I hate bugs...but I love Back Bay Pest and Mosquito! From the office to the actual treatment appointment, everyone is professional and super helpful. I mainly receive my treatments from Kyle and he is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and always advises me what he is doing and why. He is always on time and thorough when treating my home. If I’m not home, he calls and lets me know exactly what he’ll be treating that day. I used the mosquito treatment all summer and it was highly effective-we were able to enjoy the outdoors. I also receive quarterly treatments for those pesky tree roaches-I have a ton of trees in my yard and I have seen a reduction coming inside. Highly recommend Back Bay!

Really glad we used Back Bay Pest. When we found out there were rats in the attic, I had a meltdown, but they got us worked into the schedule fast and did a great job from start to finish. Mike was great with explaining the entire process and answering all of my questions. Donovan was also very helpful and did a great job. We had some issues a little while back . Started off with Bug Masters which we quickly found out that was a Huge Mistake!!!!!!! Definitely do not use them !!!!! I wont go into that! So we called Back Bay Pest and Jacob came right out to help us arrest a serious problem we had with termites. He assessed the situation and told us he would be there every step of the way after seeing what we were going through. We literally had to replace a whole side wall of our 2 story home top to bottom and a portion of the back. Back Bay was there to help treat through the long demo process and the rebuilding process. They now do our monthly treatments and inspections! Since day one when Jacob came out He and Back Bay has treated us as a valued customer as they do to all their customers! Christian has been doing all of our treatments and inspections. Christian is is punctual / on time when he says he will be here. He keeps us up to date and is though with his inspections.They are flexible around your schedual and put your needs 1st. Back Bay Pest and Mosquito is great. We signed up earlier this summer for monthly outdoor (mosquito) treatment and indoor kill everything treatment. We went with the year-round plan because my wife does not like the occasional ants, spiders, and most of all cockroaches at all. Our technician, Christian, is very knowledgeable and professional and we are very happy with the results!

About 18 months ago we were overwhelmed with the water bugs in our home, we decided to call Back Bay Pest. I had seen their vehicles on the road and like that they are local. They are very friendly (office and technician), easy to deal with and an easy website to pay and schedule service. Christian is now our technician and hes very respectful and kind. We had beg bugs (how do you get bed bugs in a pandemic?!?!?) and they were great about the chaos that this entails.I have recommended them several times to friends and family. I assume this is normal with pest control, but since our winters have been so mild the bugs/pests etc have been worse than normal...I love that they come out for an extra spray or two with out payment or question.I definitely recommend Back Bay Pest!

I hired Back Bay for a termite inspection and interior/exterior pest treatment. They were on time, professional and reasonably priced. I am so happy with the service back bay pest offered. I had rodents in my crawl space and had back bay and a big name company come out for an inspection. Back bay came in way cheaper than the other company, but what really sold me was how they approached the issue. The other company showed me pictures of pest dropping and used scare tactics. Back bay never showed me any disgusting pictures, but rather showed me where the pests are getting in and how they can fix the problem. I’m so happy I went w them. They did such nice, clean work! They were so respectful and helpful. I’m glad I finally found a company I trust and will continue to do my quarterly services with them.

Been my pest control for the past yr and happy would be a understatement! Va. Beach has lots of tree rats. Most the houses built pre 90s left space between roof and facing. First they sealed any entery in attic, then killed rats sanitize whole attic. Have not had any issues since! All you ppl in Ocean Lakes crying about rodents these are the folks wholl end your pain!

I was recommended to use Back Bay Pest & Mosquito from our realtor when we were selling a investment property. When I called to set up a time for the treatment; they informed me they were pretty booked, but I informed them of my house closing date of less than a week away and they said they would try to get me in. I called them on what I assume was after hours later that day and realized they had a 24 hr call center to answer questions!!! A actual live person at 7:30 at night!! While on the phone with call center, a tech from Back Bay called me to inform me was done with the treatment! This was 7:45 at night! All I can say is Freaking Awesome!!!! I recommend Back Bay to anyone who thinks customer service no longer exists!! Thanks Mike and James!!

I have used Back Bay for about a year now. They come out Monthly to treat around the outside of my house and my yard (1 acre). I have 3 dogs and the fact that they use natural, pet safe products gives me peace knowing my dogs will not be effected by them. We have not had any bugs in the house because of the service outside. Additionally, I had some wasps try and build a few nests around the eaves between services and they removed them during the next service without being asked. Great service, great people, and great Customer Service!

We had the occasion to use the services of Backbay Pest from 2017 - 2019 for our home in Virginia Beach. From the moment we conversed with them about termite protection and though to the final home inspection we found them to be professional, thorough, honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. They scheduled regular visits, emailed prior to visiting for treatments, came and went without fail, billed accordingly making working with them exceptionally easy. If we saw any indoor insects they were there with in 48 hours to respray according to the terms of our contract. Without exception we highly recommend them for insect/termite services!

We switched to Back Bay this summer and all I can say is I wish wed switched sooner. Hector was the most professional and courteous representative throughout the onboarding process. Jacob/Back Bay Pest Control provides a great service. Our technician, Gregory, comes out to our home and does a treatment on a quarterly basis. I always know when theyre coming and once Gregory arrives, he checks in with me to ask if there are any specific areas which need addressing. Then, he goes on to do his job very well. He always reminds me that Im welcomed to call them back anytime to address a problem. Gregory is very professional and diligent about his job. I consider myself very lucky to have found this company. Jacob and his guys are awesome. A friend recommended I give them a call and I was very pleased. The sent a text the day of my appointment as a reminder and shortly after I received a call stating they would be there early.My house backs up to a wooded area and in the winter I get visitors in my attic. The technician was very informative and explained to me things he would be looking for while he was up there. He even recommended a few other suggestions for the upcoming spring to prevent wasp in my attic.It was a comforting experience and definitely more than I expected. I highly recommend them!

We were having serious issues with little spiders and ants coming into our home someway. Back Bay took care of it all. Its been a couple of weeks and we havent see anything crawl into the house. Greg took the time to explain what he was going to do when he arrived. He even put on some boot covers in order to not bring in dirt into the house (this is important, one time some technician which shall remain nameless that starts with C ends with X came in with mud and straight our rug and kitchen) anyway, I really recommend these guys. We went on the quarterly plan as to not have any issues in the future. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

Called and asked about getting quote for removal of moles from yard. Had to call back next day and again was told would get a call back. On third day someone called and said I would have to call a landscaping company. I have 2 other local companies arranged to come and give me quotes for mole issues.
