Where can I start? What an amazing planner! Joy may be quiet, but she’s very creative. I gave her an idea of what I wanted for my wife’s 35th birthday party, and she made it come to life and then some! The compliments we got from our friends and family was endless and I just had to introduce them to the creator of my vision. I normally decorate and plan on my own, but after such a great experience with Joy and her mother, I’m going to her from now on for all of my events.
