I just wanted to share that Maurice at the Valley Mills Dr. location was extremely helpful in helping me get set up on the monthly subscription plan. In fact when I left, I called my husband and told him he needed to go sign up for his truck and to ask for Maurice (which he did!). This world definitely needs more employees like him. He seems happy with his job and is very personable. The car wash there is very nice and does not have rails that scratch my wheels. THANKS MAURICE!!!!!

I had been with Glide Express since they opened the Valley Mills location, but had to leave recently. I returned and renewed my membership again and noticed some things that were not up to par as before. I called and spoke to Assistant Manager, Tyson, whom I must say was very professional. Long story short, after discussing my issues with him, he made some adjustments and I was a happy customer again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend Glide Express.

Paid 18.00 for car wash that said bug removal. After going through that was not the case. Went to talk to employee after he was rude said he sprayed car and I could go through again. So I did still have bugs on car. Nevera again and I will not refer anyone ever.

I have always avoided touch car washes because of swirls, I dont know what kind of witchcraft they use here but Im not seeing swirls. I have the top tier wash on all 3 cars unlimited and love going through this car wash. As you can see in the pic a lowered c6 corvette goes through no problem. Shiny clean, smells great love this place.

Mike & Anthony are wonderful workers and didn’t hesitate to help me removing my old car from the account and adding the new car to wash it. I am thankful to have my account there and have some great young men assist me with my needs at the time. Keep it up Mike & Anthony

The car wash was very nice, it really cleaned my car very well. Whats also good is that they have towels to dry your car off with and air blowers to dry extra spots that are wet. There was a nice gentleman named Tysonne that checked on me to see if I needed anything. He was a great employee.

I absolutely love this car wash THE BEST IN WACO! Moe is always so helpful and accommodating he makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied, the vacuums are great and I love they have towels to wipe the excess water off my car. I love this car wash. My car always comes out clean. Towels are available at all times. The monthly membership fee is affordable. Tyson, the new assistant manager is always nice and helpful. His service is always with a smile.

Glide is definitely the best car wash Waco has ever had. The ammenties are great and the value is very good, especially with the unlimited membership. I just wish that glide would order more than enough towels to ensure that each customer has access to them. Maybe even post a sign that they are out. It gets a little frustrating driving away from the car wash with a soaking wet car.

Tysonne and Dave helped me remove the trailer hitch shelf from the back of my Tahoe - right before I went into the wash! Then, they were waiting for me at the end and kindly put it back on. They didn’t have to do that! I was so impressed and they both seemed really happy to help. Excellent customer service-especially Tysonne. He really knew what he was doing!

It was my first of many trips. The the wax they use made my truck look better than brand new. My father even commented on how good it looked. I told him I had washed 3 days prior and it still looked that good. One week has past and it still looks good. I paid $8 for this wash, I will definitely be back.

Im actually pretty shocked how good this place is! The vacuum is super powerful and the car wash experience was golden. My car has never been this clean. Would definitely be telling people to come here.

I always stop by after work and sometimes before work this car was is great I love the mat washers and the long nose vacuums for tight spots and i really like the high pressure air they offer at the bays to blow dust out of your ac vents and interior...the employees tysonne and Anthony are awesome they remember me from when they first opened and he always makes sure Im taken care of and everything is working properly ...I would definitely recommend this car wash if your looking for oneMike

Liars set a rope a dope with their monthly membership. I was told the rate would be locked in as long as you want to keep it. Then they say nope, that was an introductory rate and we are increasing it

I became a member within the 1st few months of opening. love the car wash it was great something happened in the last few months. I now have to wait until someone finally comes over to open the gate the members gate. I have to go through the car wash twice because they failed to wash the tires mud still on the tires . They say management has changed. FOR THE WORST. This place has become a shadow of what it used to be

This place is one of the best car washes in Waco by far, never have a complaint when I come, vacuums still have high suction. Every time I come I leave with my car looking brand new 10/10 best car wash

Im only taking away a star based on price. Its a little high but my kids love the lights and watching the soap. My car wasnt 100% clean but thats expected with a drive thru carwash.

Best wash in town by far! Employees are super professional and knowledgeable. Management is great and knows how to fix any problem. Also best bang for your buck! Cheap prices with top wash membership being only $1 more than the single wash. Cant beat that. Also vacuum area is always super clean and suction is amazing

This place gives you a perfect car wash! You can tell that these guys use the best equipment - I can really feel the difference in the conveyor belt not dragging my truck along like other car washes. The chemicals smell great and the water beads off your clean vehicle even days later. The vacuums stalls are spacious and there are so many parking spaces that you never have to wait. Professional service and a quality experience every time!

Edit: Each subsequent visit has been better than the visit before. Very professional workers/work environment. Tysonne makes sure that his customers are satisfied with the wash and always asks if there’s anything else needed. A+ job.I went to the Waco location 3/26 about 7:30am.. the man that guides the cars into the tunnel is the most unpleasant and unfriendly man I’ve encountered in a while. Older, kind of on the tall side. He’s never been friendly as long as I’ve been going there, but today was the cherry on top of the sundae. I had to go through twice because the car was extra dirty, so when I went back around the second time, the first lane wouldn’t read my plate to open.. I reversed and went into the second lane (members only) and it still wouldn’t open. I let my window down, didn’t call out or anything.. he was watching. So when he left the loading position, he rolled his eyes SO HARD! Like they should have gotten stuck. All because he had to come let the gate up for me to come through. I just feel like if he’s that unhappy with his job, he needs to do something else. He’s not the first person that needs to be greeting people when they first come to the car wash. If I didn’t have a monthly pass, he’d be a reason I wouldn’t come back.

Started out as a very good car wash when 1st opened but now had to get a good wash plus the vacuums hardly ever work. The one in Hewitt is better.

I can not say enough about Tysonne. He came out and addressed the issue at hand and apologized. Took care of me and my car! Never EVER will I go anywhere else. Tysonne and his team were very friendly, professional, efficient and got me in and out in less than 8 mins, even with an issue with my card. Tysonne and his team definitely deserve some kind of bonus and recognition!!!! I tell everyone I meet that there is no other car wash worth every penny.

We paid for the most expenst wash that was supposed to include tire shine but the attendant half way sprayed the tires on one side of the vehicle. When the wash was finished we went to the vacuums and saw that the wash didnt even get all the bird poop off the hood. We were considering a subscription but after this well have to give it another trial run before doing that to see if this is the norm or if it was just a bad day.

Selected the 18$ wash because I had a lot of bugs on front of car...they turned off the whole carwash while I was inside the carwash In my car...scared the hell out of my mother because she doesnt like drive through washes...I thought they were going to leave us in there because it took too long imo to start it back up...no one come to apologize for the wasted time or money....came in with bugs and left with bugs because wash was turned off before car was finished....I will not be back unless I get a free wash....not free because I paid for the one I didnt get

Great Car Wash at good price (for now).First the car wash. This is one of the best automatic car wash I have been to, I especially like the tire polisher Nd the double blow dry. Not much toweling required after existing the carwash...I normally just get a wash and go.There is also a large vacuum area. Good suction and they also have compressed air which is great for blowing off hidden water or dust from the dash or French fries from in-between the seats that the vacuum cant reach. This is again something unique to Glide and that I really like.I joined under the opening promo and have unlimited washes for ~$17 per car. I use it at least once a week. With the subscription, you just drive up, a camera validates your subscription via your license plate and off you go. Never roll down your window, never get out of car. Great feature, especially with the COVID19 distancing needs.I used to go to some more Full Service washes, but have not been back. Never got the interior that clean and really dont want people crawling in my car with COVID.

Tyson always have a good heart really kind and helpful. When they had issues with there towels being washed they were working on the issue he went out the way to soak my Shammy and bring it to me. Very helpful and I stay at this car wash at least 3 times or more a week.
