Ok so I go to the Walmart on New hope church road to fix my warranted tire and the lady says come back at 4pm. I arrive about 430pm and the associate said the auto personnel at lunch until 5 so I wait only to find out they only have 2 people now working for remainder of the evening and they not fixing any tires. I asked to speak to a manager and he says they dont have one but best believe I will be calling corporate.

I bought my tires plus road hazard and free lifetime tire rotations at a Walmart location, so I typically like to come to this location to utilize the service I bought. The first couple times I came, I had terrible service. However, I kept returning because they weren’t fixing slow leaks in my tire and it is a free service since I bought tire protection. Today, I’m at my wits end. A flat repair/slow leak that I was told would take 15 minutes has taken over 3 hours (causing me to miss a work meeting) and it is STILL not fixed (despite me bringing it here 4x), I’ve had experiences here where things I’ve asked for haven’t been performed (such as a tire rotation and balance during an oil change), multiple tire leaks that have been ignored, and wait times of 4+ hours when I have been told it will only be an hour. This location has consistently let me down, and I’m to the point that I will no longer use a free service I purchased because it is so bad. I will never again buy tires from Walmart or use the Wake Forest automotive center. I do not recommend them and kick myself every time I give them another chance.

Terrible they have 3 different list times for when they open 6 am is post on the door to.get into auto area. 7 am is posted on google. But if your lucky and find the right unhappy walmart worker. Since people do not answer phones they will tell you 10am. Plan to not have plans because it takes them all day for services . I waited at least 40 mins to buy two tires . I did not even have the tires put on I took them with me to another location. I was just waiting in between the guy getting them and the check out line. I would have hate to do full service because it would been a all day event.

They will give you an appointment to put tires on but make it painful to get service on them after

Fantastic service!!! Couldnt ask for better. Very friendly and professional and fast. A guy named Mike I believe he was the manager of the Auto department, I think thats what it said on his name tag he helped me and was so friendly and helpful.. I will be back

The people at Walmart truly takes care of you.

Confusing aisle design, very convoluted. Also no employees around to assist. There was no one at the counter, I had to ask another customer for help.

I would love to give a great rating, but I cant unfortunately. My family and I have come to this Walmart numerous times and its like you have to pray before you get to the register. Almost every single time upon paying my debit/credit card is declined. Not due to insufficient funds its because of the card machine. Cashier said oh it does that she said it like its something normal or to just get used too. Its embarrassing...its time consuming..its a horrible feeling with long lines and your payment will not go through!! After standing in a line for 35 minutes just to find out my payment isnt going through...cashier tells me to go to customer service, just to stand in another line...then their machine didnt work...then I was told to go to atm...to have to wait in another line lol because other peoples cards were not working either!!... just to go back and stand in line again to pay for my groceries....lol Please someone help this store with service techs!! Needs operations support for registerssssss !!!!!!

2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and ignition system cleaning.

I went by there to get 4 new tires that I bought on black Friday put on my truck. To make a long story short i was waiting in the little room right by the cash register and the man who checked me in didnt even have the decency to let me know that my truck was finish I just happen to go check on my truck and it was setting outside done and nobody let me know nothing but what made me give 2 stars is because I sat there an hour pass the time that they had finished according to the paper work.first and last time using this Walmart auto care center that just shows you the quality of the people that walmart hires to work in these centers they dont care nothing about the customers or customer satisfaction next time I need tires I will go to discount tire or just tire but never again a Walmart auto care center 2 stars and 2 thumbs down👎👎

Super friendly team members, helpful. And quick. Came in about my passenger tire and needed a rotation too. Unfortunately they didnt have my tire in stock but. The service was awesome. Kudos

I get there at 3:30. Theres a sign on the door which states theyre closing at 3 hrs early at 4 today. They didnt even ask what my concern was. The other guy just happily responds I already clocked out! Im not impressed with Walmart on Wake Forest.

Excellent quick and friendly service from start to finish

They broke the cap off my rim changing my tires. When i dropped it off i showed them how to take off the caps and gave them an allen wrench so they wouldnt mess it up. Nope, tried to pop it off with a flat head. Made many attempts to have replaced, no luck.

I called ahead and they said there was availability to get tires changed, I drove down 10 mins and they suddenly were booked solid with no room to get any more work done, at 11am.

Got here a little after 3:00 pm on a Thursday.... only one car in a multi-bay facility when I arrived. After nearly an hour I dont see my car so I think they must have finished with it and, even though I have been waiting close by the entire time, I assume I just didnt hear them call my name. Wrong! They havent even started! Im told they are waiting for everyone to return from lunch, although three workers have been cutting up with another customer for several minutes. Im asked if I still want to wait?!?Im now at an hour and a half and still waiting.... This is my second terrible experience here. I only returned because of the prices and because everyone can have an off day. I wont make this mistake again.

Mark is the greatest Service Technician employed. He has a great wealth of knowledge and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.....

I came to this location because of the ratings but they had no one at their counters to help you. I called the manager from my cell phone and told her whats going on and she told me they should be on it and she would look into it. She was kind to ask me to come back for a discounted oil change but I rather not deal with this type of incompetence. I went to Henderson instead. Better service in the middle of nowhere.

I am a raleigh area native and have been going to Walmart in raleigh for years to purchase tires...I have been to the WF location twice and have had negative experiences both time...1st time there was no one at the desk to check people in and me and several others waited for more than 30 minutes and had to call the store just for someone to show up...thankfully I was still able to get two tires ! This time I went today and also had to wait just to be told they weren’t taking cars for the night an hour and half before they closed. The manager basically had no regard that I had been waiting for a while and gave excuses which prompted me to walk out and really do not want to go back at this point. Customer service really has fallen off in the WF so it’s not surprising ! I would suggest going to the Walmart on New bern in raleigh for better service ! This is the only Walmart where I have had multiple experiences like this! Other locations just will treat you better!

Needed new tires for my mothers car. Ended up being a great choice going to walmart. Good tires. Great service and friendly employees. Would recommend.

I came here today to get a warranty replacement done on a car battery, and it was probably the best experience Ive ever had at Walmart. Even though I showed up 10 minutes before closing, the manager Kenneth was friendly and helpful, and I was out the door with a new battery in less than 20 minutes. Ive had some issues in the past with this particular location, but the team there now seems to be top-notch. Ill definitely come back here the next time I need a car battery.

I like Walmart for being a one stop shopping experience but for the other services they provide is horrible. These other service the wait is so long like the auto care center, electronics, and sometimes customer service. The attention needs to be more on the customers so they will return back and continue to use the services they provide instead of going elsewhere. I need tires install and they won’t answer the phone. So when going up there, no one is at the desk. That means to me to go somewhere else for auto care needs. Only come to Walmart to buy clothes and groceries.

The current group of guys that worked tonight were awesome. They provided very Efficient and professional service and were very nice to deal with.

Honestly I like Wal-Marts prices. But standing here awaiting service for over 15 min and no one at the counter sucks. Also. The workers should do the work I request and finish their jobs completely.

Went for regular oil change and it was Quick,excellent and friendly service. Was in at around 7:30 am and out by 8:00am.

Dif not have required battery for my GMC DENALI . AS existing battery would not take the charge, we were 3+ hours from home so purchased a lessor WM battery.

Cheap but understaffed so wait is way abnormal...basically 4 hours for a 30 min job. People and staff are nice though.

I had a nail in my tire which is a quick repair but they told me itd be the next day before they could get to it. Understaffed, which is to be expected at Walmart.

Took my car to get the a oil change and my engine cover came up missing they said they ran the camera back to look and of course nothing. Oh and they didnt change the oil filter but I was charged for a new one.... dont take your car here

My daughter and I went to the Walmart Auto Center to have her tire patch which had a nail in it she called Walmart Auto center and was told as long as she was there by 6;40pm they could repair her tire we drove 16 miles when we got to the Walmart Auto center it was 6:38pm the rep which was a man at the auto center was very rude to my daugther he told her they could not fix her tire she asked him to please fix it he was so rude she told him she was told it could be repaired if she was there by 6:40pm there hours are suppose to be till 7pm he told her they close at 6pm this was a bad example of customer service we will never go back to the Walmart Auto center for any service.
