After moving to the Virginia Beach area, I had wondered about getting a pedicure. It was my first time 😅 and I was very self conscious. I looked at all the businesses in the area and what were rated well. Creative nails was the closest to me and was highly recommended. I had called before trying to just show up. Upon making my call, I was greeted well and was told to come in as soon as I could. After arriving, I was still skeptical and nervous for never doing this before. They had me sit in a comfy massage chair that had different settings and it was so satisfying and loved it. Once it was my turn, she went straight to it and had definitely eased my nerves. She was very kind and didnt hurt or treat my feet any way. She was very professional and worked in a timely manner. I enjoy this experience all the way through and will definitely be doing this again or once a week 😁😂. Thanks for the great service and awesome treatment.

I have gone here forever. It may not be the fanciest but my pedicure polish lasts a long time. They are very good at what they do.

Very inexpensive and whatever topcoat they use is amazing. My nails still get compliments a month later.

The lady was very nice and did a great job on my nails. The old man however was very inappropriate to me and touched me where he should not have. Do not go here if you don’t want to be grouped and feel very uncomfortable. Definitely will not be going back. However, they did a great job on my nails.

Every time I come here I get treated with the most professional service ever. Ive been to almost every nail shop in VA beach.. And everytime I come in here they charge me the same price and pay attention to my needs. Ill come back everytime. The owner is sweet too!

Very nice gentleman that did my nails. Id just had a horrible acrylic job at another salon, and had soaked them off. My nails were not in the best shape, but he was very gentle with filing them down. He gave me the exact almond shape I asked for, and the length I asked for. Standard pricing as with other nail salons, but Ill keep going back to this one.

Worst nails I have ever had. They were nice however my nails are different lengths and holes in some of acrylic. And to top it off my nail polish is bumpy. Save your time.

Very professional!

Went a few times, thinking that maybe I caught them on an off day or a stressful day. But each time I went they were either rude or extremely unprofessional or BOTH! I went three times, each time it was a different person, so I know it wasnt just the person that was rude. I would rather my nails look terrible, grown out, and whatever else, than ever go there again.

Needed a nail repair and polish change. Mr. Tony was very nice and listened while I explained what I needed even filied my nails for the look I was going for

They do a pretty good job on nails. Yet, everytime I have gone there its always taken a really long time even when it wasnt busy.

Not the fanciest salon but made up for by great prices.

Stay away from this salon.They do not properly disinfect tools, and they re- use materials that are to be thrown away after using.The waxing and eyelash station is filthy.I was the first customer and the tools had visible hair present on the tools and on the container holding the tools.And the orangewood sticks had black lash glue on them from being previously used.They care nothing about public safety.
