Horrible. Pedicure polish chipped in 3 days. The right toe nail is cut a lot shorter than the left. Very uneven will take a Month to grow the right out to match the left side. Pedicure no time was spent on my calluses pretty much all I received was a polish change and nail trim. They didn’t trim the cuticles on my toes, they didn’t even clean under my nails. Still stuff under my nails. Acrylic nails wanted them to look like the blue nails in the picture. They look Nothing like the pic, the acrylic has Lumps in it and is rough, product all over my cuticles and was charged $70 for the acrylic nails. Have tried calling to speak to someone and can’t get the owner or manager. Worst experience Ever. Spent a total of $155 and this is the outcome. Do not go here.

Ive been going to this place for a few years now. I hadnt been in quite awhile. I recently had a gel manicure and pedicure with paraffin treatments for extra soft + smooth hands and feet. They give great attention to detail and take their time, yet its still done fairly quickly and looks great. Its spacious and comfortable. All the ladies are very polite and kind.

This place is such a wonderful hole in the wall. I recently discovered it, and It sure is good experience. I was taken in even without an appointment, the wait was not long at all. I cant remember the manicurists name however she was very helpful. The manicure is clean & last for a long time. I will make sure to come again, & bring along some of my friends. Would highly recommend to others give this place a try:)

Love this place!!! Ive been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. She is the best! She always does my acrylics and she is gentle and precise. The ladies here are all very friendly and prices are affordable.

I took my elderly mother there. Mom cant manage her toe nails anymore and her feet were a mess. The place was busy so there was a short wait, but the service was excellent. The woman took care of her toes, gave her a shoulder massage and was pleasant and professional. Everyone wore a mask and you had to wash your hands upon entering. We will go back.

My wife & I come here often and always get great service. The pedi chairs are great massagers, everything is always clean and the tools they use are new, they take their time to do a good job, and the staff really know what theyre doing! Had the best pedicure yesterday! I’ve actually had many wonderful pedicures over the years at this nail salon. The staff are so kind and professional! They take their time to shape, and clean and massage my feet and legs expertly! The nail polish on my toes always last for weeks! They are following all COVID-19 safety protocols and take appointments and walk-ins!

I’m new to the area. I called ahead of time as I had just walked out of another salon that was dirty and kept making their price higher and higher. Perfect 10 answered all my questions on the phone. The lady who did my nails was so nice and helpful and the price was very fair. They were busy but efficient. I’m going to be a regular for sure.

Love the vibes and the service here! Everyone feels like family/friends walking through the door! She was super personable, sweet and made me feel right at home. I could not be happier with my experience today. Will be coming back for sure!

Great service and very clean. Been going here for about 7 months. My gel mani has lasted me over 1 month. A little expensive but the owner is incredibly nice and always remembers and greets clients with genuine enthusiasm. AMAZING

So, called and made an appointment. Went in and showed the guy what I wanted. All black except for on my ring fingers I wanted cow print. He asks if we can just do all white instead of cow print because I dont know how to do that 😶 how do you not know how to do a simple cow print? So I went with these. There are spots where he didnt file them enough and where he didnt make sure the nail was completely covered in top coat before drying it. Most of them are crooked as well. $60 is a scam for these in my opinion 🤷‍♀️

I went With my mother and we both got gel pedicures. A great pedicure for sure! They got our ingrown out. They do awesome job. They work very fast and I like that. We will be coming back again

Loved it I have never been to a nail salon where Ive gotten acrylic nails and they were so gentle went for my daughters birthday she got a manicure and a pedicure they took their time doing everything instead of quickly trying to get us out it was amazing experience definitely will be going back

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. I was getting a gel manicure while she was removing her acrylic nails and getting a dip.We made appointments. But don’t worry, they will take their time and decide when to start your service, regardless of your appt time. They made us soak our nails in straight acetone without any advice for when to stop soaking. We took our hands out of it after 15 minutes, then started scratching the polish off ourselves.The man who did my nails used the drummel to remove my polish, instead of more gently pushing off the polish with a manual tool. My daughter asked for her nails to be squoval, but they made them square and crooked. Mine were barely shaped. I chose a gel color that was a solid pink. The one he used was a sheer pink and he kept telling me “this color is too clear.” And I said “then why does it look so different in your sample?” He picked a non-gel purple polish to finish my nails, even though I chose pink.He acted irritated when I asked for lotion after my 20-minute acetone nail soak. When I went to pay I was about to the complete the transaction, with the intention to tip with cash. When he didn’t think I was going to tip on the card he said “you don’t want to tip? ??” I said “I was going to give you cash.” Instead I threw the much-too-generous tip on my card just to get out of there. Really unpleasant, expensive and not-relaxing experience. Will never go back.

Worst nail spot I’ve ever been to the prices are outrageous & the nails that I paid $60 for NO POLISH NO SPECIAL SHAPE JUST A TAD BIT LONGER broke off in 3 days! The man that works there has horrible customer service when I asked for a refund he said no I was too rough with my hands. Wouldn’t recommend this place for the life of me!!!!

I walked in they asked me what I need I told the manicure and pedicure the the women gonna ask me what color I told her black for my feet and I don’t have a color for my nails bc I wants clear acrylic She waited a few minutes then going to tell me she can’t do my nails bc she has an appointment she should have said that at the door she didn’t and she refused to do my nails bc I didn’t have a color to go on them I will not be coming back here at all

Took my daughter to get her nails done with me. Prices were extremely high and no discount or getting a mani pedi. Her guy was awesome! Her nails turned out great. However my guy was horrible. Cuticles weren’t cut, tons of hanging skin from where he trimmed the skin on the sides of my nails, cut me and overall bad personality. Plus no complimentary drinks (water, soda, nor wine) but this might be a Waco thing. Been to 3 salons here and one has offered complimentary drinks) our search for a Waco area nail salon continues.

I have only had Dip nails done by a couple people for $50 and my nails were beautiful and lasted for 3 weeks with no chips or brakes.LOVE IT.....

This awesome young guy named Tam gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. He also gave me perfectly ombre coffin tip acrylics. They are strong but not too thick. I loved having an appointment and not having to wait. I will definitely be back!

Just left and all I can say is impressed! I am huge on customer service and I got it from my first step in the door. I am visiting from out of town, so I didnt know if this would be the place for me, but the reviews were great, so I thought Id check it out. I was greeted by every employee in sight, asked how I could be helped, and then assured that I could be. I had to wait but that gave me time to decide on color 🙂 I was also reassured several times that it would be just a little longer (although I wasnt in a hurry, I truly appreciated not being ignored!). Through the process of getting my nails done, I was treated wonderfully by . She was kind, gentle, never rushed or assumed I wanted something I didnt. She truly treated me with respect. Also when I went to wash my hands she gave me a warm towel to dry them off with, so nice. Ive never had that before! She had also offered me a drink when we say down, so many nice things, I just cant remember them all! Please go see them!! 🙂 great prices, great people!!

I really liked this nail place my nails came out great and not nearly as pricey as other nail salons in waco. However, if you get a pedicure id recommend getting something higher than s classic because its not worth it.

I went here a few weeks ago, and I enjoyed it. It had a quiet atmosphere. My nail tech actually put in ear buds, which I was A-okay with. Allowed me to read and relax.

The best customer service ever! Very dedicated and nice staff. They clarify the service desired before starting to have everything clear and the price is reasonable. They are my go to place for gel polish nails. This place is really good, the attention is amazing I will definitely come back again.

Website and Facebook page were very informative and easy to navigate. I personally think the prices are a little high for the area and the staff tries to up the service to get you to pay more, but the quality is good. So if you’re prepared to pay the price then it’s a good place to go.

Nail polish came off the next day

I was visiting my boyfriends family in Waco and came across BU-TIFUL NAILS while wandering around Cleveland Ave.My first impressions of the place are industrial and modern aesthetics that were true to the neighborhood, but the key to my visit was the feeling of just hanging with friends and family once you meet the warm and inviting staff.I got a simple manicure with gel polish so its not fancy enough for photos, but I did see in the menu that there were lots of choices that I would love to check out another day. They even have cute names for their pedicure packages named after the different districts of Waco! Super cute!I will definitely come back and try the other services on another day!

When i went to bu-tiful nails i had a wonderful experience ! all of the employees were so friendly and helpful! JuJu did an amazing job on my nails and tam did great on my toes as well. i definitely recommend this salon!

Best experience Ive had at a nail salon in Waco. The space is clean, all of their tools are sanitized, and the staff is extremely friendly. My tech gave me a shellac manicure and it is absolutely perfect! She was extremely skillful, meticulous, and fast! Exactly what Im looking for when I want a manicure. Paid way to much for what they did. He was very unfriendly and did a horrible job on my pedicure. And it only lasted a day.. And then the nails showed my real nail under it... this was my first experience with getting fake nails/manicure and now I realize why. what a waste

I struggled finding a great nail tech since Ive moved back from San Antonio! Luckily, I decided to stop in and check them out & found my #1 go to for my nails!Jayden is the man to see if you want things done right & long lasting!

This is the only place I will go to! They do such a wonderful job. My dip always looks incredible. They are so willing to do what you ask of them, and if you arent happy, they are more than willing to fix it. Ive had dip other places that has totally ruined my nails, but BU-tiful does such a good job that when I get them off, my nails are healthy and long.

I go to Tina for my dip nails and she never tried to talk me out of my purple that I love although she does try to get me out of my comfort zone & she is always right when picking the perfect color. She always knows what’s right for me. I go to Preston and Manh for my pedicures and both of them know how to pamper me and take care of my feet. They always do extra to make me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is always fun and I know everyone. It’s a place where I feel welcomed and loved. Thank you BUtiful Nails for being a great place to get away from it all!!

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I have been getting my nails done for years and these people have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They treat you like complete and total trash AND they do a trash job. There is a dog running rampant all over the store and the girl that runs it is more worried about controlling the dog and pleasing her friends. DO NOT COME HERE. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES IN WACO FOR A BETTER PRICE AND BETTER SERVICE.

Went here to do my nails at the last minute for my wedding and they were amazing. They did my mani and pedi and my whole bridal party. Great nails that look like they’re straight off of Pinterest!

I came in a good mood with my friend and I left very upset. First, they rushed both of us to pick a color. Second, they wouldn’t let us talk to each other. Third, “Annie” was very rough and talked bad about my friend to the person doing my nails while rolling her eyes. So the guy doing my nails told my friend she needed to stop moving when she clearly didn’t move. I have never left a review but the way they treated my friend was unacceptable.

I have been going here for about a year and a half - I always get dip, most of the time with tips. It is a little pricey, but I always ask for either Tina or Jeff and my nails are done perfectly every time. Both of them take their time so that it looks as good as it should, so the appointments aren’t super quick and I make sure I have more than enough time when I schedule. I have had negative experiences with some of the people at BUtiful that have done my nails before I found Tina and Jeff but now I only go here because I KNOW I’ll get exactly what I want with them. I also haven’t had every single person there do my nails, so I’m sure there are more people there who would do my nails just as well. Overall, I love this place and would, and do, recommend it to everyone. Also, there is a dog that is super cute and friendly there most of the time so that’s a plus.

I really enjoy getting my nails done here. I am very picky about cleanliness, management and the service itself, and have zero complaints regarding BUtiful Nails. The manager knows how to delegate technicians well during busy hours, and if the wait is long they offer to call its sistering location (Tiffany Nails) for availability. I have visited Tiffany Nails several times and Ive also been very pleased.

I was in Waco on vacation and needed a nail repair but did not have a lot of time. I walked into BU-tiful Nails and my tech took care of me. Not only did she do a great pink and white acrylic nail repair, but she cleaned up all my nails, filed, reshaped, and repainted. I walked out 15 minutes later looking like I had a fresh fill.

This has been my to-go salon for mani/pedi whenever I am in Waco area. Their color selection is insanely large. I try different technicians each visit and every single time has been pleasant so far. If you need to go on weekends, better make appointments because they are super crowded. Front desk is very professional and friendly, which is always a plus at any business!

The place became crowded when I was getting nails polished. So, my service became a rush job. Other than that the place is great. Its probably best not to go between the hours 230pm-5pm if you want quality work.

Amazing staff and very friendly.

We were walking the city and walked by the shop and saw they had a mani-pedi special. I immediately took them up on the deal.After I was there for a few moments I knew this place was a gem. The ladies were amazing.I got a thorough foot/ leg massage. They cleaned up my cuticles and shaped my nails very nice. I feel like I got a great value for the service I received.I would definitely come back when Im in town. One more thing that I enjoyed... the ladies were very nice and sociable with me and with other clients. This is definitely a local favorite spot.

It has such high reviews so thought I would check it out got a pedicure no problem. Went back the next day to get acrylic nails, they talked me into getting powder dipped. This was so overpriced (coming from California) anyway when I tried to remove them it ripped off my actual nail NEVER had that happen before definitely not going back. Lee nails will be my, go to.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had! I was visiting Waco from out of town and needed a manicure. I had gel on my nails already. I sat in the chair and the guy started drilling my nails, I’ve always had gel soaked off. I told him I didn’t want him to use the drill. He just said “no, this is the best way” and continued. I asked again to the same reply. He continued and then proceeded to trim my cuticle with dull trimmers. Which left my cuticles looking rough and jagged. About this time, I told him just do regular polish, because I knew this was gonna be awful and didn’t want to pay extra for gel. He argued and when I insisted, he would even go find my color I picked in regular polish. He finishes, I go wash my hands, come back and ask him to spray my nails with alcohol. He again refuses saying “oh you only get alcohol with gel, you washed you hands, it’s fine”. Everything was an argument with this guy! Lastly, one of my nails was rough and I had to ask him to repaint it. Overall, my nails would have looked better had I just done them myself. The only positive was the really cute dog.
