This is the opposite of what a good business does.H&N- ‘yes, we can have that ready for you by the end of business today’Me- ‘perfect, it’s a bit urgent’H&N- (a few hours later) hello sir. It will be ready for pick up tomorrow morning’???Over promised, and under delivered.
