Poorest excuse for a business...my truck went there for an evaluation of the windshield and radiator...and they got in my truck and put all the personal items in trash bags!!! Even took off the license plates! Totally displeased. THEN they took it to the WRONG body shop for repairs...now I realize my trailer hitch is missing....and it was in the truck... it has to be there...someone at Copart took it!! THIEVES!!

My friend- white driver was discriminated on this auction. Fork lift operator rejected to download a load on his low profile trailer for 3 cars. In couple minutes other forklift operator download similar load for Hispanic driver on high profile trailer. Most workers on this side Hispanic. It is horrible when our white race been discriminated in our country. We are missed opportunities to be equal and have the same rights as others now. People, it is time to wake up

That location provides very bad service for transporters! My buddy got rejected to load the car to his trailer. Better avoid them !

Good afternoon everyone, I strongly advise against picking up cars on this copart. I came to pick up a car for a client ... on Efrokt elevator I refuse to load my car on a trailer ... they extorted money, after which I refused to take the car and pay them separately money into my pocket. I lost 2 hours of my time, I told the dispatcher to never dial cars from this Copart again

Ashley is one of the best copart employees, I was in this location for a couple of minutes and she took care of costumers and my self in a very professional way.

The loader was helpful and handled my car with care. Front desk processed the request good.

Dont call and ask any questions. This team is too busy to give you an answer. I made a four hour trip to check on a lot and when I got the I was turned away even though I followed all regs they told me over the phone. Just a little to busy for any news, you must be a player to enter the game here.

Purchased a 2019 Kawasaki z400, the staff and loaders were very friendly. They made the experience very simple and quick as this was my first purchase but will not be my last.

The process is easy and all fees up front so when you pay for the car you get your paperwork the same time you pick up your car. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Ashley helped me quite a bit and has always greeted me with a smile.

Do not give the opportunity to load the car normally, I wish everyone to go around this place, the staff is impudent

Worst place in america worst service ... they take money for loading a car ... I do not advise anyone to have business with them ... called the police and they did not help ... left lost time the car was not loaded

Mr Martinez you intermediate person that represents the seller just looks out for the seller and not the buyer. He wont return calls or answer calls after he puts vehicles on your account. I wont deal with Him again.

I just went to retrieve my personal items still in my vehicle after it was towed there, but theyre always kind, prompt, & intelligible.

Highway is under construction and the business is currently difficult to get to from the highway. Turn is also not well marked. Large loading area in front of business. Arrived to pick up cars at 8:00 and they were not busy yet. Loaded quickly!

Arrived at closing and staff still allowed Me to pick up vehicle. Thats great considering i made a 3 hour drive to get there. Thanks.

TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION was told that yall would initially pick up my truck between 8am&12pm TODAY at noon I called to see what was up and was told yall where down I truck but would be there sometime this evening. It is now 8pm And no one has even called. I called around 330pm to confirm someone would be here and if not I could bring the truck myself. Theres been a lack of communication this entire time! I offered to bring it in myself but was told yall had a driver enroute!!! My day has been wasted waiting on the driver and no I cant get ahold of any one.

Someone stole a personal item from my car while on their lot. The manager was very rude about it and didnt seem the least bit concerned. I would not let me car get towed there again without removing every item. They went through the entire car. I would be very careful if you are forced to deal with them.

Best place to buy cars at a reasonable price as a dealer or business owner.

Make sure everything is out of your car before it gets towed here. Left the tow yard and was delivered here by insurance company and now im missing half my property and they say they havent seen it. All paper work from the glove box along with a gps that was in there. All the change piled in my center council is gone. A couple sleeves of golfballs i had in my back seat....all of it gone. They say they dont even ope the car until the insurance company says but theu guy theat took me out to my car even said yeah usually theu put any pepers and stuff from the glovebox in a bag and put it in the trunk. Watch out for this company!
