man pissed on my bathroom floor. Oh, so much more. But the bigger problem is the customer service, as meanwhile, it literally takes WEEKS, yes 2-3 weeks, to get the Stay Attache people (Kevin in particular) to return a call or respond to an e-mail. Will never, ever use this company again, and will advise everyone at my govt agency to stay away too.And property owners, Id think twice before letting Stay Attache manage your place. Theyve done a total hack job on the unit Im in . . . .

I would recommend Attache to find nice furnished appartements in DC. They are very responsive for incidents, and do their best to make you feel at home. It made our moving super easy.+ they also do Skype visits if you’re moving from abroad.

Every time I choose to stay in DC with Attache everything is going smoothly and no issues appear! Every issue if it appears solves very quickly, aparts are very good and pricing is affordable.

Attache was wonderful! The apartments and neighborhood selection beats any other executive rental company in the area. Both Katherine and Nick are very responsive and everything went very smoothly. The apartment was clean and furnished beautifully. We will definitely use Attache again in the future when we need a long-term place in DC.

I have been in D.C. as an exchange researcher since January this year, and will be going back home to Norway in the end of July. Before leaving Norway, I checked numerous housing companies for short-term renting options in the D.C.-area, and Attache was definitively the company with the best trade-off between rent, space and location. Their real estate agents are highly professionals, respond promptly and adequately when you have questions, and if anything break down they fix it as soon as possible: Our washing machine broke down and they had a technician to look at it two days later, we were also reimbursed for using a laundromat the days the washing machine was down. They were also able to negotiate with the owner of the apartment to lower the monthly rent to meet our budget. Thus, if you seek a fully furnished/equipped, long/short-term, D.C.-area, air-conditioned apartment, I would highly recommend to have a chat with Attache!

My boyfriend and I are having a nice time living in an Attache apartment here in DC. We were a bit nervous about moving here without seeing the apartment first, but Katherine gave us a virtual skype tour to ease our worries. The whole process was pretty seamless - the initial communication, virtual tour, lease signing, moving in... The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and well-furnished. Ive used Attache for housing several times over the past 4+ years, for my time in DC. They have provided me with great places and exceptional customer service to boot. Even on last minute notice, Katherine was able to set me with a wonderful apt for a short unexpected stay. If youre heading to DC and need a place I would call Attache.

Stay far away! MOLD! After getting sicker and sicker staying in the apartment, I finally looked in the AC unit to see that it was BLACK with mold. No one responded to my calls for two days. In the end, I had to flee the apartment, and they offered no serious apologies, no discounts or refunds for the days I had stayed there and lived with mold blowing over me. Additionally, the place had extremely low grade furniture, the wall bed was on a serious incline to the point of all the sheets coming off every night. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and when I reported it, they came and sprayed toxic chemicals, without warning, destroying many of my toiletries. The windows were broken, the shower didnt have the right curtain. The list goes on. DO NOT stay with this company.
