Ive been going to the The Lounge Nail Spa since it was formerly the Nail Shop.Im so happy to be able to go back and see the staff. I keep it a secret who my favorite technician is because if I told you how wonderful she is and what a great job she does I will never be able to get in with her. But I assure you the ladies are all quite good!

Very nice ladies! Quick and the service is amazing you dont have to ask they know what to do and what to ask you! I like that. I prefer to sit in the back tho less lighting for me to relax and be away from people due to covid other than that there service is great

I’m here for vacation and was planning a nice spa day with my family. I wish I had never found this place. NEVER coming here again! They filed past my nail and tore off my skin. They didn’t put enough nail polish on so light shines through. I also have a thumb deformity and they made fun of it. This establishment was horrible, disgusting, unprofessional, and awful.

I am from So Cal and was here while my dad was in the hospital. I needed some time to relax.I called and the salon took me right away. My pedicure was great but my nails were horrible…the technician did them so fast and didn’t even ask me if I wanted them shortened. They were bumpy and uneven. I pointed of the issues and she reshaped them but they still looked horrible. They were not worth the money I paid. I left and had to go purchase a nail kit to redo them myself. I was very disappointed!

This was horrible. terrible. not good. very bad. your salonists were rude. your equipment wasn’t clean. and i have been to way better nail salons. they didn’t shape my nails right. they gave me burns on my skin from the file. there is acrylic nail glue stuck on the sides of my fingers. the painting job is sloppy and rushed. this was the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. 0/5 stars from my and my fam for sure;)

Appointment suggested but easy to get into. Always very clean inside and the staff is very nice! Prices are more than reasonable for the care they give to your nails.

Im picky. This nail place is great. Professional, friendly, gentle and thorough. The owner is a class act. There is a reason she has a few shops. Perfect experience and reasonably priced.

Ive gone to way better places!!!Me and my friend went to get pedicures, mine came out gloppy, and her toes were missing polish, you can see the nail. You can tell they dont apply the topcoat to the full nail, on most of the nails. Very unprofessional. Looks nice inside but do not recommend for quality.

This is the second time I have been here.Since I do not speak Vietnamese I had no idea that they talk about you. One of the people I was with does speak Vietnamese. They size you up and decide how much they can get out of you. Not all people with money choose to show it nor should it matter.Rude people

I made an appointment by phone and was told 2:30. I was at the shop at 2:30 and they had already given my spot away. Totally inappropriate.
