It may be weird leaving 5 stars for snappy lube, but honestly, Ive been coming for for over 10 years for inspections and had no issues at all! They never seem to find the mysterious wiper that needs replaced and I always get my inspection super quick.Overall, I would recommend Snappy Lube for inspections for sure!!

Been bringing both my cars to this place for years...they do an outstanding job and will do just about all the work that you would regularly need done. They are normally quick and always thorough. They make sure that you know what they are doing and why. I highly recommend.

I love Snappy Lube. I have been a very, long time customer. I dont go anywhere else. Even when the new computer system, being installed, last year, had some start up issues, I waited until the issues were resolved and returned. Service has always been very good. All of my four cars & trucks get inspections only there... I believe that I have been going there since you opened, many years ago...Thanks 😊

They always provide good service. Watch out for the up-sale tactics. Theyll recommended a tune up, injector cleaning, oil system flush and high mileage oil. I just got my regular oil change and was on my way. Ive been going there for years and am a satisfied customer.

A 30 minute oil change took an hour. When I went in to pay there was no social distancing and not one employee had a mask on. When I asked do they not wear masks the employee said to me not usually because it’s not required. It’s a mandate for a reason. I told him it is however a common courtesy and care for the person that comes in. I asked do y’all not even social distance he said yes we do so I looked back at the chairs lining the wall that were touching each other and looked back at him and said hmmm ok.Needless to say if a place of business cares that little for their fellow human being I won’t be back. I only hope they stay healthy and other customers as well.

These are the kind of guys who know you are going to fail an inspection when you pull up but instead of saying hey man thats not going to pass and letting you know ahead of time, theyll go through the entire inspection process anyway so they can still charge you $30 to fail. Not good business. Will not return. Went down the road to another shop after these guys essentially stole my $30 and got everything taken care of, just had to pay for my inspection twice. Thanks for nothing. Considering disputing the charge with my credit card company.The owners response below is indicative of their lack of customer service and complete disregard for potential return business. Hope it was worth the $30. To be fair, only the back windows were tinted and while this may cut in their favor legally (keep in mind all SUVS and trucks come with back windows tinted from the factory), any shop worth their weight would have been more than happy to let a past and present customer know before hand, as were not all lawyers and dont know every facet of car inspection law in and out. I hope the state does inspect this further as it will result in a total waste of their time and you using that to try and scare me in some way is literally hilarious and further proves your immaturity and lack of basic customer service skills.Also, the owner suggests removing window tint is easily fixable which further proves his lack of knowledge in the industry. Its actually a nightmare. However with the help of a more gracious shop with far superior customer service and business skills, we were able to get everything within compliance and inspected successfully.

I needed a brake light replaced. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Lost this customer for the foreseeable future. Inept and quick to blame previous management when their own ability is questionable at best. They failed the tint on my 2014 Mustang they inspected/passed last year & were quick to bad mouth previous management. Never occurred to them their meter wasnt calibrated. I had a fomer inspector test it, well within range, spot-on! Took it down the street to Ronnie Whites & it passed with no issues. Snappy Lube has lost the revenue of at least four inspections & I would not recommend them. Very poor business etiquette. 👎P.S. How about they, they do read reviews. Again, I naively thought they may be right, even though they passed it last year, so I had an independent certified inspector check it out & witness them calibrating their meter. Tested perfect, not almost, not near, but legal tint. Poor business etiquette to throw previous management under the bus, whether it fact or not, its a franchise, e.g. reflecting badly on others when it shouldnt. Shame not surprising you took offense instead of looking at this as an opportunity to double check your equipment, making sure your staff is well trained, no matter how new they are. I come from an ISO Certified company and in charge of 75+ manufacturing employees. Was just sadly disappointed that the concept of customer service is not prevalent. Very unprofessional

Asked to use a mobile coupon, they told me that I needed to print it out to use it. I should have known then that they were a bunch of crooks. When going over the list of recommendations at no point did they discuss what my total price was. There were no prices listed in store or on the website. My total came out to $90. I have never in my life paid that much for a oil change! Never again will I visit a snappy lube.

I took my car here just for regular oil change, and it turned out that it wouldn’t start once the service was completed. I had been having an issue with it hesitating before I brought it in, so I knew it was nothing that the guys did during the service. To make a long story short, the manager, Jackson Bailey, and his assistant stayed with my mom and me for over an hour and a half after closing time to make sure we were safe until my brother and/or the tow truck arrived. I SO appreciate their patience and willingness to stay with us. This shows that it’s not just about getting a customer’s money for a service, but that they genuinely care about people. You should definitely bring your car here if you want excellent service.

Got the annual vehicle inspection done. They were as quick as expected, even with all the bays full. They seem to have their efficiency down pat.

8:27am and they still mot opened. Last day of the month and a Saturday so expected all the inspection places to be busy. I only went here because it was closer to my house and I could get some Bojangles while I wait. Never again.

Gave my 90000 mile Nissan Altima a conventional oil change without asking me whether I wanted high mileage (synthetic blend) or not. The oil change indicator is still lit on the car which makes me suspicious if they pulled a Jiffy Lube on me by not even doing the change. Ive been coming here for about 2 years and did about 7 changes before this. Usually they try to upsell on cabin and air filters, which isnt out of the ordinary but annoying anyway. The person servicing me this time gave me this vibe like hes stoned, pulling teeth to find out what kind of oil they supposedly used this time. Im done with them.

Usually good service. But this time I got hit with the same windshield wiper deal. If you come here to get your vehicle inspected, pack an extra set of wipers.I will probably find another place to get my vehicles inspected.

Took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation before a 300+ mile trip. When my car started violently shaking I pulled over to find out that at least 8 lug nuts were not even finger tight. When I called the shop the manager would not even talk on the phone himself, and instead had an employee relay information while I could hear him in the background. This was a SERIOUS SAFTEY CONCERN and could have resulted in significant injury. The shop offered no compensation for their mistake even though it could have potentially damaged my wheels in the process. The rest of the staff was friendly but clearly there are managerial issues at this location.Edit: after posting this review the store manager called me back to personally appologize and offered a free oil change for at my next service. I will be happy to give them a second chance.

I used to always come here with my chevy Lumina and it was always quick and affordable to get anything done. I get a new car and they have given me nothing but hell since. They put the wrong oil in my car my last oil change. Then they failed an inspection bc the front two tires were worn out.I get those replaced and bring my car back and they accuse me of simply rotating them??? I went to jiffy lube and guess what, my car passed inspection.

Went for my state inspection. They were quick and good service, friendly staff.

Apparently they do not understand what less than 2/32 means, went for an inspection on my new jeep and they failed it saying the front tires failed, but told me the back ones were ok, mind you they only had 30k on them and have been rotated regularly, this is the second time they have done this on me and with BS they try to sell like a fuel treatment will fix an oil leak (they pulled that one on the Mrs), I will no longer be taking any of my vehicles to this company.

Took my car here to get an oil change and radiator flushed. Still waiting on them to finish and its been over two hours. They told me 45 minutes. Not so snappy to me.
