Got my laptop screen fixed very good work and I did not have to wait long.

This place is awesome, I think the guy that fixed my phone was named Hugo. He was very helpful and kind. He knew exactly what he was doing and knew Exactly what was wrong with my phone as soon as I showed it to him. the best part of it all is that he fixed my phone within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone iPhone users.

I cant give enough stars to Durham Cellphone Repair ! Accidentally I deleted all the pictures saved on my phone...priceless pictures. I took my phone to them and they worked magic! They gave me a loaner phone to use(free of charge)as they needed my phone overnight to see if anything could be done to get the pictures back. Everyone I encountered who worked there was competent, efficient, kind and easy to work with. I also purchased a new glass screen protector for my phone while I was there. The cost for everything they had to do to retrieve my pictures was very, very reasonable - far below what I thought it would be. If I have any phone problems in the future, I wont hesitate to return to them. I highly recommend them.

My first experience with Durham Cellphone Repair was great. friendly customer service that tended to my needs. I have an IPhone 5c and 6s my charging port needed to be replaced and screen was broken on the other. Within minutes the owner was able to take care of my issues. My kids I phone 6 plus screen shattered and I personally thought it wasnt worth fixing since it would probably be so much money. I called around a few places all told me crazy prices. Though my phone was done for when it started having issues and that I was going to lose all my pictures. I was so upset due to the fact I had so many that I wasnt willing to lose! SCAMMERS. Bought a iPhone X that a customer never picked up. I repair iPhones. They were selling for parts only. Which was perfect. BUT I asked if all parts were good. And the motherboard is locked. It’s like 80% of the cost of the phone. It’s useless. Camera is mates with board so that’s no good either. WILL NOT ANSWER ME BACK. I feel very scamed If they will scam another business owner. YHEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

Fixed my Galaxy 5 and it looks flawless I was even given the option to change the color of the frame and at a cheaper cost some companies I called wouldt even work on my Samsung . Thank you amazing work

It all started with a trip to Durham Cellphone Repair to fix a crack on my wifes I phone. We called to schedule an appointment but were told we could come right in and get it fixed. The owner, Hugo, quickly took care of the problem in a professional and timely manner. Unbeknownst to me, it was not the last I would see of Hugo. The following day I dropped my Iphone in a giant bucket of BBQ sauce (its a long story). I called hugo who told me exactly what to do until I could bring the phone to him the following day. He cleaned the phone for me and ordered me a new speaker to get me back on track. His prices are fair and his work was exemplary. Would definitely recommend Durham Cellphone Repair to anyone in need of a fix.

My wife’s phone screen was repaired but has issues on it. Two times it was promised to change the screen but no action. No response to voice mail or sms and never pick up the phone. It’s seems to be a scam !
