Ive been using Liles Insurance for home and auto for 3 years and they have been fantastic. They worked very hard to get us the best price, which was especially important given that we have two teenage drivers and 4 cars insured. They are always prompt about returning calls and email whether it is for quotes, discussing insurance options or responding to questions.

The speed and courtesy of handling my claim was key for me. From the initial call to Nancy to the damage adjuster visit through to the arrangement for a rental vehicle only took a few days even though the accident was on the weekend.
