Just moved back to Waco and needed an oil change last minute. Looked which place in town had good reviews Online, came here, did not have to wait but maybe 5 minutes. I was able to stay in my car the whole time. Told the guys what I needed and they recommended a few items in which I took since I work in my car everyday. Prices are awesome! Plus received 2 free car washes as well. Completely satisfied!!! Will def return

Brought my wife’s car in for an oil/filter change. Supplied my own oil, as I’m particular about it. (Glad they still permit this as some places do not.) The guy I spoke with upon arrival was friendly, providing service with a smile, which unfortunately is no longer the norm. They sprayed a disinfectant inside my car before beginning the work, which was considerate in this COVID19 era. They completed the job very quickly and had me ready to go within 10-15 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Very polite and professional each time I go. If I ask for a certain spec of synthetic oil they are on top of it and I dont need to question. This has become by go to place.

These guys are fast and no nonsense. They occasionally upsell other services, but thats their job. :-) Also, you get a few coupons for a free carwash (self serve bay with vacuums and/or drive through) located across the street.

This place is great. They get you taken care of pretty quickly and they are thorough. They always do a great job and you get a car wash for $5. Thats pretty amazing I love going here We live in Temple but I still go to Waco to get it done.

Water pressure is not very good! But for the price I guess you cant complain.

I changed my girlfriend’s oil the time before she went to Champion Fast Lube, and after she went and got her oil changed here. Her 2012 KIA had a 17mm oil drain plug when I changed it and after the oil change from Champion Fast Lube a 5/8 bolt I discovered was in place of the OEM plug AND torqued to well over 50ft/lbs. I had to break it loose with a 3ft breaker bar. Spent well over 45 minutes trying to break it loose under the car when I was changing the oil. Also found that there was no crush washer or gasket on it either. I confirmed she did not have a second oil change from anywhere else. Very particular about my car maintenance and am not impressed at all with the after effects of the oil change from Champion.

Ive been taking my car to Champions every since I had my first car. I recommend them to everyone. They are very courteous, fast, they vacuum your car and wash the outside windows and you get a car wash token for the car wash across the road. Best customer service in town when it comes to oil change service. If you havent taken your car there to them then your missing out.

This place has always been great. One of the few places that doesnt RIP you off, and does good work.

Best lube shop in town hands down. Friendly Experienced staff get you in and out super fast. They did some services t o my truck and it has never ran this good, plus a free carwash that I can take my time at. Love this place not another one like it around waco.

These guys can do a complete oil change (which cost less than $40) pretty quickly. There is an indoor waiting area with free coffee in the morning. Each oil change comes with a coupon for one free car wash across the street. My only complaint is that they try to upsell other services or products (regardless of whether its really needed) each time I visit; however, they will typically back off when I tell them no.

Went in for a simple oil change, they also do a good job on their 22 point check. They found my power steering fluid needed some changing, and air filter. Many locations just do a glance, but here I actually observed them doing what was necessary to actually find an issue. Take this with caution though and do your research on what your own car needs, because they only provide general service that could potentially damage your car.The working staff isnt the most friendly or customer service oriented crew. However they get the job done quickly.Even though you wont really need it ( due to their quick work) they do have a small air conditioned waiting area with a a few plastic chairs, there is also a bench outside, in the shade, next to the garage.Their prices are average with a 20% up sale on certain items. They dont offer any specials or budge if you do multiple services, which is a bit disappointing.

I got my oil changed here once and it seemed like a nice place. For the next oil change, I did it myself at home. This is when I noticed that they over-tightened both my plug and filter. The plug was tightened so hard that they broke the washer (and did not tell me) and it has been leaking oil for the last month or so. The filter (which was a cheap one) was put on so tight that I could not get it off with my own tools. Which can be very frustrating when you are in the middle of replacing oil in your only car and cant go to the auto shop to fix the problem. Definitely do not advise going here.

Its not a horrible car wash, but not spectacular. Just be careful - the automated car wash broke my side mirror. Also, does not have a waxer or degreaser settings for the car wash, but for the price its decent.
