I would whole heartily recommend them anytime. They were quick and efficient. I was in a bind big time. Had groceries in my car that needed to be put in the freezer. My cat the the car I just got from the vet and a family member I needed to pickup in the morning from the airport. I have come to this establishment multiple times with multiple different vehicles and cannot speak highly enough of them, and particularly of the manager here, Jacob. They are honest, timely, kind, and competent. I have gone to other places and it is simply never the same quality of service. Whatever your car needs - from an oil change, check engine light, broken AC, flat tire (Ive been here for all of these plus others), this is the place to go!

This place was great. Their oil change is around 33% the price of what other places charge. With a price that low, I assumed they would try to upsell me very hard when I picked up the car, but they didnt do that at all.The guy running the front desk is also very nice.Only downside is they can be pretty busy, so there might be a wait.

Jacob and the guys we have dealt with at this location in Wake Forest are exceptional. They are professional and handle a heavy load of vehicles. We keep going back because they are honest and fair, and do an excellent job of performing repairs!

Would give a zero star rating if I could. I bro g my vehicle in for an alignment, was told 45 min to 2 hours. At the 3.5 hour mark I call and ask if the vehicle is done. Was told it will be done in 1 hour. I should up an hour later and they haven’t even started. Horrible communication and accepted no responsibility in their lack or service. Will not return here and would recommend you find elsewhere to take your car.

I went to Precision Tune Auto Care to have an alignment done on my car. While there they told me that my rear wheel had a bad bearing and needed to be replaced as well as my brakes needed work. After discussing the work that needed to be done, I decided to have them proceed with the repairs. I have been to many garages and dealerships in the past and know that Precision Tune could have upsold me on some of the parts and services but didnt. I felt comfortable with their diagnosis and not being pushed into something I didnt want. I will definitely return for work that I cant do on my own.

I went for NC State Inspection, although it was a busy Saturday morning they accommodated me as walk-in and got it done in a short amount of time. Right from front desk everyone one handles customers very courteous.

The staff is friendly, helpful & honest. They removed a screw lodged in tire which I thought had caused damage. They informed me there was no damage, checked the other tires, added air and caps. I wasn’t charged, left feeling relieved & happy. I’ll definitely return in future when needed.

They referred me to them, & i was really scared that they weren’t going to be able to fit me in, because Saturday’s are usually pretty busy for auto shops, BUT they did, Phil brought me my belt (it was literally in almost 2 pieces), & told me that i prolly wouldn’t have made it home bc it was so bad !! Anyone noticing a recurring theme on reviews? Jacob and Al are rocking it! Precision Tune have been my go to since I got to Wake Forest a few years back. I have used them not only for my vehicles, but for the Missus, her sister, and my brothers.

Went here and had my car inspected along with a friend who got theirs inspected also. Professional and friendly staff. Keen attention to detail along with going a step above by recommending and quoting tires that passed inspection but would need to be replaced in the near future. This shows they care for the safety of customers! We will return for any auto related needs!

Very happy with my service here! Called around 9am got a quick estimate on a brake job, showed up at 11 and the place was packed. Dropped off the car and got a call about 2 hours later letting me know it was done. Very quick, very welcoming decor and clean establishment. Will definitely be back, Al and I believe Patrick was the other gentleman, were very nice and helpful!

After taking my car in for inspection, Jacob was extremely kind and personable with me about how my tires were good, but would need to be changed soon. After commenting on low pressure, he checked for nails and one was discovered. in my right front tire. He was able to get it patched giving me another few weeks until I will have a whole new set installed & aligned. Will definitely be returning for all my service needs.

Price is good for oil change but beware and check ur air in tires when leaving. They like to just throw lots of air in each tire regardless of dealers recommendations..and when I tell them this u dont get,, a sorry or nothing...several times done and it screws with my tips sensors...i end up adjusting my air my self...i guess 40 lbs in each car each tire is less work...and in such small room waiting area they allow non mask wearing of people..u cant stay 6ft apart.room was packed chair by chair...and lady on cell phone beside talks on her cell phone loud as hell for whole change with no one asking her to pipe down...rude people who dont care bout others...or safety of mask wearing...also I dont appreciate them being in and out of my car without a mask...its the droplets help spread viruses and we get right back in our cars where they could spread car to car....then ur seat is pushed way back and seat cushion back and butt was like mashed all out of positions like they fell in and out of car...little respect of people property....

Have a high end car? Or any car that you care about? Stay away!I arrived here at 8 am to request a wheel alignment after changing out my rear toe links and sway bar links. The moment the word Jaguar left my lips a price increase of 300% was added.Is it electronic? -technically its an air suspension, but one could argue the controller is electronic That said, it is a CONVENTIONAL SUSPENSION with conventional Toe, Camber and caster adjustments up front and Toe only in the rear. The ONLY requirement per the shop manual is to have 9 liters or more of fuel, and empty car and drive it 25 mph for 5 minutes.For this I am charged 4 times what anyone else would pay? The Jaguar DEALER doesnt charge this much.Stay away, Unless you have money to burn and dont mind going to a place that knows nothing about your vehicle.UPDATE: Checked with Wake Tire: NO EXTRA CHARGE and they will take it immediately.

The 24.99 oil change ended up being double the price. 52.01. Will never go there again as they aren’t up front about costs. Be aware of what you’re paying when you drop your car off.

As a single woman, its hard to find a place that doesnt talk down to me or try to take advantage of me. But from the first time I ever went into this place, they have taken exceptional care of me and my car. Theyre always busy (because theyre great at what they do) so plan to wait a couple hours. But its well worth the wait. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Battery replacement and car not reading my key. They checked the battery and confirmed it needed replacing, they checked the alternator to ensure everything was ok with it. They replaced the car battery and the battery in the key; explained to me that the key needed to be reprogramed, they did everything in a very timely manner so I could get to work for my meeting. They were also taking the proper precautions during this pandemic. I rate my service excellent and I rate the staff five star.

Always know I can trust this place with my car. Ive been going to them for 3 years and have not had any issues... which is saying something with all the work they have done for my cars... new engine, new transmission, so much more. Al, the manager, is incredible. He really wants to help his customers and will go the extra mile to do so at the lowest price.

Took my car in for routine service, and found out that I had an issue that needed immediate attention. Jacob was great about working with me to get the larger service repaired, but when I got home I found out things didnt go 100% perfect. Jacob and his team were on it the second I informed them of the problem. They got the car right back in and took care of the problem with no hassle. I could tell this shop really cares about their customers and doing quality work. No one is perfect 100% of the time, but handling issues correctly and quickly go a long way in showing a great company.

I took my car in today for the rear brakes. They checked them out and gave me a call letting my know that the rear pads would have to be replaced, and that the front pads were on their way out. I told them to only do the rear brakes, that I would do the front ones another time. He told me it would be 169.90 on the phone, I confirmed that price multiple times before authorizing the rear brake pads to be replaced. When I showed up to pick my car up I was told the total was over 400$. How could it have possibly gone from 170 to 400? The guy at the desk claimed to have also told me that the rotors had to be replaced but that part of the repair was never discussed they just did it. Even though my rear rotors had been replaced by this shop less than a year ago.Not going to be going to this shop again, they are not upfront about pricing.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ive been going there (Wake Forest) for 10 years and they have always been fair & honest. Sometimes, the wait period can deter a quick visit, but thats what happens when you do good work! I call ahead for anything other than an oil change and drop off the car when I can.

Precision Tune Auto Care of Wake Forest is the only place I take my 2011 Mustang GT, a long with my wifes 4Runner. Al, Jacob, and the rest of the team are always friendly and honest. Waiting area is nice with hot coffee available and comfy seats to relax in while catching up on your favorite History channel shows. Perfect balance of fair pricing and quality work. Wont try to sell you on anything extra, but they will make recommendations based on their expert opinions, leaving it completely up to you on what you want to have done. No pressure. Only aspect some may not be a fan of is their first come, first serve policy, meaning no appointments. Although they are usually pretty accurate when it comes to giving you a waiting time estimate. Keep up the good work!

I called them before heading there. A man said it would take 30-45 minutes if you come now. I went there immediately and waiting time jumped to 1.5 hours. I took it. But it took 2 hour and 15 minutes. Before the clock hit 2 hour waiting time, I didnt see my car in the work zone. They forgot to notify me. When I went impatient and asked about the car, at 2 hour 15 minutes, the lady went in and brought my key and papers and apologized that they forgot about me. Come on! Be professional

I want to preface by saying I have no problems with the people or the quality of work here. My family and extended family have taken our cars here for years.All I can say is that I believe this location has now begun to price themselves out of the market for most repairs. The majority of the work I or a family member has needed in the last year can be accomplished by the dealer for 20% cheaper or less in most cases depending on what needs to be done. I want to support local business but I believe they are now starting to gouge just a little bit.**Update** Had to send an update because they told my sister that she needed $2000 in repairs, struts belts and an issue with the transmission .... she took to the Hyundai dealer and found the struts were just fine, nothing wrong with transmission and she needed a belt replaced.

We love the team at our wake forest precision tune! But the most helpful is Danny Vena who works the front desk! He is so informative and awesome with helping me anytime I have any questions... I am not a car person so I know nothing and he always explains things in a way I can understand! Also I always have my kids with me and he always makes them laugh! Love the team!!

I’ve been a precision tune customer for years (Cary location) however I’m disappointed with this location. The customer service is always hit or miss yet the fact that they have good deals on oil changes with the coupons I continue to give them chances. Not anymore. Came in today at 8am exactly for a standard oil change at 8:40 my car still hadn’t been pulled back. I asked the guy at the counter for my keys and if tomorrow would be a better day to get in and out. Usually I never wait more than 1 1/2 hours when I get there so early. His reply was the population is growing so there’s nothing I can do about your wait and rudely handed me my keys. Won’t ever be back to this location. I’ll drive further to the other one location in Raleigh in hopes that they have better service than the Wake Forest location. Very disappointed. These guys need a customer service refresher and to keep in mind that they are NOT the only place in the area that does oil changes.

Very good mechanics! Look for coupons and negotiate on price. You might be surprised. Beware of fuel injection cleaning for $165.00. You can do the same thing with a$10.00 bottle of cleaner from Auto parts store.

These guys are awesome. Ive been bringing my car here since I moved to the area three years ago and they have never done me wrong. Theyre always very fair with their pricing, and their customer service is impeccable. I recently had an issue with my headlight that wasnt quite fixed right the first time, so I called and they told me to bring it right back and theyd take care of it. The shop manager spent a good half hour out in the parking lot working on it right at closing time, and got it working. Theres a good reason theyre always so busy!

Just this week I had an alternator problem and they came and got my vehicle running so I could save the money for towing the van and one of their master technicians (Ben) fixed the alternator in 21 minutes!!! Al and all his staff have been amazing at diagnosing issues with both of our Honda’s and are always willing to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. I ONLY recommend Precision Tune of Wake Forest to all of my friends and clients. Plus, you can’t beat their BASIC OIL CHANGE DEAL for $19.90!!! Outstanding customer service. Jacob helped me get the best price on a clutch and flywheel replacement. He and the rest of the staff were consistently friendly and communicative. There was a little issue with an oil leak after the initial job, but they came to my house to get my car and fix it. Been having my car serviced here for a couple of years and the whole process was super easy and quick. Dan at the front desk was super helpful and helped explain what needed to be fixed on my car and what could wait. They were honest and reliable and I keep going back because I trust the staff!

I paid for a Oil Change and Wheel Alignment (up charged to $350) back in August, it is now November, 2nd and I’m sitting at another shop with a left front blowout from chords showing on the inside of my tire. There is no way it was aligned properly less than two months ago and I have chords showing now. I’m not happy that over $300 was spent for service at this shop and I’m not sure that anything was actually completed at all.

They did a good job at a reasonable price. Got me and out in a reasonable time.

Took my 2012 explorer in, to fix an ignition coil issue. They told me I needed a new pcm, they kept my vehicle for 3 months. I drove my explorer to them, they towed it back to me. When I complained about them giving me my vehicle back in the same condition it was dropped off, they told me were out 700 dollars and they paid for a new key. But I cant even start my car. First time and last time Im ever going to wake forest

Dont waste your time here, because thats what this place does; waste peoples time.A couple months ago my boss had his oil changed here and they left the plug loose, causing him to break down on the side of the road a state away.I decided to give them a try for an alignment. Well, I called and spoke with a gentleman who seemed really nice last Tuesday. I told him I would be at work until 5, but he said they are open until 6. I told him I would hurry down. He said it wouldnt be a problem. Well, I got stuck at work so I decided just to go the next day, Wednesday. I walked in at 5:07 p.m. The guy at the counter acted like I was really putting an inconvenience on them. Then he asked his boss if they could do it, and when he came back, he said something along the line of, We can do it but were gonna be staying late, which essentially says to me, Your work schedule doesnt concern us, we want to leave at 6:00.Leaving 2 stars because the guy on the phone was really nice the previous day.

I cant believe that my car has beenhere for almost 4 hours for an oil change and they are just now taking it to change the oil (only because I asked what was going on why is it taking so long) They are goofing around and taking other cars that has come after me. Im so upset right now and I am definitely never coming back to this location. This makes the second time that I have had a bad experience at this location. The first time I just let it go but this time Im never coming back to this location. I will say that Al seems to try his best.Now, Im leaving and my car starts to make a rattle noise. So I called them back to ask if they see anything wrong such as leakage or anything with my car and they tell me yes and Al started to explain what the tech told him that he had found. Now Im super confused on why I wasnt notified of those things when I took my car keys from them before leaving the location. This place is terrible.

Very nice, trustworthy, diligent, and fair. Went there on a referral with a difficult to diagnose issue. Their patience, customer commitment, and determination to find the problem were quite impressive, with them having both of their most senior techs spend time with it, and the counter guy (whos also very well trained) as well. When all was said and done, the price was overly fair given the time spent. Awesome guys, theyve definitely earned a permanent customer with how they handled this.

Al and team are some of the best there is. Class act! They go above and beyond to assist. I love this location. I have been to other PT in the Raleigh area and this is the best by far. While they are not a quick lube, which some people apparently expected during their visits, they are very thoughtful, friendly, at a great price with thorough and respectful techs. Shannon, and the rest of the team have always made me feel that not only I have made the right choice of car care, but also I have never felt like they are taking advantage of me as a female. If you are not looking for a quick 10 minute oil change that will cost you an arm and a leg, I HIGHLY recommend this location to everyone.
