Ive had really good experiences here. always quick and makes my car look nice for the next little while (until I, inevitably, park under a tree and get sap all over it). only complaint is that the attendants (who have always been v nice and helpful) just seem to be standing outside in the heat all day! I mean give them a kiddie pool or something at least!! this is TEXAS they need a way to cool down

This place absolutely SUCKS! I have been on 3 DIFFERENT occasions hoping the service would be different but I was WRONG! EACH TIME I have paid for the $15 wash and EACH time my car has NOT come out clean. The attendants only half a$$ did the pre scrub before entering the wash. One side of the top of my car looked like the brushes never even touched it. The front still had all kids of dust and fingerprints. The vacuums dont have good suction. I attempted to let someone know about my experience and was the person said Im sorry, did you want to do the membership today?This location makes me not want to even try any others.... I definitely need a good recommendation for a different car wash place.

I am disappointed. I know I am spoiled at a different car wash 20 minutes away. There it costs a little less for more and gets the job done without damage and they provide towels. The customer service is quality there. So I compared. If I had not previously had great service elsewhere I might not be as disappointed. This place does have some positives. The price for monthly unlimited is still pretty good. Further the wash cycle itself is gentle. Those almost had me. Unfortunately my car was left with a film on it. And smears and looked worse after going through it. So I made the drive to get it cleaned elsewhere and the decision not to return. Though I hope it was an isolated case because I do wish them well.

Been on subscription with 3 cars for at least 6 months now. Out of the two locations near me more often than not it seems they are closed for repairs. When they are open some portion of the cleaning process is out of soap or simply not working. Lastly and most importantly is the pricing. When I signed up I got monthly service for $15 a great deal and something I was happy paying for even if I didn’t go all that often. More recently with a new vehicle I. My home I went to sign up for another subscription. $40 a month per car. Outrageous. Needless to say I took my vehicles elsewhere it’s not worth it. At other facilities they provide rags and will even ha d dry your car for $40 a month.

Their machine broke the factory shark fin antenna off my 3 year old car. They have refused to pay the 240.00 for the new part, let alone the cost of installation!!!Ive used the place for years but never again!A $25.00 wash turned into a $300.00 loss.This in turn will cost them my $1200.00 a year of premium washes on my vehicles!!!DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

There was actual human feces all in the back half of the parking lot, the combination of the smell and sight has left a permanent stain on my senses. There is a reason this company has been bought out and replaced 3 times within the last year. Also love the new scratch on the back of my car! Thank you Take 5!

I came here because I didn’t have time for a detail it Was a bad idea. My car was cleaner then when I went through the car was but I’m still probably gonna have to get a detail. The workers where also very rude and throwing things about and cussing me because I didn’t pull up perfect it was pretty rude, I’m not expecting you to be very nice and friendly but you don’t have to be extremely rude, they were also the same way with the car in front of me.

I just went through the wash and then I went home so I could dry my windows. There is a new big scratch on my window from the car wash. Im not gonna go back again. Not ever. The only thing good about the wash for me is the person who talked me through what happened in the three price categories. Thats it.

Basic pass is 30 a month,..so worth it when i go almost everyday after work to keep my car clean,..quick easy convienient.

My car had a lot of dirty areas that were missed. My car wasn’t very dirty to start with. For the price I paid, I think it should have been cleaner. I wish your business success. Also, I had no idea the company had changed and had planned on using my prepaid sticker, but didn’t find out about it until I was at the pay station.

There using too much soap, not enough water spraying to rinse. You can see all the soap on the side. And it all gets stuck on my back windshield. I have to use the vaccum to get it out. Next time I will take a video of the experience of the wash. For 29.99 its not worth it. My tires have spots of armor all which wasnt sprayed all the way.

Way better car wash with new management and a remodel. I enjoy coming here again and know my car looks amazing and it hasnt been damaged

Overall Im pretty happy with everything, however the only thing Id like to see is a better clean on the very rear end of the car where the brushes make little to no contact...perhaps a quick scrub as its heading in. I hope they improve in this area considering the unlimited price is double what I paid with the previous business.

Great its only 9.99 for the first month of unlimited washes and they have to come out and scan the coupon for you so just sit tight and you can start right then.

Ever since they changed ownership they rarely have the two lanes open. If you have them use them for the fast pass. Very poor quality vacuums barely suck and half are always closed off so you have to wait to even get one. Save your time and money and got to one of the new. Car washes on Valley Mills one is by Chili’s and the other close to Waco dr and valley Mills. That one is awesome.

We had a great experience today. They updated their auto wash machines. They have a new manager there that helped us with their new pay machine system, and she was professional, kind, and patience. I really appreciate this. I am definitely staying with this car wash.

The $25 wash didnt do any good. Residue everywhere.The vacuums had no suction. The tire shine absolutely didnt work.I always go to Glide Xpress and I will continue to.

Dont go to that place your going to waste your money guaranteed, the car wash didnt removed simple dust, dryer leave the car full of drop marks, bad costumer service, Im surprised it is still on business

The last two times I came in the Tire Shine is not working and half of vacs are out also.

Vehicle damaged in Dec 21 by dispaly inside carwash. Here we are in Feb and they have yet to repair the damaged caused by their equipment. This company does not care about customers or their property. The DM will give you run around. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Place is always closed. Since its been bought out, service has gone.done. i have an unlimited pass that gives me the premium wash, but my tires and rims were still very dirty. The vacuum barely worked.

I dont like the fact that you pay money and your car doesnt even come clean. Still bugs all over the front. The only great thing about it is the free towels to wipe down your car and free vacuuming.

AWFULLL ! The costumer service was absolutely awful I was tricked into buying a $15 dollar car wash, that didn’t even operate when my car was going through. When I pulled around I had to sit in the manager office for about 45 min before even getting to SPEAK to somebody, managers were in and out of the office w/o even acknowledging me, absolutely ridiculous and it’s sad because they used to be a really good car wash, do not recommend

Great place for a truck wash! The only complaint I would say is more of a comment...the vacuum hoses need to be cleaned out especially at the head...I had very little suction until I checked it out and there was quite a bit of debris caught in the safety bars of the vacuum head. After that, there was plenty of suction and I finished cleaning the truck.

Fair easy car wash

I have gone to this car wash for two years now. Since Car Wash USA bought it, it has taken a nose dive. Half the time my car doesn’t even get washed going through. The vacuums suck, and service is terrible. I won’t be paying for my membership ever again.

They have upgraded the place a bit. Now there is an RFID chip that allows for a contractless experience. And they added more bells, whistles, and lights as you are pulled through the wash.The only problem with the wash is that the steel guides that keep your wheel (and car) on track chip and scrape your custom wheels. I recommend a slight adjustment of you steering to the right to minimize the potential damage to your wheel.

For a drive-through car wash our results are always great. We have a membership which makes car washes throughout the month very affordable. The people here are always friendly. Everybody smiles and nods to acknowledge us as we approach the entrance to the car wash. I would have no problem with my girlfriend or a woman friend going here by themselves. I love this car wash! The workers are friendly, the carwash itself gets your car clean, but as you go through, they have these awesome colored flashing lights, which are pretty cool.. especially while viewing through the soap suds. Once you are done, you can circle around and vacuum out your car for free. Fast, and easy. Fairly inexpensive to keep your car looking nice. You can pay by the wash or you can purchase a sticker for so much a month and get unlimited washes.

Worst. They does not have cleaning tools or enough light. Ignore it. I repeat, ignore it.

Everytime I went they were under construction. Then it about ripped off my mirror b4 that because the cloth hitting my car was to dry . There was barely any soap or water for at least 3 washes . I was going to cancel my membership anyways but since I was deleted from your system, thank God . Then when I told management they took so long to do anything I was leaving b4 the guy came out to explain I wasnt in the system because was a existing member b4 the automatic gates . Im so done with this place .

Car Wash. The car wash machine was not working properly. Some of the features were not working. The rinse was not working. I went through the car wash twice and both times suds were still left on my car.

I paid $15 for the ultimate wash and when it was done my car still had dirt spots all over it and the wheel shine was only on the two passenger side tires. Ultimate rip off. Will not use again

I paid $15 forward the supreme wash, so I could have the dirt road grime hand washed off, only to have some guy barely go over the hood once with some raggedy mop. On top of that, NO ONE PROVIDED THE HAND TOWEL DRYING SERVICE.They shouldnt charge customers for services not truly offered. On to Genie where I know my money will be well spent.

It was pretty nice and easy. The vacuums shut off about 5 minutes after close. If you need to really take advantage of the vacuums, make sure you get there early enough that they dont shut off on you.

This place went down hill quick the last few years.Won’t he long, those new washes will put them out.

I dont know why exactly but for some reason today they were giving free $6.00 car washes. I personally want to say thank you. It was a blessing.

I have a membership here and come regularly. My only complaint is: a person is needed SOLELY for the vacuum machines. An attendant who could check the hoses at every empty stall & remove debris clogging the nozzles with a pair of needle nose pliers. After I wash my vehicle I would appreciate FULL use of vacuums.To the public reading this, do NOT vacuum up large items, stickers & other items that will block use of nozzle & be a clogger in the hose. Use the equipment wisely & remember others are needing them to function after you leave.

This is a great drive thru car wash, that offers cleaning from roof to tires. You have an option between a few different washes that vary from a simple water only clean to wax and tire shine. The only thing I would like to see offered is a towel dry for ultimate wash users, since the blowers leave a fair amount of water on the vehicle.The free vacuums are hit and miss when it comes to their suction power, especially when most or all of them are in use by others.While the wash is quick, sometimes the line is long getting in, due to the popularity of this great car wash!

The guys directing you and doing the pre wash basically slapped the soap brush on my truck then took it off. There was no real pre cleaning even though you are paying for it. Basically you can go to a Genie self wash center and do a better job for a cheaper price.

Its close to home and I do not have to worry about whether its working are not. Sign up its worth it if you were to ask me!

I had never been there before, I was getting ready to sell my car and I wanted to shine it up a little (even though it was in rough shape).You pull up in line which was kind of confusing at first, they have a person sitting in a little booth asking you which wash you wanted..3 or 4 different choices, from the cheapest (basic wash) to one of the more expensive washes that do more(wax, under carriage wash, wheel shine).You pay that person and then you pull forward and there are employees standing there with sprayers directing you. Tell you to pull forward onto the track, which pulls your car through the wash cycle.The vacuums are free! You vacuum it out yourself, there is a vacuums on both sides of your car that stay running the entire time you are there. And two trash cans, one on each side.

With the A plus card we are able to get the $15 car wash for $12. i would urge you to go early

I love that my car comes out so clean and that I have unlimited use of the vacuums. Everyone I encountered if friendly. Just dont forget to shift into neutral when you enter the tunnel. 🙂

I wish I could get my car washed without being harassed by glass repair people. Every time I come, they explain how they must repair my window right now because of a little spot (that is still invisible to me) that theyve repaired 6 times before it causes my windshield to spontaneously shatter into a million pieces. They followed my car through the line today and told me over and over that they needed to see my insurance after I repeatedly told them I wasnt interested. They will not leave until I dig through my stuff, give them my insurance card, they call the insurance, then Im supposed to blindly file a claim for a mark that I cant even see. Theyre so aggressive that I usually just keep driving and skip getting a car wash if I see them here.
