Phenomenal interior and exterior detail job by these guys. I was quoted almost $400 at bulldog for the same service. Here I paid $160 for the full package and it was so worth it! It came out looking like it was fresh off the car lot! I had white dog hair all over the inside, spills of all kinds, sticky console, and they got it all out, and it smells great. The interior was vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed and if you could see how it looked when I took it in youd be amazed. They said 3hrs but it only took 2, I had lunch next door at the Italian restaurant which is very good, while I waited. Ive never been so pleased with a detail job. I will definitely go back to this location for the same service. If you go in for this service, make sure your entire interior is removed of all items, they will need it totally empty to detail it. They said they might not be able to get all the white dog hair out but they got 99.9% of it and I was extremely pleased.

Great Great Great car wash! Car looked a lot cleaner than when I went to watershed. Genie car wash is a bit more expensive (8$) but well worth the price. Staff friendly and helpful. They assisted us with the touch screen as well as ensured us that our car was aligned for the wash. It is a little bit out of the way for us but we will be making this our car wash location no doubt.

The man cleaning the inside of the car did not clean the windshield inside or outside did not clean the side mirrors on the outside of the car did not clean the tires with Armor All had to be told did not do a good job wiping down anyting on the inside of the car other than him I love going to Genie Car Wash other people you do good

This is a locally owned business and the customer service is beyond great. First, the owners son was the young man whom I dealt with when I first pulled up and he was very quick and helpful. I have a company truck and they use a third party to pay for the oil change and it was a first time for him. He was confused on how to write my ticket but took me to his mother’s office and got it squared away very quickly. They both were SUPER nice and VERY helpful. Also, while waiting there was a lady who lost her phone and the entire staff was very concerned and helpful trying to ease her anxiety. The owner took the time to call places that she had been before coming to the car wash and the phone was found. There isn’t much customer service like this anymore and was definitely awesome to see. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! Will be back for my oil changes from here on out!!!!

This is my second time going to genie car wash in Waco. Both times Ive been sadly disappointed. The outside of my car looked fantastic but the inside was far from what I paid for. There was dust on the dash and other places, mud on floor mats and they did a half way job vacuuming (there was dirt still in the crevasse of my seat) I bought the top package (the best wash) $31 dollars paid and extra $5 dollars for bumper and trim dress. I waited over and hour which I wouldnt have minded had my car been clean appropriately. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable but Im a working mother of 2 and I live in the country I just wanted to have my car looking good before I had to put car seats and softball equipment back in guess Ill just have to redo it myself which will take time I dont have !all in all if you need a car wash and nothing else Id go there but get the cheapest package and expect nothing else

The car was washed and vacuumed out just like I liked it. But the girl up front cleaned the car fantastically. She cleaned it just like I used to. This is the first time I have had it really clean in about 8 years. Have gone to other car places but this as far as I am concerned is the best. Better hang on to her and give her a raise. She knows how to do it. 😄😄😄😄

If I could give less than one star I would. I paid $25 and they washed the outside of my car and took a dry rag and wiped off the seats. Thats it! They forgot to put the new car scent in the car, but corrected that issue. I called the manager to let him know how disappointed I was that they didnt even use Armor All inside to clean my car and he said Yeah, we dont do that anymore. We took it out of our $31 package as well. So basically, I paid $25 for them to wash the outside of my car (no wax, just wash). Manager didnt seem to care about resolving the issue. I wont be going back.

Lane and his crew did an excellent job detailing a 15 passenger church van prior to selling it. Dirty carpet was cleaned up great; van looked super nice inside & out. Resulted in an easy/quick sale of the vehicle for a good price benefiting our church.

The only car wash I come to. Today I was a little disappointed in the interior clean over all my experiences here are good. Customer service has always been great. Outside car wash is wonderful. Inside clean can be done a little better and I never smell the air freshener that comes with the package I pay for but over all this is a nice place to go to.

Just left the Genie for the second time today. The first time I left my car was dirty and I decided to call back and let them know the inside of my car didn’t look like it was vacuumed and there was residue left on my horn/steering wheel and interior door handles from the rags. It didn’t look like the interior had been cleaned at all. My seat was also wet either from sweat or the cleaning rags. So they said come back and they’d fix everything. Which was great but they didn’t communicate that to the people who actually clean the car so after an hour my car looks the same as it did the first time and they’d wasted their time and mine. This use to be a really great place.

First time there today, I got the $30 package which is a car wash and I believed it meant the inside would be cleaned too. The outside looks great but i was very disappointed when i saw the inside. My 12 year old niece does a better job for $20.

This place will always be my go to location to pamper my car. They always do a fantastic job, and no matter how busy they are. If they missed something they will fix the issue. Their customer service is always beyond amazing from the beginning to the end. The workers are always leaving a personal touch. Plus if your impatient remember this they also have a express lane you drive in and quickly drive out. A quick and fast car wash under $10bucks! Try it you wont regret it.

Went here for the first time today. So far, so good. The only negative I have seen so far is the wait time. It took a out 35 minutes for them to clean the interior and run the vehicle through the car wash. Still waiting for the to dry it and do the tire dressing.

Huge shout out to the owner, Kimberly! When getting our car detailed here, they accidentally missed the back seat. When we brought it to their attention, the owner overheard the conversation and quickly stepped in. We were very impressed with how she made the situation right immediately. We will definitely be back!

The service was excellent, and the waiting area was comfortable. They were so quick with the car and very thorough.

On recommendations by an employee I opted for the better wash $21, I could have gotten the same wash at the lower price. The bird poop that was on my windshield wasnt totally cleaned off and the inside windshield wasnt cleaned, the wheel wells looked like water had never touched them. With a slight attitude another employee was told to take care of it, but I would have to wait 5 minutes for him to get to me.

Need a deep clean on my car. This place was recommended to me by 2 other people. I have gone in 3 times and always get told they cannot do it today and come by next week, we will get it done. Was finally told on 3rd attempt that it is staffing issue related. I will be finding a place that can actually provide tje services they say they do.

All I asked for them is to pull up a video for a broken taillight and they wont even do it. They had more then 5 employees standing around in which one of them couldnt do that for me.!For incoming customers I warn yall to be careful. They will brake your things and try to be slick about it.

Absolutely one of the worst car washes Ive ever received. My car looks WORSE than when I brought it in and paid $31 for a clean. The man doing my car literally took 45 mins to wipe down the car and it still looked awful! He actually stained my car!!I am going to follow up with the business owner. I am so upset!He didnt even wipe down the seats?! My interior looked splotchy from whatever chemical they used on it. The glass is streaky. They have literally RUINED the inside of my vehicle.I would never recommend this place for anyone that need their car cleaned. I am going to submit a report with BBB as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I used to work there ...I was a very good Detailer... And one day I was off work I got in to a car accident and hurt my back and my knees and I had to go to the Doctor and therapy. So I was out off work several months On Doctors notes each time I was out. Well now that i can work again Genie/ Kim says Im not rehire able . But they would let workers who has done drugs and passed out in the customers car while on duty ...HE WAS NEVER FIRED and theres alot more Shady stuff going on not to mention...Kim. And Billy is very unprofessional when leaving him to run a establishment. I would like to speak to the Owner.... and not Kim

They cleaned the car well on the outside but that was my first time ever being there so I didnt know how it worked & they didnt explain it to me some guy just asked 6,8,or $10.? so I just said 10 then another guy sprayed a little bit of some foam on the window & said ok & went off to another person & Im sitting there confused wondering what to do next I could see them getting annoyed, but they should of asked have you been here b4?if not this is what we do & explain.

So impressed with Genie! Haven’t been in years but decided to come today to get my oil changed because I wanted to get my car cleaned! I was done in 30 minutes and they changed my oil plus cleaned my car, inside and out! Not only that but it was cheaper than taking my car to Kwik lube or Allen samuels. I will definitely be back!

They always get my car right..some of the guys seem a little slow./lazy. You have to specifically ask for someone good. Some of them dont need to be out there trying to detail cars. I love my wheels shining and someone elderly cant get down there and put much attention on them. Overall I love this place. The one in HEWITT suck!

Last year, around this time, I bought my father a $250 detail and I had to return his truck three time just to have it vacuumed properly! Today, I went in for an express detail and even after showing them what was dirty, they didn’t even clean the exterior let alone the interior. 0/10 do not waste your money!

Pressured up selling..👎The amount I paid for my car to be cleaned did not match the quality of service. Water spots on part of the car, some things were not even wiped down, also still had dog hair on my seats that I had to lint roll off when I got home.

Will never, ever, ever be back to this place again. Paid extra money to have the best car wash. Which was to include my mats cleaned and there was still dirt all over them. The dash still had dirt all over it, the side of the both seats still had mud on them that was not wiped off. they pulled up my floor mat in back seat area and did not put it back in there properly. If that is what you call a better wash I would hate to see what your express wash looks like.

Excellent service...the staff went above and beyond! We had a gallon of milk spill on the back floorboard of our car. We cleaned it up the best we could but it definitely needed more to get rid of the odor. I took it to Genie Carwash. Boonie did a great job vacuuming and shampooing and then sprayed it with an odor repellent. They told me if the smell still lingered to come back and they would spray it again. I went back later in the week to have it sprayed but big Brian and little Brian thoroughly vacuumed, shampooed and sprayed the area again at no charge plus gave me a full spray bottle of the odor spray to use if it still needed it!!! Boonie and the two Brians were friendly and caring, making my satisfaction a priority. I definitely recommend them and will be bringing more cars for them to service.

Ruined a wheel on my car. They know it was prefect before it went in and they chipped/scratched the wheel on a very expensive car.

They do a great job! My pickup was very dirty and they made it look and smell like it did when I drove it off the dealership. They had me inspect it prior to payment for my approval. I would recommend this for detailing any vehicle.

Genie Car Wash on Valley Mills is the only place I go to get my car washed! They do a great job for a good price, but their customer service is the #1 reason I choose Genie! Even when the place is busy and customers are impatient— the staff at Genie remains calm, kind, and respectful. Not to mention the fun products they have inside! 10/10 recommend!

Over whelmed very quickly. Vehicle sun dried before anyone got to it. Good customer service on front end, terrible on back end. Young man running the back end (dryers/retailers) doesn’t know what he is doing, seems to lack experience. Spent $40.00 and if it wasn’t for the guy that detailed my vehicle on the back end it would have been even worse. This place doesn’t seem to be able to keep staff, much less experience. Pick a different place.

This place does really well. I’m always pleased with the quality of service. Not a terrible price. My one complaint is that it always takes longer than expected.

Left car for thorough carpet shampooing, and internal cleaning, including the trunk.Got car back, trunk not touched, back dash not touched (dust and dead bugs undisturbed), inside of windows not cleaned, outside of car very, very greasy with product but large swaths of mud still on body.This is NOTHING like the care my cars used to receive.

Went to have truck detailed inside for my husband Christmas surprise I cleaned truck out before I took it didnt know he had a knife in truck between bucket seats didnt see it. It belonged to my husbands great grand father when he came back to town today truck been in our garage since he got back today. He went straight to truck to see if it was there is was gone.

They washed and clean my car very good

I take my car here every few weeks for the Better Wash. They Armor-All and vacuum the inside, and wash and dry the outside, including the tires. My car always come out beautifully. The employees are always friendly and helpful. If you go on the weekend, you will probably have to wait awhile, sometimes over an hour, but its worth it to me. They do such a good job. I highly recommend this car wash.

I was passing by this place and about had a heart attack because of how the cleaning folks honked the horns on the vehicles that they were attending. I thought someone was about to hit my car while driving because of how the horn was honked and a stationary vehicle. Is that a specific honk yall use? Could yall maybe inquire about a different honk, that doesnt scare people. Thank you and I do like yalls service, just not the honk.

I have gone three times recently. I have paid for detailing on two visits. I just did a car wash and good vacuuming on one. It used to be good service. Based on my last three times, they have lost a customer. I am not going to go back inside and create a scene over poor quality. Usually it has been poor work on interior. Yesterday, they didnt even vacuum the back end. The console was not vacuumed or wiped out. I had bugs all over the back side of rearview mirror. My daughter said to go raise hell. I should not have to do this after every visit. Time before last they asked if they should blow out well between seats. I paid extra. I said yes because there was a square of fresh, unchewed gum between seats. I couldnt reach easily. It was still there when finished. The one positive my missing pen was found and placed in console.
