Enjoyed living here, but the landlord was very unhelpful and wishywashy during the move-out process. Good luck getting your deposit back.

Apartments are very nice and secure. I hope to be able to get a unit there, when I return to Waco.

We have loved living at Washington Terrace. Its has a lot of charm that comes with an older place, but has been maintained extremely well. Gary is a very responsive landlord, and will either take care of problems himself within a day or so, or will quickly hire people who can. It is safe and quiet, and we love the location, too.

Managment is amazing!

You will not get your deposit back at this complex even though you do clean the apartment in a move out. Photos were taken after the cleaning was done but that did not help matters any.Numerous complaints were filed against one particular resident who loved to slam her front door. Management did nothing simply because the resident and landlord were friends.

Lived here for one year. Lovely landlord who is engaged and easy to reach. The apartments are affordable and well maintained.
