Best place to get an oil change, a little high but well worth it. They have a great bunch of young people that know what theyre doing. Very respectful and fast service. 5 stars for all.

These guys are great. Always super polite and kind. Theyre trustworthy and not pushy of services at all. Ive gone there for my last few oil changes and wont go anywhere else now.

I needed to get my son’s car an oil change and look over before he returned to campus. Being new to the area, I wasn’t sure where to go These guys were amazing! They did an oil change and a full check under the hood, then topped off fluids and added air to the tires, all included for free. They didn’t try to upsell me or tell me I needed services I didn’t. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I’ll absolutely be back.

I had my oil changed today and I must say, they have top of the line service. Friendly staff that checked and rechecked to make sure everything was properly done, wasted no time no wait at all. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for convenient, time saving, professional service. Good job guys!!

This was my first time at Take 5 and it definitely won’t be my last. Cordaro took great care of me, offered me water and snacks while I waited. Was very personable, professional, and well educated on his job and responsibilities. He gave me a great price on everything too!

I went there this morning for the first time and honestly it was the best experience Ive ever had getting an oil change. Im sorry I didnt catch the two guys names but they were really great. I told them immediately I was going to post a good review for them. They answered all my questions, offered information about additional services they do like coming back to check tires for free, but the best thing was just the overall good atmosphere. I rarely do reviews, I dont know anybody there(!), this is really a good place to find out about.

Two workers complaining the entire time I was there about Were the only two guys here rather than working quicker and more efficiently they prefer to let everyone know all their personal problems they were having at work. I presented a $7 off coupon and it was not applied. Take 5 should be renamed to Take 35. Lied to me saying full service done but I know the tire pressure was not checked nor adjusted. Hopefully next time it will be different. This was on June 30 at about 3:10pm.

This was my first time at this establishment and from the moment I pulled up they were very professional. I love the way they explain the services they offer and kindly ask to take advantage without making you feel pressured to purchase. At the end the gentleman said he would check his partner’s work and make sure my fluid levels were good. It was fairly quick and I stayed in my car the entire time. I would definitely be back in the future.

They went above and beyond with their service. They offered my dogs treats, us water and my kids ice pops. They cleaned our windshield before we left. Very friendly staff that answered all of our questions. Got everything done quickly.

After reading the reviews I went by the Wake Forest location today with my 2021 GMC Duramax. When I pulled in they were quick to ask me what I needed. I was there for my first oil change. I was then asked what year my vehicle was and when I told them it was a 2021 I was told because of liability issues they couldn’t change my oil. I stopped by O’reilly auto parts picked up a filter and oil and changed it myself in 30 minutes. Not sure why they refused to service my truck but it was surprisingly easy in my side yard.

Fast, polite and professional. Wasnt pushy about anything, which is a big plus.

I was in and out pretty quickly, it did take longer than five minutes no. The mechanics were wonderful, let me know everything they were doing and I genuinely enjoyed interacting with them. The cost is more than when I go to my dealership, but sometimes the convenience is worth it.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would..Ive never had such a convenient oil change with such friendly service.

This is THE best oil change experience ever. Cordaro and Isaiah were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly….that’s a hard combo to find. My wife needs an oil change too and we just moved here so I’m telling her to come see you guys too. I won’t go anywhere else now I will tell ya that! I’m telling you guys don’t go anywhere else unless you can DIY….even then it won’t be as convenient as these guys. 10 stars if that was possible!

The service that I received was great! They bought to my attention that my headlight assembly was broken from me hitting a deer, and that my headlight was loose. They were very professional and polite. I definitely will be going back for service again.

I love take 5 and this location didnt disappoint. They were super friendly, quick and respectful. Although they do let you know what additions they offer, they dont push them on you. You really cant beat the convenience and courtesy they offer.

AWESOME Take 5 location! I have used Capitol Blvd and Brier Creek location. This one has the best staff ever! I drive a 2018 VW and have had most places say they do not work on VW or have the tools. Wake Forest location is always able to do the work and fast! Would recommend to anyone and worth the drive!

I HATE going to get my oil changed, BUT free gummies for my kiddo and such kind humans working this location have made me want to only go here for oil changes now. Shawn is friendly and polite. The knowledge of the staff (and the on-site training I overheard from the leader) seemed more genuine than most places I visit regularly.KUDOS!!

Arrived shortly before they were closing. The team on duty was exceptional. The location had just opened up a few months back and it was my first visit. Really appreciated the experience I they provided. I highly recommend and will be visiting with our other vehicles.

Got there 1 min before closing not realizing the time, and they insisted on me bringing my truck through. Rudy and his two teammates were awesome. This was my second visit to this location. This is so much better than doing it myself lol and I love that I dont even have to leave my vic.

Service with a CROOKED smile that is. They don’t care about their employees or customers. They just want to line their pockets in gold. DO NOT TRUST THE SHOP MANAGER VIC!!!! HE IS A JOKE

I am a self proclaimed car enthusiast and usually perform my own routine maintenance. I am extremely picky and lack trust in the aptitude of “quick” drive through oil change locations. However, this location put my fears to rest! Their process was extremely professional and have redundant procedures to eliminate the possibility of any mistake from occurring. I’ve been raving about my experience and will certainly use them again. Entire experience was PERFECT!
