I will not recommend this party rental site to anyone. Unfortunately everyone needs to take a class on being professional. The front desk lady is unpleasant and rude . If you are going to be the first person customers meet when you walk in I suggest you figure out how to be more professional or hire someone who can. Also if we are paying you why are we unloading chairs and table ourselves. Hire someone to unload for the customers. We don’t work for AAA party rental so why do I have to load my chairs and tables and unload at the same time . Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. You get what you pay for and the tables were dirty . Unfortunately no one would see it as we would have tablecloths on them . AAA do better .

When I say unprofessional first time renting with them and the last. The staff is very disrespectful they are unorganized half of them don’t know what they are talking about one tell you this and then the other tell you that. They young men that picks up they in my driveway crushing, dragging, and throwing the tables on the truck all watching on camera. Never again! Don’t do it for the price they charge me their service was terrible! Stay away get better for your money!

Processing is quick but the lady clerk in Waldorf area is rude. Find someone who can do a better customer service than this one.

The staff was amazing. It was decided at the last minute to host a cookout. We were able to rent four 8 feet tables and 32 chairs from them that morning. They were efficient, thorough and helpful. Facility was easy to get to. Prices were reasonable. Would go back for future needs.

Convenient location but the sales staff is not very pleasant. It’s surprising since they are in the customer service business.

This company is very unprofessional when handling customer service problems. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for party rental usage. Supplies are dirty, they are extremely over priced for the party rentals they do supply. Im glad I have spread the word about not using this company before friends and family actually made reservations. Weve found a better party rental place and couldnt be happier. AAA Party Rentals thanks for your horrible service!
