Anna was the tech I saw today. She gave me a great pedicure. She has strong hand and was fun to chat with. I will come back for my next pedicure with Anna!

First time at this place. I had a pedi and mani done. Very satisfied with the work they did. Will go back ! Recommend !

The man that did my nails was watching a show on his phone the entire time he was working on my nails and continually cut into my cuticles and burned me with the grinder tool from not paying attention. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other, much more reputable places to choose from.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a LONG time! I’m 8 months pregnant and told them I didn’t care how my feet looked, I just needed my toe nails trimmed (since I can’t reach them anymore) and a GOOD massage. They over delivered for sure! My swollen feet have never been happier :)

My sister and I came here due to the overall good reviews. When I was sat down, the man doing my nails immediately turned on a movie on his phone and proceeded to watch it with his earbuds in the entire time. He barely looked at me, much less tried any conversation. My sister asked for round nails but got squared. I will not be going back here again. Overall, customer service and quality was just disappointing.

This was not good did not have the prices up ended up spending 100.00 for pedi and over lay will not got back way too much.

This place is so underrated! It is extremely clean and service is always great. I recommend Linda, she gives the best leg and arm massages on top of a great mani/pedi. She’ll even do your neck and shoulders making your manicure experience that much better

Every since Helen & T left Waco I had been looking for a nail salon to fit my needs. After a year of unacceptable experiences at a number of local salons I stumbled upon city nails. All expectations were exceeded, best customer service and unbelievable hospitality. They now have a loyal customer, it is a little more than I would spend elsewhere but I will pay it gladly. Took their time and treated me with respect 😍😍😍

Didnt do a good job. Got a wax and had to go tell them they didnt get half of hair.

Visited this salon last week for the first time since moving to the Waco area....I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received! I got my nails done with the dip powder and omg they looked amazing! I had them done previously and they were way too thick! Jasmine was my nail tech and she was super sweet and very professional! Made sure I was comfortable the whole time and kept offering me a drink:) I will never step foot in another salon as long as I’m here in Waco! CITY NAILS IS THE PLACE TO BE

This is a great place to get your eyebrows done. If you go during the week there is never a wait. They have a separate room. They have never got wax in my hair-so important! And, they do a good job, courteous.

Just left city nails, and I must say that they are friendly and they did a great job. My mother and I went for pedicures and Jason and his wife did fantastic. I will definitely be returning. 😁

We all walked in City Nails. They greeted us with a smile. They asked if they could help and I said just a minute. After I looked at the menu at the desk, the lady helped me decide what we wanted. Its my mothers 77th birthday. The people at City Nails were really nice and helpful. Thank You!.

They were able to see me very quickly even though the salon was very crowded. I got a pedicure and gel nails. Unfortunately, my pedicure wasnt painted very well and my toenails were cut at an uneven angle. I asked them to fix it....and they did repaint my toes. It still didnt look right after correction. I had someone do my nails and they were clumpy so another person took over. Even after restarting with someone new, my gel polish has started to chip and it hasnt been more than three days. I dont like to leave negative reviews but you dont get your moneys worth here. :(

Amazing experience today!!! Pedicure was so relaxing and exactly what I needed for relaxation. There is one guy there with such great energy everyone around him goes the extra mile and its amazing!!!!

Came in as a walk-in and first impression was that the staff here could be a little friendlier.During my pedicure (which was very rough) it seemed as the male doing the service was agitated and subsequently cut my left toe. He immediately put glue to stop the bleeding and apologied.This place definitely needs a course in customer service . Unfortunately first impressions are lasting and this is the only time Ill visit this place again.

Favorite nail salon in Waco. I love this place! Its the only nail salon I go to since Ive tried it 5 yes ago. Very clean and professional. The deluxe pedi is worth every penny!

I have been several times and never had a bad experience. I also love that they play Christian music and K-Love here.

I went, and was served almost immediately. However while I was waiting I was watching one of the girls do some one elses nails, and that lady got her whole arm lotioned and massaged. When I was taken back I asked the woman if glitter white tips were more expensive than plain white tips, she told me that they were more expensive and I told her I didnt want that. She proceeded to put white glitter on my nails even when I said I wanted plain more than once. She kept telling me it was better. Then, my nails were done and cured and she was putting oil on my cuticles when another customer came in wanting a gift card. She proceeded to put on one pump of lotion between both of my hands then told me all done $40. I got my card out and was waiting for her to take my debit card from me while she was taking care of the gift card customer (there was two other ladies in there who did nails and they were just sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones.) She finally took my card, tossed the clipboard with my receipt on it onto the table and turned back around. I signed, and left swiftly. Upon getting in my car and taking a closer look at my nails, I noticed there was a hair from the brush she used on my nails, under one of my nails. Also the border where the white meets the pink are slopy and patchy. I would have been perfectly fine paying $40 for a set, if they were good. I can go pay $20 and get better service than this! I wont be back!!

I received a horrible pedi. The guy doing my pedicure kept looking at something behind my chair and not paying attention to what he was doing. He cut my foot in two places and could not stop the bleeding until he glued the cuts on my foot. He never apologized and I was still forced to pay for the pedicure. The polish was not done well and peeled immediately. Horrible experience

I usually go here to get my eyebrows done so I decided to go to get my nails and toes done for prom. my toes looked awful and the paint came off the next day. Then I got my nails done and they were super short and very messy. Also my friend and I were rushed out of there before our nails could even dry because they had more customers.

Nail color, shape, length not what I wanted. Pedicure was ok. Just not the quality for the money.

Good job. Plus they stay open late!

Peter did my nails. He was rough and seemed like he was irratated when doing my nails.I paid $55 and 2 of them have already broken qnd its only been 4 days. I will not be returning 👎

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I just went in there to have the new dip nail polish removed. When he pulled out the little drill they use and started grinding down my nails, I told the guy my sister does nails for a living and I know thats not good for my nails, if he would please just let them soak in acetone. he all of a sudden couldnt speak or understand English anymore. Which really made me mad! I let him take off my polish ( the completely wrong way) it took him less than five minutes to do so. Then he suddenly spoke English again and asked if I wanted him to cut and file my nails, I said no because I just wanted to get out of there. He charged me 10 dollars for less than 5 minutes of completely screwing up my nails! Immediately after leaving I called up there to speak to the owner and all he had to say was sorry, have a good day needless to say, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

I went in as a walk in. The staff was unfriendly. The pedicure was rough and manicure was sloppy. I went there because the shop I usually go to is closed on Mondays. I will never go back.
