We have had nothing but issues with this company. The employees at local branch try their hardest, but management and especially ownership makes that hard for them. The two compressors, air dryers and custom container we have are two years old. We are on our third air dryer, third set of control boards in the compressors and now our thermostats and exhaust fan are needing to be replaced.I have tried to contact the owner a few times after dealing with management and was told he doesn’t talk to customers- that’s what the managers are for.I am an owner/operator and I talk to my customers whenever I need to, even if I don’t need to I say hello and have conversations when passing people through our business.I have now been dealing with Casco USA and I have had a few conversations with the owner over there, he has even come out to our site to look at things a d is heavily involved in the designs for our new system we are getting because the one from Diversified Air needs to be replaced because it isn’t reliable and truly is junk. I would highly recommend Casco USA in meadowlands for all your compressed air needs.Diversified has been a joke.

We purchased a system and paid for the “installation”, which was not cheap. After the order was placed, we were made aware that installation did not cover unhooking the existing system, removing the existing system or putting the new system in place. On the day DAS came to basically just connect their system we had installed, they did not have the proper materials. The installer admitted to us that he was a “greenhorn” and actually hooked the system up backwards the first time. I mentioned to the salesman how misleading the installation was and the fact that we had to supply materials that they were to bring. He said that he would get back to me. The only response I received was an invoice for the full amount.
