These people are absolutely lovely. They are very hospitable and keep you informed every step of the way and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting. The waiting room is awesome and they are so fast! I even arrived early and they got me right in. The work was spectacular. I’ll definitely be back. :)

Took our car in this morning. They did an awesome job with cleaning the inside and steaming stains in our seats. But when we got our car back the right blinker is stuck on and wont shut off. My husband had to drive it home that way and it is still stuck on. Now i am going to have to go to a mechanic on Monday to figure out what happened. Not happy that an $125 interior detail is costing me a trip to a mechanic now. 😔 Also had a misunderstanding about payment. When i made appointment they didnt tell me i needed to go online and put my card on file so when we went back to pick up the car we had to go to the bank to get cash out due to their machine being down. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that my card needed to be on file so they could run it.

Amazing staff and spectacular service. Got the full service and they did not disappoint, went above and beyond. They treat your car as it’s their own. Very professional and friendly. Had a chance to talk to DJ, super nice guy, down to earth. Would definitely recommend!!

My car was stolen and When I got it back it was a mess, DJs cleaned my car so well I barely even recognized it. They really made me feel safe in my car again.

Absolutely horrible, they werent even in the office and they rarely ever answer theyre phone. Dont even waste your time with these people. I know I wont anymore. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would.

I am meticulous about my trucks paint. Ive used clay bar and cut the paint myself to keep its shine. Since I dont have a garage anymore I decided to find a shop that is as knowledgeable and dedicated as I am to preserving my paint. DJs, by far, exceeded my expectations. From the online appointment system to cleaning, it was all focused on customer care. They understand that repeat business is how you build a reputation and thats a rare thing to find these days. They are honest and friendly. They could have charged me for a paste wax I asked for, but they told me it was unnecessary because the clay bar process they use included a spray wax that they work into the paint as they go, you cant buy that kind of honesty.I will be taking my vehicle here every time it needs a wash or detail. They are simply the best at what they do.My final note is for all the potential customers: this process takes time. This isnt fast food. A proper session takes a few hours, I know because I use to do my own when I had the shade to do it right. Be prepared to drop it off or wait a few hours in the lounge. Perfection takes time so if you want a deep clean and protection it will take longer than 20 minutes.

I went here to get a full service detail. I was greeted professionally and in out within the time I was told it would be completed. This place has great customer service no doubt. The quality of the service was the best I’ve ever seen. I took my wife’s 13 year car in and it’s the best it’s looked since she’s had it. I will be back for service again for sure!

I had YEARS of stains and cigarette ash in my car. Not to mention the heavy cigarette smell. Took my car here and I was so amazed by the results. I absolutely love my car! It’s like brand new and I’m so excited that I was able to find this place. DJ is super sweet! And you can tell he really cares about doing everything he can for his customers and quickly. My car has absolutely no hint of cigarettes now and all the smoke stains and ash are completely gone. I could go on and on honestly. If you need your car detailed. GO HERE. A really great service! Went in not knowing what in needed. I thought I needed a clay bar and wax job $80+ for this. Then the owner DJ came out and inspected my truck and quickly let me know I just needed a $35 wash and wax. He could have easily charged me the $80 for the clay bar and just washed and waxed it, and I would have never known. Good to see honest businesses in todays time. Thanks DJ, you have gained a loyal customer.

Just checked to make sure JD was still in business. I had a complete detail done last time on my 12 year old Tahoe. He made it look brand new!! Ive never seen such a great detail job. Now I need him again. Will be scheduling with them. Highly recommend! -Gail

They do really good work. But the woman on the phone quoted me one price when I went to pay she said it was $20 more no explanation. I guess it was just what she felt like charging that day. Ive been several times even took the work vehicles up there. Ill look into somewhere next time

These guys run a great shop. I came in for an interior detail and was done in about an hour. Very humble with their work, asked me if there was anything they missed that I could see, but from my view, everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need work done.

Took my 94 Corvette to DJ before putting it in a classic car auction. He did a great job of making it look showroom new. Im sure he made money for me! Wish I lived near Waco so I could take him our other vehicles. He does great work at a fair price.

I spilled chicken grease in the backseat of my car and wasnt sure Id find anyone with a reasonable price to get it out. I found DJs place from Google and he did an amazing job getting all the grease and the smell out of my car he even vacuumed the entire car for free. I even got to watch a movie in the comfortable waiting room while he worked. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I will definitely be taking my car back to his shop for detailing in the future.

Fast, friendly, and cost efficient! DJ, the owner had no problem with steam cleaning my car after my passanger had thrown up EVERYWHERE in her seat! He expressed that he had to take care of his women and he even threw in a panel wipe for free! I’m telling you this is the best place to get your car cleaned and detailed! Absolutely worth the wait for the full detail--my car looks better than the day I bought it! I drive a soft top Jeep Wrangler, so it cant be washed in an automated car wash without risking damage to the top and windows. These guys do a fantastic hand wash, and made an extra effort to be careful around the soft top. Definitely recommend!

Long story short i went on a Saturday morning wanting to get a wash and wax. Little did i know it was by appointment only. No worries the owner said he could fit me in, GREAT! The whole experience was outstanding because of the wonderful customer service and quality work DJ(owner) and employee, LC gave me. I definitely will be back again, with an appointment of course!

They were honest with what they could do and the quote was exactly what they charged me. They told me how long it would take for the full detail and it took exactly that much time! Great customer service. I needed my seats cleaned (Crew Cab F150) and DJ did it for $45 in less than an hour. Any stains that were there are pretty much gone, and the truck smells so much better. Highly recommend DJ and 3D!!

My car looks AMAZING!!! Looks just like the day I bought it. They did an awesome job! My 60 lb puppy makes the backseat his home and they made the leather seats look brand new. Really phenomenal service. Done in an 1.5 and the waiting room is comfy, WiFi has good service, and they have cable so you can sit and watch tv also. Definitely going to come back.

I took my Ford Explorer in for a full detail today and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. I had not cleaned my car in 2 years but it only took a couple of hour and it was like brand new. They dont have a big lot or a big office but it didnt matter because they can sure clean a car! When the car was cleaned it was drivin to my home on the other side of Waco... First class service!

I took my 2012 focus. Ive had it almost 5 years and never had a detail. I had some weed stains in my headliner. I did an inside detail and headliner clean. The price was fair, and my car looked new. Very impressed. I would definitely suggest.

Don’t go to this place they use Shampoo that makes your Car smell really bad overtime. It takes a lot of work to get that smell away too.

Took my parents 2010 Hyundai Genisis to DJ, and I was not dissapointed. Weve had the car since 2009 and it has never had a detail done to it. Our car was filthy due to years of traveling to softball tournaments, and then traveling back home in a filthy uniform. Our car was horrendous. DJ really did an amazing job! If youre looking for someone that will do whatever it takes to turn your car back into like new condition, DJ is definitely your guy! Great prices, great service, and the waiting room has a great ambiance as well. I love everything about this place. He will have all of my business in the future!

Best detail I seen made my girlfriends 2006 inside look like it was fresh off the lot.

I called them at 9 a.m. and they were able to get me in at 10. I gave them my business card and asked them to call me when the car was done. By 2 p.m. I got the call and went over to get my car.IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! They made a 2003 Toyota with 120,000 miles on it look like it just came from the showroom. Here is another great thing that happened. When I went to pick up the car the price was $10 LESS than was quoted me on the phone. The week before I took our other car to another detailer and the price when I picked up the car was $50 HIGHER than what I was quoted.I recommend Dietrick highly and will be back again soon. Best decision Ive ever made...Ill never go to a regular car wash again they never get all the bugs off my car and there are always dirt spots that are missed but Djs 3Ds Discount Detailing did an amazing job inside and out...My car is finally clean and their customer service made me feel very welcomed to the company...I will definitely recommend and continue getting my car detailed there....Thank you guys sooo much!!

Highly disappointed!! Mentioned their closing time at 6 pm on Google. Even I called and confirmed with them and by their instructions for basic detail, I have to be there by 515 or 5. I stopped there 450, knocked both door (front & back) called them but no response. Sheer unprofessional!!
