Place is infested with Brown recluse / Black Widow Spiders . they do nothing to fix the problem, they are very famous to point the finger at bed bugs when there are no bed bugs here. the picture Below 2 doctors and 3 nurses seen this child in the ER on 7/15/21 all 5 Hospital Staff Said These Bites Are From A poison Spider Not a bed Bug. the washington hospital has over 89 cases of children with poison spider bites all coming from jamestown apts, the other problem with this jamestown is, why are units 108 and 111 the only units to get an Exterminator. and all other units where children are at get no help for this problem

It was a pleasure living there for almost a year. The complex is Clean, Beautiful, Silence and Affordable. Host is very nice & flexible. Love this place very much. Great place to lived. Great neighbors, Great office staff, Great maintenance staff. Never had a complaint from anybody as a matter of fact one of my neighbor said that I was a blessing. Glory to God. I love it there. I regret moving back to Florida otherwise I would have been living there still. I recommend Jamestown Square to anybody. Keep up the good work. God bless you all at Jamestown Square

This is a very bad place to live in. lets start with the Incompetent staff workers. all three of them care nothing about the residents at jamestown. tons of information is handed to them and nothing ever gets solved. we even call the main office in inde and they also do nothing. from the min you move in here you are pretty much on ur own. the wrong residents are being charged with snitch tip crimes that never happened. meaning any 2 or 3 residents that dont like you can make up a story about you and drop snitch tip papers at the office. then within days you get a paper left at ur door with a violation Accusing you of crimes others did. huge false flag. there are Currently 5 apts as of this day 3/19/19 where meth is being sold. there are 3 apts where residents with oxygen smoke, there are over 27 non residents who are living here. the Alcoholism level is Astronomical, residents are able to drink beer outside around little kids, there is non stop traffic due to the amounts of meth being sold from here. all crimes are reported to the manager . her only words are we cant do nothing. Maintenance workers enter ur home to fix a problem and also steal money left around ur home. all these crimes i have witness for 2 yrs living here
