Awesome customer service - it all starts with the friendly voice of Rebecca who says Hello. They make you feel so at ease - which I was not when I called and had these little critters scurrying around our floors... yuck! They have warranties on services, friendly techs, friendly staff members. They walk you through what you need and dont try to sell you what you dont need. They truly educate you and I appreciate that so much. They are prompt and very respectful of you, your home, your pets. Oh - products are pet-friendly! Yay. My family have used this company for multiple rodent and bug problems over the years. They are always Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They dont just treat the problem but go above and beyond to make sure they are gone and dont come back. 5 stars all around!

LTK came to my residence/crawl space to perform a mold and fungus treatment in preparation for a new dehumidifier and vapor barrier installation. LTK provided the treatment services through the contractor that I am using for the crawl space services. LTK is used by JES crawlspace and have a great reputation. Anthony from LTK was great. He answered my questions before and after the service. I would highly recommend them for any similar service!

License to Kill works Great with agents, and sellers and my buyers after closing, They go the extra mile to get the job done!I just had an issue where a seller didnt get termite inspection done and here we are the day of closing so Me as buyers agent Call Al to see if hecould go out asap and get me a letter, He was very busy but Worked me in and Saved the day! My client was happy he did not have move closing day to another day! They are Professional, and on time and will work with client on repairs if need and are honest about their work!

Great service, technicians and products! We had a problem with an unknown unseen bug. In our house or outside we couldnt find the culprit. Then came the monthly treatments by License to Kill and NO MORE bug bites. I cannot tolerate any kind of spray or odor in my house so they treated the inside 1 time and continue treating the outside monthly. What a relief. I am satisfied with this company, the price, the service times and the customer service.

We turned to LTK after being dissatisfied with another service. Their professionalism and thoroughness is outstanding, and Al was very pleasant and kind. They have been very helpful in making things easy for me as I manage my moms property (she has Alzheimers). I know they can be trusted completely, and I always recommend them to friends.

This guy is a total rip off and unethical. After hiring him to do our termite and moisture inspection he said we had mold under our living room(mainly). He quoted us 650.00 for the treatment without providing any pics. On the day he came I was waiting under the house and asked him to come show me what he was treating. He instructed me to come close to the access and pointed at the dry wood saying the minor insulation dust was mold spores. Blatantly lieing right to my face, and proceeded to get irate and saying how he doesnt need my money, luckily he was only able to steal the 75.00 inspection fee which should of gotten me a letter. But since I called him out on his unethical practices, he refused to write the letter. I suggest you go else where for a competent professional. Ive worked in construction and under homes a whole lot in my time. I know mold when I see it, the wood under my house was pristine.

AWFUL!!!Keep looking.... worker didnt plug holes after he drilled through the slab for termites. Tropical storm Hermione came three months later; then comes all the water and dead bugs: but it only came from the holes that the worker drilled an he didnt take the time to cover. He covered over the holes with the carpet. The other side of the house was completely dry. So I pulled up the carpet and low an be-hole : it look little volcanoes of dirt were the water came up from under the house and dead bugs. Not one hole had been pluged. How trifling can a person an company be. Where is the quality control? The owner AL Neely swears it was not because the holes had not been plugged. Now this is the only side of the house to get wet. This is a end-unit Townhouse an not one drop of water on that side of the house that is on the end. The owner told me on more than one occasion to call my insurance company. I ask him why should I call my insurance company because of something that his company did. So I had to go shopping for new flooring because I use license to kill. New flooring was not in my plan the carpet was only three years old ; but because of the smell I had to have the carpet replaced I wrote to the company and have not heard a word.

This is the first negative review I have done and do not do it lightly. The owner of this company Al held our termite letter for closing hostage and refused to show my husband what needed to be done. He expected us to just give him $650 to fix a problem he could not explain well or document. Do not trust this company!
