First time in and I can honestly say I’m never going to another nail salon other than Angel’s. NaNa was so nice and did an amazing job throughout the entire process. I was telling her everytime I’ve gotten my nails done I’ve always found something I didn’t like about them.. but NaNa’s skills are ON POINT! Thank you so much for my perfect nails!

Of all the nail salons Ive been to, this has been the best experience ever. I had pink and white ombre nails done, and the ultimate pedicure service. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet with spa music playing in the background. They accept walk-ins and take appointments. They are very professional, hospitable, and friendly. There are Not children running around and misbehaving. It is very peaceful in this nail spa. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Shirley and Casey. I highly recommend this exceptional establishment!

Had came in for a fill in with gel color take off and add new gel color. Totally changed my mind on the color because of how great a job Jessa did with my fill in. Never had a fill in done before where you couldn’t see the line from the last fill in. Looks like I have a brand new full set. Would have been an insult to put color on top of such a great job she did! Will definitely come back again!

Got a gel mani-pedi and noticed uneven layering which resulted in a very textured finish. Pretty upsetting when you pay $80 for a poor outcome 😪This was my first and last time unfortunately. There seemed to be bad communication in the environment because staff members were having to yell at each other to get any customers taken care of. I’m glad their business is busy, but it seemed like they weren’t equipped to deal with the customer load by how everything is handled. Not very professional at all.

First time coming and the experience was AMAZING!! Wait time was minimal, staff was friendly and very gentle with the pedicure. I purchased the Ultimate Spa Peducure package ($55) and it was such a relaxing experience. 🥰 Thank you for the great service!!

These pics were taken immediately “after” my $20 manicure! My “manicure” lasted 5-6 minutes and this is no exaggeration. They refused to polish my nails and said they haven’t done regular nail polish since COVID. They seriously pushed for $38 gel nails which I didn’t want. They said they can’t do regular polish because can’t share hand driers anymore. I told them I’d just sit there 30 minutes or so and let my nails dry naturally without drier. They refused. They filed my nails and cut my cuticles and nothing more, not even a hand massy. I got upset because they still charged $20 even though they’re no longer polishing the nails, which is a main event during a manicure. What they did was worth about $5. Even then, look at the sharp snag in my nail! I left there with snags in 3 or 4 nails so had to file them when I got in my car. First time I’ve ever had to file all my nails immediately “after” I paid someone to do it. This so-called manicure was ridiculous! How do they stay in business?

I have been coming here for a few years now and will never go anywhere else. They make you feel like family, not just another client. Theyre definitley the best :)

Went for ombre acrylic nails, pedicure and eyebrow wax. My nails are poorly done and Im upset. They were uneven and I kept pointing them out and was quick to cut me off saying “I’ll fix for you don’t worry” had an attitude. Also my left thumb is crooked and all my nails have missing acrylic spaces which makes it look like i need a fill when its only been not a full 24 hours. My whole left hand is shorter than the right hand. All together it was $132 which was definitely not worth it.

I went on Tuesday to get eyelash extensions and pedicure. By Friday my lashes were coming off I went there Saturday morning to get them fixed. They told me it would be $15 to fix them b/c they only guarantee 24 hours. I have been getting my lashes done for years and never had this problem. I only went to them b/c my lash tech is out on a family emergency. Strips may last 24hrs but individual lashes are supposed to last well over 24hrs. I’ve always kept mine for at least 2 weeks sometimes longer. They acted like they didn’t even really care. I should have known there would be an issue b/c when she did them they were so thin I had to ask her to add more and they still came off 3 days later smh. I won’t be going back they will not get anymore of my money. And I don’t recommend anyone else get there thin lash extensions

Went to get a gel color fill-in which was posted as $35 and up at the shop for that specific thing. I got a basic color with no designs and I was charged $50, I got nothing extra. What made it worse was I was cut (ring finger) and started bleeding and all she said was sorry. No money was taken off and I have no idea where $50 came from especially when theres gel polish and acrylic around my cuticles. I wasn’t told it’d be $50 until she already started putting on the polish. First time at this place and itll be my last.

Last week (my nails grow extremely fast!) and the 2 weeks before that I was serviced here. I love the ambiance, the safety precautions, and the speedy service. Both techs who did my nails were very meticulous (but quick) and gave exactly what I wanted. I like the way coming in here makes me feel. Not rushed, valued as a customer! They have been here for some time and I couldnt wait to come back to VA to try them out again (last time was 2004).

I’ve been to this spot many times! I can vouch that the price they say and what they actually honor is very confusing no one seems to know what’s going on! I just had my appt and paid $120 for the ugliest color! I called the lady literally 10 minutes after I left and told her my husband even thought it was ugly and bc the technician was so sweet and there were so many ppl I didn’t want to be dramatic! But literally after 10 minutes and leaving a good tip she informed me I would have to pay since I didn’t speak up right away! Im so sorry that I was trying to be polite, not cause a scene and just get a quick second opinion lol I used to go to you guys all the time and tried Michael Michele once and tried to go today but they were booked all day! I would rather quality work and great customer service than an establishment that really could careless about their clients.UPDATE:: the nail colors you have on display looks NOTHING like what you guys actually paint that’s not the first time that has happened with the false advertisement.And second please don’t lie you called me back and offered $15 a full price service I just paid for so instead of “$45” which I actually paid “$53” you wanted to give me $15 off please learn the correct math. You at the front are very rude to your customers maybe learn from your staff.Take care.

Wonderful in every way. I walked in they had me wash my hands first thing & got me seated. I only waited about 10 minutes bc they were super busy. I asked for French tip and David (the man doing my nails) was absolutely fantastic! I definitely will be back. Thank yall so much!

I’ve been trying new places to find one I really like and I will absolutely come back here from now on. This was my first time at this salon but my experience was great. They have you wash your hands first thing when you walk in and I went in today, a Friday morning on a holiday weekend, and was seated immediately. I believe my technicians name was Carmen and she spent so much time and paid so much attention to my nails. I had my old acrylic set taken off and a new full set put on and then painted. Usually by the time I’m back home I can find something that is wrong with a nail like if the paint is smudged a little or they look really thick but these ones are PERFECT. Carmen did a 10/10 job on my nails today.

Average work for price of services. They skipped steps. My mom got the classic and they never applied her hot towel treatment. I got and Angel pedicure with gel. She did only the stuff from the basic pedicure and had to guide her through shaping my toenails. She kept getting up from my service to do gods knows what and stepped on a roach in front of and tried to act like it didn’t happen. There was a lot of activity going on for the size of the shop..everything is crapped and seemed rushed. Will not be back.

David did a superb job on my fill in. I saw Shirley this time. She was quick and thorough. My nails look fantastic. I would definitely recommend these ladies and gents!!

Make sure you check price and get a receipt. I was Charged wrong price for service I didn’t receive. When asked what was going on all of a sudden no one spoke English. Online says $38 for men’s men’s mani+ pedi. Then I go to pay and get charged $60. I don’t know what kind of bait and switch services going on there.I recommend Avoiding the Virginia Beach blvd location.Let me Be clear since you act like you don’t understand English. I had the price book also pulled up on my phone and said I wanted the number 32:men’s mani+pedi= $38 when I walked in and showed the photo and said again when I sat down in the back to the lady who kept trying to Up Sale me 2 different ones and my response was clear and I said no and showed her my phone to which one I wanted. I guess she got upset because after I waited another 30 to 45 minutes someone else came from the back to finally assist. It was the same basic service as any other nail salon, no spa treatment, no buff shine, however lots of cuts on my nails and poor service . I didn’t get a polish remove or gel or anything like that. All it literally was a basic nail clip. Nothing special. Don’t waste your time or money. Obviously the online pricing that your company posted is misleading.That’s how you lose customers!

I am a regular at this shop and they are absolutely amazing. The service is friendly and personal. My nails and toes always come out beautifully and I get compliments everytime I get them done.

Justin at Angel Nails 1 is totally amazing! Im from Michigan so every time I come here to Virginia Beach I have to visit this nail salon.

They are always switching the prices. There’s no clear communication on the prices at all. I was told they could do a design with gel and chrome and it cost for both. I get to another lady and she can’t do the design as I was told from another lady that they could but still charged me for gel and chrome when the gel wasn’t showing and you don’t need a nail polish for chrome. I will never go back because this isnt the first time they went back and fourth on the prices. I got a regular pedicure before with no gel it was 35 but the list says 25+ but couldn’t tell me why it was 10 extra.

Called before hand. Asked about if they take walk ins & closing time. Got there 5:50. Greeted by a woman in a pink shirt. Verified I needed a fill & pedi. She tells someone what I needed then tells me 2 pick a color & wash my hands. I come back to her after hands washed then verified again I needed a pedi also. She then says ok go to the back for pedi. Pedi done little after 7. I tell lady I still needed fill. She takes me out front to get toes dried. By 7:20 I ask about my fill. Every one is talking about it’s 730 they need to go home & cook & their Uber is outside.I got $2 off pedi & a stamp card with an excuse the lady was new & everyone needed to go home & cook & ...... sorry. I had an appointment the next day so really needed nails done also. Wasn’t happy.

Walked out!!! The person in charge was way too rude.To the owner: You know that’s not how it happened. You had a rude attitude from the moment I walked in. After you gave me the price I tried to explain to you that the price you were giving me was $40 more than what my friend was told over the phone the night before-to remove a ingrown toenail for her 16 yr old son (you told me the pedicure was at least $40 plus $30 to remove the ingrown toenail) but you kept talking over me, rolling your eyes and looking pass me while using a dismissive rude tone. Anyway, your response to my complain reflects your lack of customer service. However, I’m glad it happened that way. I only went to your place because it was convenient for my friend. I took the ride to T&C Nails at Lynnhaven Mall where they always greet customers with great customer service and do great work.My review history shows that I am not one who often complains but I have never experienced your level of mediocre customer service from this type of business. It’s all good; you didn’t lose customer and I didn’t spend my money for bad customer service :)

This is the best nail shop in Virginia Beach! I tried so many until I came here. Victoria the owner is amazing and always accommodates clients. I have become a regular of David’s and he is amazing! He takes his time but is fast. He really cares about the finished look and his hands are magic! I’ve never been happier. Review update ok yall found my FAVORITE TECH, Victoria is her name and shes in the first chair. All you need to do do when you sit in her chair is tell her what you need and your colors and shell do the rest. Professional and efficient. Never in the salon for more than 2 hours. Only in the chair for about an hour.

I visited here years ago and enjoyed it then but now.... I will not be returning back to this establishment again. Poorly managed, overly priced and not good service. My toenails are still not healed from the damage they caused! I would not give them a star at all.

This nail salon has always been my last resort. The staff are very rude and open about being rude. The manager told me that since I didn’t like their service to just leave. He did not apologize not once. Staff are not friendly at all and it’s very uncomfortable for me and for many I’m sure when they talk in their native language when a problem is addressed with their service. I don’t want to come back. Management here doesn’t care about good service, it seems it’s all about making profit.

This is the first time I have visited Angel Nails and I was not disappointed! Victoria did an amazing job on my fill! I had that set initially done at another salon and they were honestly just a mess. She said dont worry I can fix it and she sure did! She is very meticulous and detailed with her work. She waxed my eyebrows and lip as well and she did an amazing job! Super happy with the results! 😊

Very rude employees. They try to rush you out. Just got my eyebrows done for $12. I dont usually care how much I pay to get my eyebrows done but I shouldnt have to go back behind them to pluck areas they missed.

This place opens earlier than other salons. The sevice was great and it didnt take very long. I had to ask for the scrapper tool to be used on my feet, thats my only con. I dont usually have to ask, or the person asks me. Other than that, its clean, the services are excellent. They have eyelash extension services, which I may try in the future.

This was my first visit and I had a pleasant experience. I had a pedicure with the paraffin wax treatment. It was wonderful! The pedicure I got was $42.00. It was pricier than what I usually get, but it also included the paraffin wax. So it’s all relative! I also had my eyebrows waxed. I would definitely say I will be back. I live in Chesapeake, but my daughter practices soccer nearby!

I was going to this shop before the pandemic and I was satisfied with the service but since theyve reopened with restrictions, their prices have gone up* and the service is mediocre. You have to make an appointment online but theyre servicing walk-ins.(*you used to see the prices on the wall now you dont know what youre paying for.)

Took a little while to get someone to do my pedicure but we were a walk in and there was 4 of us getting pedicures and one getting a manicure as well. Excellent service and they are very clean and thorough! My feet are super ticklish and the woman doing my toes was very understanding.

When it comes to hands, I would give this place 5 STARS! Victoria is the BEST nail tech Ive had in Virginia in terms of technique. My nails are always impeccable. Her sister also does a really clean job as well. And when she was going on a long trip, she was able to recommend staff in her absence that would not disappoint!For me, my pedicure experiences have been lacking, so I go elsewhere for those.But if you are big on shaping, consistency, uniform quality, and nail color/decoration variety, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Honestly one of the best places hands down. I never leave disappointed at all! They make sure that your nails aren’t crooked and ask you quite a few times if you’re happy with the work they’ve done. I’ve lived in Virginia for 20 years and this is THE WORST service I have received at a nail salon. They don’t allow you to dry your nails/feet “because of covid” .. so they try to force you into gel polish. I opted for regular polish so I couldn’t sit for any additional minutes to dry my feet and was told if I messed them up, I would have to pay for it. Upon paying I was charged two prices $25 + an additional $3 that no one could explain to me! Rushed job, the tech actually had a timer set. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Bad service!!!!

I have been coming here for a while now. I have gotten my mails done by almost half of their nail technician/manicurist.One of their nail technician/manicurist (Tim) did a beautiful job with my manicure and pedicure. I have dry and thick cuticles. My cuticle feels very smooth and soft after he did the manicure. He did an awesome job!!

I called yesterday and made an appointment for 2:30pm today. I get there and the girl Victoria who was suppose to do my nails tells me they don’t take appointments only walk-ins and that my wait would be an hour. Extremely unprofessional. I definitely dodged a bullet and will never return. They need to improve their system as well as customer service.

My technician rushed during my entire service. He became slightly irritated as i addressed my concerns throughout the process. I originally requested that he stop, However, he insisted he could fix the issues. After the completion of the service i was still not satisfied. My total was $65. I believe i was overcharged or charged for using a card as my preferred payment method. I will not be returning. At all.

Victoria is AMAZING. Her shaping is always impeccable with a lot of design and style options. I just tell her what I want or if I don’t know what I want & she delivers. Staffing is sufficient and they all are always friendly. I have never seen or heard anything about “violations” or “bugs” and I have been coming here for about 2 years. You are greeted as soon as you walk in & there’s no pressure about getting gel polish vs regular polish. Pricing is openly posted & they give you rewards for using cash, plus the atm is surcharge-free.

Great place....went in for a Gel Mani/Pedi @7 p.m when they closed @8 I did not feel rushed and got a great Mani/Pedi !! Will be going back for sure ;)

My sister and I went here today, for the first time. The guy who did our eyebrows did an excellent job and I thought it’s fair price compared to the one at the mall. He did clean around the eyebrows really well. I like the relaxing yoga music. The only comment I have is it’s too crowded and hopefully they expand the place more.

Two of us went together to get pedicures. Her back massage didnt work and my foot jets didnt work. Dont think they put a top coat on either of us. Said they were going to fix that chair yet they say someone in it right after we were done. Sure mentioned something about it and they said, oh must be broke. Well fix it. Not real impressed 🤷

What’s crazy is my best friend recommended this place to get our eyebrows done, and I already had a “brow lady.” But I was highly impressed! I also had a pedicure done with them. It seems like each time gets better and better. Everyone is so friendly! and it’s easy to check in and check out! Will definitely keep this place as my number 1 spot, especially since I’m closer to the area now. Thanks!

I have been going here for years and as of recently the rude behavior has increased. Like the lady at the front. Completely rude and entitled like we are supposed to get a service from them. Sadly i will not be back

Shana is awesome! She’s very friendly, thorough, careful, and gives advice to any issues you bring up or that she notices during your session. She takes her time to make sure you have the result you want. I ask for her every time and I’ll wait if she’s busy.

Angel Nails are heavenly! Victoria is by far the best person to have ever done my nails. Every time I got I get powder dip nails, omg they last for like ever! They dont chip or break. Victoria does an amazing job every time I go! I would recommend this place to all my friends!

I am so disappointed in this place. I was a regular costumer here for about a year but I have been disappointed with my nails the last three visits here. I tried a new technician each time hoping for better results. This last visit was horrible. There is gel nail polish stuck to my skin, my nail shape is uneven/not uniformed, AND I was charged extra to file down my nails. What shop charges extra to file down nails?! Not only that, but she burned my leg with hot water because she wasn’t paying attention during my pedicure and burned my skin when filing too hard to shape my nails. I went back in to see what the manager could do about the polish stuck to my skin (on every finger) but she couldn’t help much since it was busy and had to tend back to her customer. So not only did I pay full price plus a tip for the service, but now I have to go home and try to fix their work. If you have an emergency and need to go here, only make an appointment to see Justin because he does great work.

Justin and staff are absolutely amazing. I can show Justin any design I want and he does it effortlessly. I literally drive four and a half hours from Roanoke to Virginia beach just to get my nails done. I have tried other nails salons and havent found one that does my nails the way he does!

I love them!! Very clean and update on the latest styles! They are quick and very efficient. Most nail shops dont want to do designs but they are willing to do so and surprise me with their creativity every time I go! The Owner is awesome and keeps things flowing.

Apple is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Shes very friendly and takes her time to make sure youre getting exactly what you want. Very detail oriented and a perfectionist, asks at every step if your nails look the way you want.

I love this nail salon... I’ve been coming here for many years and I I’ve driven across town for my nail tech when I lived a lot further away... side note: I thankfully live 2 minutes away now🙏🏼 All that being said, I gave 5 stars for their service, hospitality, and for literally the best pedicure EVER... oh and ALL of them can do amazing eyebrows!!! Ive been coming to this place for about 20 years. All I can say is Ive tried other places to get my nails done but Angel Nails does quality work. Justin is THE BEST with the greatest gift to make your hands look dynamic and your eye brow and eye lashes look glamorous.

Customer service is not good at all. I came in without an appointment but I said its okay if there isnt any openings for pedicure. She had a rude face 😒 on her. Like she was annoyed. If she doesnt like what she does then move on women.

I always leave with great looking nails! Victoria is amazing at what she does! I need my nails short for work and she never has said once that’s too short :) she is always so kind and remembers how I like my nails!

Had a wonderful experience and the Angel pedicure was exactly what my feet/legs needed.
