I have had Farm Bureau Insurance for several years, since I got tired of State Farms inconsistency. It has been a pleasure dealing with both Farm Bureau and with Steve Arringtons office. The real star at this location is Katie. She is so easy to deal with. We have added several new cars and new drivers in my household and it was all easy as could be. We were hit by a drunk driver last year, and Katie got me all of the information and FB contacts I needed to push the other drivers insurance to do the right thing. I highly recommend this location.

Just got the insurance 2 months ago, have gotten three different stories on my policy, had it amended three times, and none of it makes sense or adds up. Paid my bill the first of the month and then have another bill 16 days later? NCFB is good, but this location is HORRIBLE. Please go to a different location.

Best service possible. My agent has answered question as late as 10:00 PM and they emmediately insured a commercial vehicle while I was at the dealership. I just had to run by and sign the documents. Ive never worked with a more responsive agency and the rates are competitive.

The worst, you pay for your auto insurance, they cancel some of your coverage, and if thst is not bad enough, tgey send you your new insurance cards, and a week later you get a letter saying you have to pay yhrm a renewal fee....if not paid by the 20th of the month, they cancel you effective on thr first of the month...EXTORTION...if they would have sent that letter 7 days before the policy renewal then there wouldnt have been an issue...forget them go any other place...terrible service, they give you good coverage then change it...this invludes home owners as well...stay clear of them CROOKS, is what they are.

Worst customer service. Agent did not get the proper coverage with autos, was in a big rush to go see a football game. Asked for a quote and when I went in there was a policy and was not the correct coverage. Did not listen.
