Curtis and Kara have been excellent! I had network issues and not only was I treated fairly and quickly but the expertise was impressive. They showed up on location EARLY and also called ahead to make sure it was ok. It was a welcomed surprise! Ive worked with many IT firms over the years and they are by far the BEST!

I have used Mobile Computer Services multiple times. Mostly for self inflicted problems. They always answer the phone promptly just like they promise. Their techs are polite and prompt. Curtis Webster has been fantastic to deal with and has helped me many times with strategic planning. Highly recommend!!

UPDATE - 10/2/2018 - Still no return call from owner of company. As you can see by their response they are much more interested in telling their customer how wrong they are rather than addressing the issue. They will not stand by their work and their unprofessionalism is unmatched in todays world. All the best to them and anyone who decides to work with them. The 4 percent CC processing fee and the charged to the hour was not information that was given prior to service. That information is not listed anywhere I have found. Thought it would be important for future customers to know.UPDATE - Changed review to 1-star. Will not work with them again. After the review was written the technician called and wanted to discuss the review. He told us originally that he removed the virus so there will not be any problems. If that were the case then there should be no future issues. Turns out the virus returned today. Texted the technician who was more interested in telling me I am wrong instead of working to fix the issues. Basically got into an argument with him. Which was unprofessional on both parts. Called the business and asked for the owner or manager. They have an answering service and they were more interested in the issue and filling out an order request than my request to speak to an owner. Not hopeful that our issue will be fixed and still out $565. Not helpful, unprofessional and does not stand behind their work. but very accurate in invoicing to the hour. Also a 4 percent fee for a credit card processing fee (credit cards are one of their two forms of payment). No mention of that fee until I recd the invoice.Paid $565 for them to come to my business to do a partial windows wipe and reload. I gave 2 stars because my manager was late showing up and the tech spent most of his time with our software company on the phone - thats on us. However, they charge by the hour and round to the hour. When he left there were still encrypted files and had to have someone else come and do a complete windows wipe and reboot. Another location of ours had a similar issue and we were charged $240 by a similar tech company to do the same thing. Lesson learned. We fixed the issue by calling the tech company that helped us with the other location in the past. They walked us through the fix for FREE!
