I had a horrible experience, the women helping us was very sweet but her skill was really bad. She was shaking while she did my nails.. I’ll looks like a 6 year old did the job. It took 2 hours and 15 min!!! So frustrating!!! Then they charged us $55.00 for the job. I did not tip and will never ever go back. So sad the lady called to see if someone would come help her and she was told they dont come in until later.. 12????? This was terrible, I felt so bad for the old lady, she really should not be doing nails… We did not get the treatment we paid for😡 Dont use this salon!!!!!!!!!!

I was in the area for work so decided to pop in. Horrific work on a full set. I let him Continue thinking it would get better. I ended up walking out. The salon manager couldn’t see what was wrong with the acrylic job and tried to tell me he could fix it. There is no fixing what these people did to my nails. I will never return. I have NEVER had such a terrible nail job. I’m currently at My regular nail salon having them remove this nightmare.

A full set has never hurt so bad, no hand rinsing (so I had way too much nail dust residue), and she filed my nail to the point it burned. Overall it turned out decent (minus my thumb nail), but I’ve been to many other places that were way more pampering and comfortable for the same price.

Just moved to Walnut Creek and so happy I found this gem. Cathy is amazing!! She truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Weather it be 9am or 9pm she will work around YOUR schedule. Salon has a great atmosphere & they have great personalities.HIGHLY recommend!!!! :)

Went with a friend and ended up needing to try dip nails! Adore Cathy! And Daniel is so sweet and cleaned up my nails so nicely. Lisa helped fix my one thumb I suck and chew in my sleep. Such a nice place that spends their time on my nails. ❤

The prices are getting really high at this place.

Absolutely great experience, was immediately taken care of when I walked into the building. Greeted with and offer for something to drink. Very friendly. I got a gel manicure and pedicure done and it is absolutely stunning. The staff took time and patients to make sure that I was completely satisfied. And the place is so clean, all tools and stations sterilized which is very important to my friend and I. Definitely recommend.

I recently came here with my daughter and this is the most amazing salon I have ever been to. All the employees were very welcoming to me and my daughter when I walked in, we both got dipped powder and my nails feel very durable and strong. I was surprised when they offered me several different kinds of drinks along with complimentary snacks. Not a lot of places to do that. The owner was super friendly and cute, I will definitely be coming again!! Sad the most stars I can give is 5 but all in all, great service and prices!

Came in by referral from a coworker. I have a dipping manicure and pedicure by Cathy. She did a amazing job take care of me. I’m so happy with my nails and pedicure. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely be a returning customer

Great place, accommodating, relaxing atmosphere and wonderful service. My only criticism is equalize the services, they rush through the men but cater to women. But both pay the same amount.

Love this place. Been going for 15 years, since Cathy had a place in Martinez. Such great work, nice pampering. Its a real treat. Shes a perfectionist, so youll have perfect nails when youre done.

I read great things about this place and they were all true.They people working there are sweet and good at what they do.I think its great how they offer fuirt and water.Loved the music as well.It was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep.

Nice, clean facility. Over-priced for the quality of pedicure. Poor customer service (despite making an appointment) - would do part of the pedicure, then leave to work on someone else. It took over 2 hours for a routine spa pedicure, but most of it was waiting rather than actually receiving the pedicure. Ive been here 4 times total since I moved to Walnut Creek - the first time was great (just pricey), second time was mediocre, and the last 2 times were poor. I wont be returning.

Kathy does such a great job. Takes a little extra time and its totally worth it! Shes a perfectionist. Try the powder dip. Youll never go back to gel.

Cathy, the owner, does amazing nails. I have been getting acrylics with her for 5 years. They stay on so well I, in my miraculous clumsiness, managed to break my real nail and the acrylic didnt budge. I have followed her as she built this new shop and will likely continue to do so in the future.

Last night I was there, It took 1 hour for regular pedicure, I think they omit some part of it. they did my manicure in just 10 minuets during pedicure and today the polish is chipped. The first time I went there was great, there was one person for every client but last night there was 3 for 6 customers. And it’s expensive.

I like to get my hand & feet nails trimmed cleaned. They do a good job and give good service aswell.

Wow I paid 160 dollars, poor customers service - The employee who had worked on my nails confirmed she was the owner of the salon . She was very rude, unprofessional, by the way she was eating sushi while doing my pedicure - I was there for literally 3 three hours . My nails are so crooked and bad quality. And she thinks it’s ok . Wow very very bad experience

Don’t go here unless you get the owner. From what I saw, she did a great job. But I got someone who couldn’t even see what she was doing. There was a dead fly stuck in my polish when it came out of the light and fibers sticking off of the polish too. I said I did not want my nails filed and she did anyways and all my nails were crooked. Then she missed most of my cuticles. I was scratching them off every time she picked up my other hand. The paint job... terrible. I’m pretty sure NAIL polish goes on your whole NAIL. Not your cuticles, not on part of your nail. The whole nail. Kept saying “oh add another coat, last longer”. Well I’m headed home to cut my cuticles and file the polish off of them because it’s already getting caught on things. I’ve been looking for a good place to go because every person I’ve been to is garbage. Well I’ve given up after this one.

Lucked out to get a walk in mani-pedi on a late afternoon. Calm and relaxing atmosphere and a lovely sweet young woman who left me feeling pampered.

Did horrible job on my daughters finger nails. Cut her cuticles so bad three of her finger tips bled. Nail polish wasnt done very well and only lasted 1 week, and they wouldnt redo it.

Simply amazing and just wow!

Took almost 3hrs to get pedicure and fill w/ gel.

They charged me 98$ just to get my toes done !!!! Never going there again
