I used the self serve bay and my credit card. I put $10 on the card and pushed the button to start. The wash didn’t start up by itself like I was expecting. I pushed the button up to $10 agian then I grabbed the spraying wand and pulled the trigger then it started. Of course it charged my card the extra money. I took a picture of how much time was left when I was finished. Went back up there today, explained what happened, and showed the pic to the young man working. He gave me the extra money back, very honest thing for them to do and I appreciate it. They have my business. Thank you!!!I would have given 5 stars but the last bay sprayer was a little weak and the wax setting didn’t work at all.

Ive only ever used the automated one service there is wonderful, today I use the self-serve one I love the horse hair brush instead of nylon very wonderful experience!

Well I didnt have any cash so I used my credit card it took $7 wasnt very much time or the timer was fast idk Free vacuums on site and Im assuming an employee is there during the week seen someone walking around with a staff shirt on randomly walking in and out of the building 👍🏿

Update 7/25/2021This business is under new ownership, and the last few times I have gone through there have been workers providing great customer service as well as trying to get you the best product. Could recommend it.Was not impressed with this car wash. Usually these facilities have a much better service than local gas stations, but in this case you get a better wash and its cheaper at any gas station. Save yourself the headache.

I have been to this car wash multiple times and have always had a great experience. The self wash has always functioned. I’ve read the complaints about the price of the self wash stalls and think it’s comical. Clearly these customers don’t realize how much water they’re using? Anyway, they’ve always been great to me!

I like this car wash but it doesnt get everything with it being a drive thru it does pretty good!

Started in a self wash bay. First way overpriced! Second, doesnt accept coins so I put in the $3 cash I had with me and when I ran out of time I asked the attendant if he could give me a couple bucks in exchange for some quarters. I was essentially told no, so I then paid $10 for the basic wash just to finish the job. Apparently my rear wheel is to wide to fit in the track for the automatic wash except the attendant didnt tell me so now I have a scratch on my drivers rear rim. I also noticed several scratches, albeit minor, on my trunk lid when I got home. I went back up to discuss this and left my number for the owner or manager to call me and never heard back. Terrible response, way overpriced! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Stripes just down the road WAY better wash for WAY less money! And wont scratch your car! I will absolutely not be back!

Paid $17 for the ultimate wash and hot wax and got the basic while the car in front of me got my ultimate wash.

You pay $5 to wash your car manually but their timer is very fast.....its almost impossible to wash your car well without having to swipe your card twice!

They are always working to make your experience better. They have a new vacuum that is awesome and its free with wash. You dont have to plug 3.00 worth of quarters in the machine. Always clean.

My grandson paid $5.00 for a car wash and after the soap came out the wash stopped working. He couldnt rinse his car off and asked a kid working there for help but was told that he couldnt help him. My grandson had to drive all the way to Waco with soap all over his car just to rinse it off. I called Cougar car wash twice and left a message but no one ever called back. I will get that money back one way or another. This car wash has bad service.

$17 car wash and my vehicle was still dirty. The front and windshield had just been briefly brushed and sent through. For $17 I expect for a clean vehicle. Was told there was nothing that could be done about it.

I’m all About giving a local company business. Specially Living in the same town where this is located. But, when it comes to using this car wash, the Pressure washers are terrible.I literally used the scrub and so on my whole truck with just a little bit of dirt on my truck. And when I use the high-pressure rinse noted that dirt came off. When I try to use the tire cleaner and a low-pressure rinse they didn’t even work. I will never spend my money here again. Not to mention, my wife used the automatic wash and it cracked her plastic on the bottom of her door and cracked her mirror. I will honestly drive all the way to Hewitt just to wash my truck because their car wash is worth the drive.

Thankful that there is a car wash so close to our gravel road.

Went to wash my 1/2 truck with minimal dirt. The timer on the last bay is way off! I spent $10 for a bare minimum of 3 minute wash. Presoak didnt work, foaming brush was worn out and before I could a side done on the truck the buzzer was going off. I told the attendant and he looked at me as if the lights were on but no-one is home. I should have just wanted my truck at home and saved the money. I wont be back.

My truck left cleaner than it was when I arrived.

The wash got the front part of my car clean but not the back. When I pointed this out to the attendant, he instructed me to pull into a wash bay so he could power wash it. When he was done, I stupidly trusted him, gave him a $4 tip, and left. I got home (2 minutes away) and discovered that the back of my car was still just as dirty. $16 and I still have a dirty car. 🤦‍♀️

The right side of my car was left all dirty and spotty while the left side looked clean. A waste of $17.00

Just spent 10 bucks on the self wash and my truck is no cleaner, just wet. There was no soap in the high power wash, I even used the brush and it didn’t get anything off my truck. The sides are still covered in road grime. Won’t be going back!

Went through the automatic car wash and the bumpers on the inside knocked my passenger side mirror out of the housing. Will never go back to that place. They said they couldnt do anything about it. Dissatisfied to say the least
