This is probably the most coolest Hot Tub Place weve ever been to they have all kinds of unique hot tubs and they sell really everything at wholesale pricing no joke hot tubs that weve seen it other places that are 10 to 15 even $20,000 more it seems like everything here is only a third of the real retail price so you really are buying wholesale Rachel is the young lady that helped us and she was more than helpful kept in contact all the time have a tract her down and she put everything together and help us get the info we need

There is not actually much to do for $10.There are a bunch of kids there. Some for gymnastics and others just running around. The kids are pretty bossy and think they own the place.The place is ridiculously hard to find. They need better signs to direct people to the right location.The people at the front desk were very friendly though.The website also says there is free pizza on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I was there on a Thursday and you had for purchase the pizza.Someone needs to update the website maybe.

This place Is amazing. But on the other side of it the gymnastics people think they run they place, all the time. Every since I been their I totally ignored them, but then they would tell their boss or whatever they decided to raise the price 😣💔

I love the open jump dont get me wrong. But the kids that think they own the place since their parents work there always boss people around. My friend got kicked out because they started lying saying we pushed them or something, but we just wanted to have fun. Total waste of $10. Not going here again

Was there with The Michigan Center for Capoeira group Im apart of during an open gym session, had a blast. People seemed friendly, just make sure to communicate for spacing with the others whom youre sharing.

I was here a day ago and I got yelled at by a coach and they said i wasnt aloud to run and flip and then when I was on a trampoline they yelled at me even though I was on there for 1 min someone else wanted to get on

I love coach earl I come every week and we are working hard all the time, best coach ever I love getting coached by him

WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! Today we had my nephews birthday party there for 30+ people. first they only gave has a tiny room. second they had another party 1/2 hr after ours started and this party had to walk through ours to get to their room. They would not allow my niece (16) to jump on the trampolines, but later they allowed other bigger kids jump. When we asked to speak to the owner (who was there at the time) we were told he was unavailable. Staff is rude! We will not be going back there ever again!!!

I love coming here im there almost every weekend and that is the place where i met my loving gf i will always love flip city

I just called a few minutes ago and the guy I assume the owner that I talked to was terribly rude he talked to me as if he had absolutely no respect for a future inquiring customer. He practically rushed me off of the phone I am dissatisfied with their customer service and no longer want to give them my service .

This place complete trash. Dont take your child to this garbage.
