Brought in my tv for a power issue as it would not turn on. They looked at it right away. The tv started working again while in the office, so the issue could not be identified specifically, but they did let me know what it could be and gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair it, if it were to break for good. Picked up my tv the following day and they helped me unload and load it into my vehicle. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Wow! Im looking for a repair shop and I came across this shop online. Looking at the reviews, I read the owners response to one of the customers review and saw that in his response, the owner posted the customers phone number for everyone to see. It just struck me as odd and it made me wonder: Is that really necessary? I have never been to this business and I think I will look elsewhere. Im just struggling with: what is the intention behind posting publicly a customers phone number?

I dont know these people, Im just looking for a place to possibly refurb a classic receiver. But my feelings are, This isnt the place to go to for service. I know nasty attitudes when I see them no matter how much they sugar-coat their responses (like publishing a reveiwers phone number). Moreover, when 5 people complain about the nastiness of Cathy one must assume Cathy is exactly as described. In short, REVIEWS MATTER! And these reviews are a huge warning!

Microwave Oven Repaired: Same day service. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but by repairing my model I saved over $200.00. It’s working fine and I was very pleased with the service. No hassle and explained the repair to me upon pick-up. I’m good to go for another million miles. Thank you & God Bless & God Bless America.

I just spoke with the guy on the phone and was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service. The guy I was in the process of trying to figure out how I can get my circuit on my home theater system repaired, and when I called the guy he proceeded to be helpful in the beginning however once we had gone five minutes into the conversation is when he began to start getting rude. I asked the gentleman for a specific part and he said that he had relations with used parts suppliers that he may be able to get it sooner so my dilemma was If I could have the part before two weeks I would get the job done, when I proceeded to ask him if he could have the part for me he then told me that because I have not given him any money he’s not going to do any research for me and it was nice to know me and hung up on my face. From one business owner to another that is not how you treat your customers whether they have done business with you or not and you will not have any business if you conduct yourself in that manner. I hope this review helps out individuals from ever going to this gentleman until he learns how to treat customers. Watch our for this guy, I have seen many like this typical shady business owner. I asked him for an estimated delivery date of a part, because I would like to know whether I need to repair or buy a new one for holidays, never once did I demand any thing.

Earlier I posted a review of Wake Forest Electronics Repairs that requires me to retract my previous review with a more favorable note. Today I truly experienced that we are human. There was a misunderstanding and I commend the owner of Wake Forest Electronics Repair because of his ability to communicate with his customer and resolving relationship. This is 2016 and customer service is rare but I would like to acknowledge that because of Wake Forest Electronics Repairs concern for consumer care and their relationship, that I would not only highly recommend his store, but I would gladly patron his shop for future repairs. To err is human to forgive divine.

You seem like a company that likes to place blame on others. The fact that you will not own up to a mistake(s) shows what type of people you are, I truly hope you may one day find it in your heart to do well with others and be the bigger person/persons that your company deserves. As for me and my family, we will not do business with Wake Forest Electronic Repair.

I have been using this company for many years and they have always come through for me! Ive never had a problem with anything theyve repaired and am grateful that they are in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. A good service company is hard to find.

Wake Forest Electronic Repair fixed my TV when others told me it was useless and to buy another TV. They told me they would give me an honest assessment of whether the TV was worth repairing. Less then 24 hours later they called to tell me my TV could be repairs for less than $200. It was well worth the money.I appreciated the service so much that I have referred my parents who just had their TV repaired at a very reasonable price. I love the fast and friendly service I recieved and will continue to recommend this company to anyone.BTW, Kathy is a very nice lady who offered to let me pick up my TV after hours and on a Sunday when they were closed if necessary. Keep up the great work guys!

My husband and I took our TV to this repair shop back in Dec, actually took 2 but decided to only get one fixed at the time. Paid the fee to have both diagnosed to find out what was wrong and decided to move forward. It took about 2wks to get our TV back and when we did it worked fine but about 4 days later it was back to not working again. Lines in the TV and it would black out showing no picture at all. We were told it was the motherboard that needed to be replaced AGAIN. Was told we may have received a bad part initially from the company they order from. Took the TV back to the shop and waited and waited and reached the 3rd week (in Jan) and we were just unsatisfied with the wait. We called to speak to someone to find out what was going on. I spoke with the gentleman there for about 5 mins or so and he explained to me the reason for the wait. He said the lady Cathy that handles the returns until later wouldnt be in until later that morning. So I get my husband to call back and CATHY was just UGLY!!!! He asked questions and she became defensive and didnt want to give him any information at all. I spoke with him and he tells me that she had the worst attitude. So I call and try to get some answers and this lady tells me she is not going to repeat what she told my husband to me and REFUSED to answer my questions and then hangs up the phone. I was so upset to the point my husband and I discussed calling the police to escort us to go pick up my TV b/c I was so upset. This simple phone call turned into an unwanted argument for nothing at all other than questions when I am a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! We lost around 250.00 dollars messing with this place. Only refunded us the 130.00 dollars for the part. The man who I think owns the shop is nice but his assistant is just UGLY. Simple as that. The guy offered to fix the TV for free if he could find the part ; however, only would do it for FREE if I didnt leave a BAD Review. The review isnt BAD, its my experience and if you have to ask me NOT to do that, then he knows deep down inside that this lady CATHY was just RUDE and UGLY and has POOR Customer Service. I will never, never go back to this place even if it was FREE. Please dont go here. I should have listened to the other peoples reviews but you try to believe that your experience will be different and bottom line is IT WASNT. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Fixing service suck......but on the other hand they go through the extreme to make sure their customers get the satisfaction their looking. Which means a lot to me I would refer them to friends and family just be papared

What a very rude lady on the reception. Asked if they sold parts and they dont, asked they could recommend a supplier and she said were not gonna make any money that way and hung up the phone. Do not go here!!!!!

This place has terrible customer service. If I could give no stars I would! The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, and her husband (repair man) won’t stand up to her. I think she needs serious help. You will see just how much in how she responds to this review.
